Disgusting attitude towards a patient! The doctor recommended donating blood to the child when making a house call! They called an additional nurse and donated blood! The next day the doctor was supposed to call back! The doctor called at 19:30 the next day after repeated calls to the call center! The call center cannot help, they write down the information and the process ends there! I was forced to consult with another third-party pediatrician! We've been treated at this clinic for a long time, but after such a disregardful attitude, we never set foot again!!! The clinic is apparently interested in taking tests, but not in interpreting their results!!!

The clinic does not keep its promises. I took a test for covid 19, they told me that the result would take up to 3 days. Three days have passed. There is still no result. I call Black, they tell me it’s not ready and I have to wait three days. They take a long time to make, the price is the same as everywhere else. I won’t be testing here anymore. For my wife, an ordinary IV in this pseudo-clinic turned into a difficult ordeal. I will omit the details and draw your attention to only one violation from a long chain of gross medical errors: when the clinic specialists inserted an IV with the black drug Ferinject, the needle was inserted in such a way that the drug did not enter the vein, but into the surrounding tissues. Moreover, during the procedure, contrary to all instructions, the hand was covered with a cloth. As a result, there are several large black spots at the injection site that have not been removed for almost a year. Negotiations with the management of the clinic led nowhere. Contrary to common sense and despite the presence of objective evidence, the clinic refused to admit its guilt. Not admitting guilt in this case suggests that the clinic is going to continue to maim its patients for their own money, which cannot be allowed to happen to these self-confident scoundrels. I had to go to court. Those who have gone to court know that it is not easy, but in such cases it is inevitable. It is our civic duty to defend our rights and fight for our health with pseudo-clinics like Imma. This is the only way things can get better in our yard, our city, our country. Think again before contacting Imma.

I made an appointment at 10:30 for an orthopedic dentist, arrived on time, and by the time I signed the contract, it was already 10:40. Another 10 minutes pass and the doctor's assistant comes out of the office and tells me to wait another seven minutes. I didn’t wait any longer, because such a doctor had no mood for treatment. Apparently, once they saw a non-Russian person, they can delay his appointment, don’t care about the recording at all. P.S. The same doctor who was supposed to see me called me and said that there was a mistake, we thought this, we thought that. But there were no apologies, neither from the clinic nor from the doctor. I do not recommend having your teeth treated at this clinic.

Ultrasound doctor Dedy T.V. made the most pleasant impressions. She conducted the appointment very carefully and asked all my complaints. I did an ultrasound for quite a long time. She even gave some advice on further examination. Everything suited me. The doctor's description helped the attending physician clarify the diagnosis and prescribe treatment. Before that, I had been to other branches several times. I liked IMMA the most.
