Stayed there for 8 days. The staff are very helpful and kind. They upgraded our room without asking for the same price. We stayed in some 5 states hotels and was always watched by the staff and many rules can’t do this can’t do that. At Bera hotel we felt home. Many thanks to all staff and management. We will be back.

Love this place, a good 4 star hotel. Very nice rooms, very good breakfast and service, professional staff, very helpful - English is a problem but the whole Konya don't speak English, so one can't expect too much of it.

One of the best hotel in konya city. Excellent staffs working in the hotel. Large room with nice furniture and super quiet. Nice location close to city centre. Breakfast was amazing. Room Prices are reasonable.

The hotel is really nice with exceptional location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s non alcoholic hotel, this is something that a lot of people would find helpful. The only two notes: 1- The pillows are not of that quality..! This can cause a stressful night. 2- The breakfast is quite good but the thing is, I was not aware that I can ask for a special made omelette until I asked.. there is no sign or anything. Apart from that, the hotel is one of the best places to stay in Konya near the main attractions and very close to public transport.

Except the location the rest are very below the expectation. Room service was very bad and always you can find a unclean part of room no matter how many times you ask for that service. Always need to call or complain to get the basic service

We had a 2-night stay with Bera Konya and enjoyed very friendly service (and fluent English), excellent room and breakfast. Recommended.

October 2023 Superb 4* hotel. We asked for a smoking room and were upgraded to a huge room with a living room. Quiet area, double glaze windows meant we didn't hear the early morning call to prayers. Staff were helpful with taxis, late checkout, and giving directions. Hotel is close to the Kataray Madrassa and Ince Mosque, but you need to catch a taxi to the Rumi Mausoleum and Mevlana Cultural Center. Be warned, catching taxis on a Saturday evening is very difficult especially if you're trying to make it in time for the 7pm performance.

Good staff all round. Gave us early checkin. V good breakfast. Definetly not 4 star by European standards. Tour booked thru hotel was 55e pp was not worth it. Guide was not familiar with any of the important sites. She didn't share any info. If we asked about anything even RUMI she looked it up on google. Driver and guide sat with us for lunch we were obliged to pay for them soo we didn't tip them at the end. Disappointing tour. Waste of money.

Good: Clean, modern and spacious room. The bed mattress and pillows are excellent!! I slept very comfortably. Good location, 2.5km from the center, and it has a parking lot for guests. To improve: Reception staff is not welcoming. They upgraded our room to a suite after messing up our reservation, which was very nice. But still, they're not friendly and we didn't feel welcome. Very different from what I experienced in other Turkish locations.

A clean and comfortable hotel with big rooms and the breakfast is alright could be better but in total I'm not complaining

We were greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a modern and stylish design, and the rooms are clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you could need.

An acceptable hotel to stay in with your family/children if you're in Konya. Hotel is centrally located. Breakfast is just normal in my humble opinion? I don't understand how others said their breakfast is great. Staff attitude.. the porters they are awesome, courteous, friendly and helpful.. HOWEVER their front-office reception is terrible. They don't smile or greet you, and us as guests are the ones who have the courtesy to greet them first? Their AC is also controlled so you can't control it by yourself and have to contact reception to be able to use it. Also, the rooms are near to the main road so you will have difficulty sleeping if you need total silence.

Awful place to stay. Dirty. Rooms smelt of cigarettes. Not women friendly. Would never go back again.

The service was good but there was no internet service even though their website started having it. For a 4-star hotel that cost over $50, this is definitely not what you expect even you make a reservation.

Very good hotel, I stayed here with the family for one night. The rooms were clean, organised, no noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good in general despite the covid restrictions on open buffet. parking was available as well. they have many measures to protect from covid if you are concerned about this point or you didn't get the vaccine yet.

I was very happy with my stay! Bera Hotel definitely deserves 5 stars for it's standards. I was amazed to see how they have placed safe measures for covid and overall cleaniness - staff was always there to help, making sure you're comfortable. Thank you so much! Recommend all the way! 😊

The staff helped us organized a PCR test - super helpful and friendly. Without this we couldn’t have continued our journey so thank you so much ! Nice rooms and good breakfast - would recommend for a short stay in the city for sure !
