If you like trying to sleep in a cacophonous oven, this place is awesome. If you actually don’t love listening to the sound of honking horns all night and breathing noxious fumes from the traffic outside while you sweat, you definitely want to go somewhere else. The management of this hotel is susceptible to the same type of magical thinking that many hotels in Turkey suffer from; it could be 45°C at night but if it is not yet mid-May by the calendar, they will not turn on their air conditioning system. You can sleep with the window open, which will bring the heat level down from intolerable to just uncomfortable, but then you’ve got traffic noise and smog. Even if it weren’t for the climate control issues, this place is merely OK. Bed linens are cheap polyester. Bed and bathroom are both decorated with the hair of strangers. Restaurant in the evening is merely adequate. The staff are very nice and do their best but they can only do so much to counter poor decisions by management. Wi-fi works well, breakfast is nice. Coffee is quite good. Public areas are lovely and well-appointed. It’s a shame they don’t apply the same attention to detail to the rooms. Overall a disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

This hotel doesn’t switch on AC even though it’s advertised that they have AC. It’s a shame otherwise I’d have given it 5 stars. Great facilities with gym, sauna, swimming pool and the popular Turkish Hamam. Well located in the heart of Konya with easy access to malls and traditional shops

Was my 1st time in Konya and the hotel was good however it needs some maintenance in the rooms to refresh them up. Breakfast is excellent lots of choices and I would stay again in this hotel next time I come around.

We were sadly shocked at the condition of this hotel. It was recommended by our 5-star travel service, and the ratings were high. But the reality is entirely different. It has Very poor air conditioning. We had two rooms; one stunk of old urine to the point that we had to leave the main door open to air it out, and the other room had a hole in the bathtub. Black all around the tub/grout. And the water would constantly turn boiling then cold even without the toilet flushing in our room. You would have to soap up, feel the water for a tolerable temperature, dash in and get out, and repeat. The baseboards were falling off. The vents were black, where the air was blowing out. The breakfast was substandard (low quality) and had few selections compared to every hotel we stayed in in Turkey. I am always happy to give a good rating, but this does not deserve it. Look for somewhere else.

Although we arrived rate for an overnight stay, Mr. Selim from the reception helped us out with our room. Personally coming upstairs and changing our room immediately. Great!

It's my second day here and I would say it's just fabulous to stay in. All things are well managed, service, rooms and restaurant. In the lather, we've a variety of food. I would express my thankful to Zehra the guest relations, who was very attentive with us. I recomand this hotel.

During our visit to Turkey we stayed in many 5 star hotels including The Marriot and Hilton Hotels. The quality of rooms, food and most importantly the service we experienced while staying at the Dedeman Konya was by far the best throughout the country. In particular the friendly and helpful service we received at breakfast from Seyma and Fatmanur is something I will always remember. Thank you for making our time at Dedeman so special.

Nearby many attractions in Konya, 10-15 min away from many place which make it special, I visit them in Eid Holiday spa and indoor pool are out of order closed, food was great and well room service and hospitality

An excellent all round experience whether at the On8 restaurant or the breakfast area, rooms with beautiful view of the city and the courtesy of staff especially Zehra (guest relations). I’ll definitely return to Konya and Dedeman!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff Mr Ozkan greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly welcome.

The hotel and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast is second to none, with different delights every morning. The staff were outstanding and did everything to accommodate us. In the rooftop bar, Erkut made the absolute best white Russians! Recommend to everyone, staying here is a must!

Very Good Service at the Lobby in the Restaurant bar . With a very nice view over Konya city nice atmosphere. The wellness club is very helpful and punctual with the timings. I had Avery good massage and a good time in the Haman area sauna area in the basement of the hotel. Like to come often to this beautiful place. Thank you

We are visiting from the USA and this hotel felt very luxurious and had a great view of the sunset. The staff were very friendly. Our breakfast had so many choices from honey with honeycomb, bread, pastries, wide variety of cheeses, sausages, drinks and juices. Their breakfast stood out from other hotels because they were making fresh eggs omelette upon request. The rooms were really hot and we couldn't make it cooler.

Arrived at the hotel but the room was not ready. I drove with the family 3 hours from Cappadocia, we were very tired but had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes at the hotel to get our room. Btw room was paid. Not acceptable for a 5 star hotel.

Sure yes! I was awed by the beautiful lobby and welcoming Turkish Whirling Dervishes figurines! The rooms are nice and spacious but Sarah Y’s previous review is spot on - where I also wished they paid more attention to detail to the following: 1) My pillows smelled nasty. Honestly, it smelled like they forgot to change the pillow cases on my bed or someone really stinky made the actual pillow dirty and no changing of a pillow case could do anything about the actual pillow. So, I had to do without them. 2) I was on a tour group and part of our tour was a paid dinner at their Safran Restaurant (6/20/22 Trafalgar with Travel Director: Cem). It felt like after our tour guide left us, the servers and server manager were in a hurry to make us leave! They just served us quickly and when I asked for another Sprite the server manager (in a suit) GLARED AT ME! It was a good thing I had my Evil Eye pin on! I mean I respect that he works hard, but I asked for a simple Sprite, then when I receive the refill it was WATERED DOWN. That does not happen if it comes straight from a bottle. I didn’t want to say anything anymore because I felt disrespected but my sister asked the server to replace my SPRITE because it was watered down. Then he came back with a bottle of Sprite to makes things right. My mom said we will buy the bottle and he said “I will give you a bottle” for 100 Turkish Lira. So… let’s calculate that into USD that’s $5.88 for 1 liter of Sprite! Anyway, I know we all get stressed out but please it makes the customer feel uncomfortable like they did something wrong. Would I stay here again? Only if Trafalgar Tours makes me, but our whole tour group was not happy with their dining service last night so I do not think Trafalgar will choose this place again. Beautiful renovations of the 18th floor but If the customer service and the attention to detail does not match the renovations… that’s not a good combination :( Great food though! Breakfast and dinner were yummy!

Extremely lovely hotel. The staff is very kind and great service. It's close to the city center and everything you need to visit in Konya. The only thing I didn't like was the rooms, they are very small eventhoug we ordered the big rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. The sink was very badly placed. You had to stretch your arms to wash your hands. I had to lift my kids to wash their hands and brush their teeth. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, indoors and outdoors. There is a fitness center, sauna, and more.
