What the hotel lacks in sophistication and moderness, it makes up for in charm and service. The staff are the most friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very sufficient and the natural honey comb a real treat. Location could not be better for tourists, overlooking Rumis tomb/mueseme. We stayed in a twin room. The ac wasn't amazing but just about did the job in 36 degree heat. Overall very happy we choose this place.

Fantastic location in Konya, great breakfast spread in the AM, but my room, despite clean, smelt terribly of smoke. Not sure if it was the neighbour or the previous guest.

Great location for exploring Konya, but the rooms are a lil run down. Good hospitality and staff, they were very helpful!

Absolutely amazing experience! The service was exceptional, better than any other hotel experience I’ve had to date. Such kindhearted and friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. The rooms were elegant and clean; and the hotel is close to all the main attractions and many great restaurants.

Excellent, diligent service esp for a late check in. Best of all - parking. They have the best parking facilities so near the Mosque and museum. Get the suite, it's great for the price. Great location overall

A functional hotel very well located for tourist sights and public transport, with great views from breakfast room, but be warned: it is nothing like the impression on the website, with its smart cafe, meeting rooms, billiard room, gym etc. Ok for a 1-night stay.

The staff are amazing can't do enough to help you the breakfast is a selection of cheeses olives apricots prunes tomatoes fresh honeycomb and honey jams cereals and selection of teas and Turkish coffee and granulated coffee, this is my second time here and still the same great staff well done Rumi Hotel. There is only 1 thing don't allow gusts to smoke on the room as it leaves a horrible smell in the room as we had to sleep with the window open

First Mr Zafar is english speaking and one of the best support guys in turkey you can find , very friendly honest and a great trustful help for any , the hotel is very nice location and rooms clean , breakfast is good too , wish to repeat my visit

We booked in at Rumi Hotel. Person assisting in lobby by the name of Ahmet gave us excellent service. He booked our taxis, speed train, whirling dervishes show with a smile on his face. He even fetched us at the show because it was raining. The breakfast was very good. I loved the real 100% honey and scrambled eggs among other local olives and yogurts. The price very reasonable . 100m from Mevlana Rumi Museum and Sulemani Mosque .. Konya

Furniture is old but very clean hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly.

Location is the best. In front of Milana Rumi tomb and museum. Many busses and mini busses passes infront of the hotel. Clean place. Staff knows English and nice and helpful.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. But the building needs a renovation. The bathroom needs an upgrade, lock system needs to be changed, new lighting is needed as its dark in hallway, and lastly the elevator needs a service. The breakfast was terrible. Literally the only thing hot was the tea. Im still giving 4 stars since the staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

January 2022 Review Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Konya and would go again Pros: - breakfast upstairs with beautiful morning view of the mosques - generous breakfast buffet with many options, including yogurt - rooms cleaned daily - rooms were spacious. Make sure to get a hard-floor standard room and not a carpeted economy room, it’s worth the difference - the windows are well-isolating so you don’t get city pollution in your room - staff are efficient and helped us with our luggage Cons: - there isn’t any lighting on the staircases at night. I nearly fell and hurt myself when I missed the last step. They have an elevator to every level (including the breakfast terrace) so you don’t need to take the stairs at all - the hot food items at breakfast are cold if you arrive an hour after breakfast starts (scrambled eggs, samosas) but still enjoyable - the bathroom taps in the economy rooms weren’t well maintained, but the taps were fine in the standard rooms

Affordable hotel near city center, taste of food is amazing and staff of hotel is very cooperative. Rooms were clean that is a good thing. Also its near to the attraction of konya like tomb of Mevlana Rumi and theater of Rumi siması. Per night stay was around 30$ which is quite reasonable.
