This dish is perfect. It's called Tirit meat and paper and tomato coming with yogurt and bread they put it in oven. And it's really fantastic. The menu has only 3 items this dish and dessert called Zerde and water. The price is good The dish is big and it's cost 38 Turkish kira.

We came here on a Saturday, it is a very popular place so we had to wait till our number got called out. That only took about 10 minutes. First off if you are planning to come by car, then DON'T, since its downtown it was utterly impossible to find parking. We came here hoping that the reviews were right. Honestly ı have nothing bad to say about the taste. However was it worth the wait and the drive to eat a 52Liras, of what seemed liked a more fancy İskender? Well my answer is a biG fat NO.

Super delicious.. Barbecued lamb on a bed of yogurt soaked bread. I chose the place on the basis of my two rules of thumb.. Specialised in only one dish- they have to get it right. Packed with locals- they know where to find the best quality and value. A winner.

Great experience, great food and honest waiting staff. Located very close to the Muqam of Mevlana Rumi. The Tirit was recommended by friends, and hit the spot. Very tasty. Make sure to ask for extra bread.

They only serve one thing. tiritci! Service was fast, and the tiritci was delicious, very filling and just what you need when it’s cold and you’re tired. It’s next to Aziziye mosque/ square. Not the best tiritci (taste is always subjective) but good nonetheless.

You must be there early for taste that meal called "Tirit" which is a mix lamp meat, bread and sauce with a different servicing way.

Every time I go to Konya I used to eat etliekmek first but every since I discovered this place its my first go to! Very unique taste definitely worth to try, you won’t regret it!

They only serve one type of food which is kinda close to Islander Kebab with different spices. It’s highly recommended and super delicious

Tirit, one of the famous dishe of Konya cuisine. I tried this dish in different places. Tiritci Mithat is the best of the best, never find this taste in other restaurants. My advice, go for the portion 1.5 💪🏻💪🏻. Unfortunately this restaurant closes early maximum 18.00, so be prepared from the morning. Enjoy again.

Tirit is a local dish made with the meat of sheep, lamb or cow, stale bread, yoghurt, and some greens. Mithat Tirit is said to be one of the best in preparing this dish. Also, they serve a local dessert (zerde) made from rice, saffron and other ingredients Tirit is too greasy for my taste whereas the dessert tastes light and fresh. It's worth trying.

Good Taste and economical Price. There specialty for the last many Years in tiric. If you are in Konya, you have to taste this tirit. Also ask for freshly backed bread, you will love it.
