bit
disappointed
with
this
hotel.
Didn't
expect
this
from
Ramada.
I
am
an
experienced
traveler,
59
countries
of
the
world
and
have
stayed
in
Ramada
in
the
USA,
Australia
and
New
Zealand,
as
in
other
countries
of
the
world,
I
have
never
met
such
an
attitude
anywhere.
This
is
especially
surprising
in
Turkey,
which
is
famous
for
its
hospitality.
Absolutely
non-welcoming
staff.
Knowledge
of
English.
Only
the
reception
staff
speaks
English
from
the
entire
hotel.
It
is
almost
impossible
to
order
food
to
your
room,
the
staff
does
not
understand
you,
the
main
menu
is
only
available
on
TV,
it
is
not
convenient,
it
appears
every
10
minutes!
Recommended
by
the
hotel
system,
other
chain
hotels,
including
Ramada,
have
switched
to
the
menu
by
scanning
the
barcode,
it
becomes
available
in
your
smartphone.
Additionally
disappointed
with
the
ventilation,
in
the
next
room
they
smoked
all
night
and
all
this
blew
into
the
room.
A
separate
word
about
the
bathroom,
the
sink
is
clogged,
the
water
costs
10
minutes,
it
does
not
leak.
An
additional
minus
to
the
cups
for
coffee
and
tea
in
the
room,
they
spilled
hot
coffee
on
themselves,
due
to
the
fact
that
the
bottom
of
the
glass
came
off.
Will
definitely
come
back
to
explore
the
city
of
Konya
in
more
detail,
this
time
there
was
no
such
opportunity,
but
I
will
hardly
stay
at
this
hotel.
