I
visited
with
my
family
on
a
Sunday
in
mid-December.
I
arrived
by
car
around
12:30,
but
the
parking
lot
was
full
and
I
had
to
line
up
to
get
in.
The
website
predicted
it
wouldn't
be
crowded,
but...
I
had
no
choice,
so
I
parked
at
the
affiliated
municipal
Hanakuma
parking
lot
that
was
written
on
the
website,
but
I
didn't
know
how
to
go
from
there,
so
when
I
looked
it
up
on
Google
Maps,
it
said
I
should
use
JR,
so
I
stopped
at
the
elevated
parking
lot.
I
could
see
the
platform,
so
I
walked.
I
remember
that
it
takes
3
minutes
to
get
to
the
zoo
on
Hankyu
and
8
minutes
on
JR,
but
since
I
couldn't
find
a
Hankyu
station,
I
took
a
train
from
JR
Motomachi
and
headed
there.
My
wife
was
happy
that
it
was
close
to
Chinatown,
but
she
had
a
bad
feeling
that
it
would
be
8
minutes
away
with
a
5-year-old
child.
I
got
off
at
Nada
Station,
two
stations
away,
and
started
walking,
but
I
got
lost
as
I
walked
uphill,
so
by
the
time
I
got
to
the
zoo
I
was
pretty
tired.
When
I
bought
my
admission
ticket,
there
was
a
notice
saying
that
there
were
not
enough
1,000
yen
bills,
so
I
had
exactly
1,200
yen
for
two
adults,
but
when
I
put
in
2,000
yen,
nothing
happened
when
I
pressed
the
button.
The
vending
machine
only
displays
the
amount
to
be
inserted
as
2,000
yen.
There
was
no
one
in
charge,
so
I
loudly
called
for
the
person
who
was
checking
the
visitors,
but
he
just
raised
his
hand
and
didn't
even
speak
to
me.
The
person
in
line
behind
me
was
moved
next
to
me,
and
I
was
the
only
one
getting
nervous.
I
arrived
tired
and
in
this
condition,
I
thought
this
zoo
was
not
a
good
fit
for
me.
As
I
was
thinking
about
this,
the
person
from
earlier
finally
came
and
looked
down
at
the
LCD
display
at
the
top
of
the
ticket
vending
machine
and
noticed
that
he
was
out
of
change.
I
was
asked
to
wait
for
a
moment,
but
even
though
there
was
a
sign
saying
that
there
was
a
shortage
of
1,000
yen
bills,
they
were
out
of
change!The
monochrome
LCD
display,
which
you
can
only
see
from
below,
is
too
confusing.
I
felt
angry
and
thought
they
were
making
fun
of
me.
I
once
again
thought
that
they
were
a
bad
match.
The
zoo
itself
has
been
designed
in
many
ways
so
that
you
can
see
the
animals
eating
not
only
from
the
front
but
also
from
the
back.
However,
I
felt
that
there
were
more
animals
in
the
back
of
the
zoo
trying
not
to
look
at
people,
perhaps
because
they
believed
they
were
not
compatible
with
people,
than
in
other
zoos.
The
amusement
park
is
also
for
children
and
my
son
seemed
to
be
having
fun,
so
I
think
it's
a
good
place,
but
I
didn't
feel
refreshed.
When
I
was
leaving,
I
parked
in
an
affiliated
parking
lot,
so
I
asked
the
person
in
charge
if
I
would
like
to
apply
for
a
discount.
?
?
There
was
no
response,
so
I
asked
another
person
and
was
told
that
I
should
go
to
the
management
office
to
complete
the
procedure.When
I
came
out
after
completing
the
procedure,
I
was
asked
to
come
back
again.
However,
I
returned
to
the
Hanakuma
parking
lot
on
the
Hankyu
train,
feeling
uneasy
and
wondering
if
we
were
a
bad
match.
In
the
end,
if
you
go
by
car,
I
think
it's
better
to
stay
in
the
zoo's
parking
lot,
even
if
it
means
lining
up
a
little.
When
it
comes
to
trains,
I
think
Hankyu
Railway
is
the
best
option
for
families
with
children.
Both
restaurants
in
the
park
are
closed.
You
can
come
and
go
as
many
times
as
you
like,
so
you
can
eat
near
the
Hankyu
train
station.
There
were
three
food
trucks
inside
the
park,
but
I
think
it's
better
to
eat
outside
considering
the
price
and
menu.
If
my
child
asks
for
it,
I'll
probably
go
again.
I
can't
help
but
hope
that
the
compatibility
will
be
better
at
that
time.
