We had a great stay. We checked in at 2:00 am at night. The front desk was very helpful. We had a small problem with the bathroom door but they immediately sent a guy to fix it. Breakfast was delicious. I would especially mention Mr. osman at the front desk, he was very cooperative and friendly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely 5* because of Eslem. Not only she accommodated us with an extra bed inside room for kids, she was super professional and absolutely pleasant to deal with. We went to 9 states in Turkey and in our 6 hotel stays this has to be number 1. If the service matters to you, than this is the hotel you would want to choose. Beautiful interior and beautiful room, loved our stay. Loved how she spoke English fluently & it was super helpful to ask her anything without struggling with the Google translate. Thank you Eslem, you made our stay amazing.

Worst experience ever. We were a group of 25 persons. We couldn't eat anything except the potatoes. Bad quality food. The air condition in the room was sending smoking air, from cigarettes. We had to switch it off so as to breathe!!! The bathroom was really dirty, not for as only but for the whole group. The mattress was like the movie title, die hard 2. Great building, large rooms, but it really needs a resetting as of the food and cleaning.

You can smell of smoke everywhere in this hotel. It's very annoyed and unhealthy. The dinner is fine to a traveller from other country. The room is dark and the bathroom is the worst. The water only have two types, very hot and very cold. There is no comfortable water when you take the bath.

We stayed in this hotel the last week of November 2018. It was a beautiful hotel with gorgeous design and rooms. The front desk was helpful and fast. The only problem we encountered was in the dining room. We were told the dinner was served 7-9 pm. We arrived at 7:20. There were empty tables but no clean tables. There was nothing to drink and most of the food was gone. We were met with hostility from the server and a gentleman in a suit. We finally cleaned off a small table and scavenged clean silverware from other deserted tables. The food we could find was good. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had had a tough night of been short-staffed? The next day we came back for breakfast as they opened. Again there was little food and no cups for coffee or tea, (this hotel is one of the few I encountered in Turkey without a coffee maker in the room so coffee/tea was what everyone was looking for) and again we were treated with hostility, like we were inconveniencing the staff. We heard many other guest also complaining. Maybe it was an anomaly, I hope so, because everything else about this hotel was very nice.

The rooms were good and adequately spacious. I enjoyed the fact that the shower was separate from the toilet, but I found it odd that there was no soundproofing. The food was good, but I think the variety could be better. Service was excellent, no complaints at all. The wifi connection is tricky, ask the reception guys (it should change). Three stars for not soundproofing the toilet, too awkward for me. Cleanliness in a pretty good level. Last but not least, the location is good if you want to stay in the hotel. For the city center you need to take a cab. Wouldn't recommend it for city center wanderers. The lounge bar was crowded when I visited the place, I'm pretty sure that not everybody was a hotel resident, which I liked.

Rastautant was full on the date we stayed and service was too slow, not enough waiters around so we were kept waited all night long. And not only bar/restaurant but also in the morning we experienced the same problem for breakfast as well. There were just 2 waitresses so it was so hard for them to meet all guests' expectations. The bathroom part in the room was a bit smelly too.

Dirty and smelly... the smell of cigarettes was everywhere in the room, even in the bathroom.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here as a non-Turkish tourist. The communication with the staff was really difficult- little to no English, and they couldn’t understand what we needed. We asked for a non-smoking room..sure enough, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, wasn’t cleaned, and had a single bed when there were three of us on the trip. We asked for a room change which they granted, but the new room’s AC unit was broken, and the room was still not very clean. I’m sure some folks have had good stays here, but it wasn’t the place for us.

alcohol displayed everywhere, so much for a hotel in a religious city. even breakfast hall, alcohol is displayed on every wall. you have to see it anywhere you sit. terrible, umcomfortable and staff are not friendly. Breakfast is very poor.

It's a great hotel, the service was amazing, the food as well, but konya isn't a touristic city, it's more oriented towards business and industrial affairs.

Our room had a water problem but other than that can't fault it. Restaurant was good.

Room was huge. Hotel was a bit overzealous with the power saving as hallway was dark, minor inconvenience for the experience of staying in Konya and seeing, hearing about Mowlana Rumi, 10 out of 10

WORST PLACE! Don’t stay here The air conditioner doesn’t work in any of the rooms and when I called the reception to check the air conditioner, they shut the phone. There are absolutely no lights in the hallways and it’s pitch black at night. There are only 3 lamps in a room and there are no lights in the ceiling.
