A bit disappointed with this hotel. Didn't expect this from Ramada. I am an experienced traveler, 59 countries of the world and have stayed in Ramada in the USA, Australia and New Zealand, as in other countries of the world, I have never met such an attitude anywhere. This is especially surprising in Turkey, which is famous for its hospitality. Absolutely non-welcoming staff. Knowledge of English. Only the reception staff speaks English from the entire hotel. It is almost impossible to order food to your room, the staff does not understand you, the main menu is only available on TV, it is not convenient, it appears every 10 minutes! Recommended by the hotel system, other chain hotels, including Ramada, have switched to the menu by scanning the barcode, it becomes available in your smartphone. Additionally disappointed with the ventilation, in the next room they smoked all night and all this blew into the room. A separate word about the bathroom, the sink is clogged, the water costs 10 minutes, it does not leak. An additional minus to the cups for coffee and tea in the room, they spilled hot coffee on themselves, due to the fact that the bottom of the glass came off. Will definitely come back to explore the city of Konya in more detail, this time there was no such opportunity, but I will hardly stay at this hotel. + Nice view from the window

Booked a suite for 2 days (22. & 23. Dec, 2020) with my wife and we made an exceptional experience at Ramada Konya. The stuff is highly organized, highly responsive and very friendly. Moreover, a visit at the restaurant is definitely worth and a must! It offers an outstanding and a breathtaking view over Konya with a high range of local and international meals. A stay at this hotel is the best choice you can make in Konya. I highly recommend this place!

It's a good hotel, the bed is big and comfortable. Great service at the restaurant in the Hotel, with many choices! Buse is the attendant there and she is very helpful and friendly.

Upon arrival the hotel hallway was poorly lit. Once we entered our room the door hinge is already broken thus we could not close the door. Called the reception to request for a change of room. 30 mins still no assistance and we followed up with the reception. The receptionist was rude and hanged up the phone. Never going back to this hotel. Better find another hotel rather than this hotel.

In brief, my experience was absolutely delightful. The hotel staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Food was very good. Unfortunately room was very bad. Housekeeping service was terrible. Bathroom was smelling bad. It is not a five stars, good and comfortable hotel. I am not going to stay again.

Really nice hotel, The only thing I would improve is to put a quality coffee machine at breakfast, especially for people coming from outside Turkey it makes a lot of difference

Probably one of the worst 5 star stays I have had in my life. Upon arrival it felt like we’re going into a den. The hotel lobby was dark and shabby, and the hallways had no light. The room cleaning staff is definitely the worst thing about this hotel. They are not well trained and don’t know how to clean up the room. The bed was not made properly and my luggage was toppled when I came back in the evening. Although the rooms are non smoking and it is even mentioned in the room that smoking is not allowed, when I came back it stank of smoke, as if someone smoked a cigarette in the room while cleaning it. Even the pillows, comforters reek of smoke and just make the stay uncomfortable. Very poorly maintained hotel and I will never be coming back or using this chain again.

Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Gorgeous building, high quality rooms, with high quality service makes your stay more comfortable. The roof top restaurant (on 15th floor) is outstanding with a good city view. The food quality & staff courtesy was remarkable, I would like to thank Mr, METIN who supports me always with great attitude.

After some mis-communication about our rooms. The manager solved this problem giving us an upgraded room. I would give them a 5 star if this problem was solved without arguing. The family suite was great and the service after was good.

I was pleased to stay in Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Konya. Excellent hotel. Great service. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on check in , but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great. I would recommend the hotel to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Konya. A special thanks to nice lady Buse who assisted me throughout my staying in this hotel.

Comfortable beds but shower needed to be fixed . Mold can be removed by Bleach . No coffee spoon . TV channels were great . Elavators are too small and very slow .

Rooms are good but not comparable to other 5 star hotels. The breakfast is quite poor, but the worst thing is the claim management. I had a defect in the air condition and claimed it several times. Then one working day nothing happened and at 10 pm they startet an unsuccessful repair trial. Also the English skills of most employees are very poor. Unbelievable! No recommendation for international business travels!

Staued 4 nights at this hotel while on business in Konya. Situated between the centre of town and the University, on the edge of the industrial zone, there isn't much in the area apart from a local restaurant. Air pollution was noticible in the area when I was there (November). The hotel is well presented, and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The single room was clean and well kept. All english speaking news channels were taken off the TV during my stay, perhaps for political reasons. The breakfast had a wide variety, but the coffee wasn't great. The 15th floor restaurant and bar has great views over the city, reasonable food but the air becomes intolerably smoky as customers chain smoke their way through the evening. I am told that smoking is not allowed in this way, but the rules do not seem to be enforced, which is a great pity as it is the only bar I found. Get there early, eat, drink and escape before it becomes unbearable. Nice hotel then, but they need to do something about the smoke.

Went with a tour. Set menu for dinner was enjoyable. Room was very hot when we entered (this is in October) air con did not work to cool it down and the window didn't latch so we were moved rooms. Next room was better but the aircon still did not cope, it was cooler to keep the window open as outside was around 17° inside was 29°. Whole hotel is west facing and all glass so no insulation so we think that's why it was hot. Baking in the sun all day. However the room was small and the aircon should have worked effectively to cool it down. It did not, even with 2 hrs time to work. Carpets were horribly stained and towels smelled of cigarettes but beds were comfortable.

A good and clean hotel. Hotel staff tries hard to understand English. When i was here the Pool was closed, so no idea. Gym is good.If someone in My neighbouring room smokes, the small comes toy room and i had to open the window.Hallways have very less light.A picture from room 705

Worst service I have seen in a Hotel. Very desorganized and dificult to communicate in English. At some point we called the reception because there was no water in the bathroom and they send us 2 bottles of water.

I was sorely disappointed in this Ramada. The room and the view was nice, but the temperature was stuck on 28°C and we were not able to make any adjustments. Mind you, we stayed in mid-May when then the outside temperature was 29.5°C. According to the front desk, the entire hotel was set on that temperature and they wouldn't even let us pay to change it. What is the point in having independent temperature controls in the room when you can't actually control anything? For being a high priced chain hotel, I was expecting better.

It is an good OK business hotel. Not benchmarking, but also no seroius claims. WiFi in my room was strong and fast. Room looked clean, but carpet on the floor. For hotels, carpets do not give me too much confidence in touching the ground. Roomsize okay. Desk and chair useable for work on laptop plus having some documents around. Breakfast as well an OK. For Western european a bit improveable. But I like to eat local anyway. The lack of English, even at the front desk timewise, should be worked on. Over all, recommendeable.
