Not recommended for families (their biggest room is a single room with 3 beds). Pros: - Their staff are prompt and their reception is helpful 👍 - The swimming pool and spa area are great 🏊 - Buffet breakfast has great range of foods 👌 - Cafe has a great ambiance 💫 - Great location, multiple shopping centres and a Lunapark 🎡 Cons: - They have an archaic card/access system for rooms which needs to be physically reset everyday at reception! 🤯 - Their cafe is meant to be smoke-free but even their own staff smoke right under the 'No Smoking' sign and they have the audacity to defend their actions too! 🚬 - They have buffet breakfast but their UHT milk was off and their mash potatoes were moulded! 🤢 - They don't have any family-friendly rooms (their biggest room is a "single" room with 3 beds)

I like this hotel because of the service, cleaning, and the prices. But only the restaurant isn't self service and that made me feel uncomfortable a little.

Very pleasent stay, everything worked perfect, shower, WiFi, TV, Kettle with free tea and coffee, big and clean rooms, no noise at all

Had an amazing time here and for the price, it was definitely better than what you're paying for. This hotel is better than multiple 4 star hotels I have visited. Would definitely come again

I stayed room 138 for 2days. Bath: water direction was broken, no henge to put hand towel, big space, clean Room: thin walls - easly hear others, only roller blind no tabs, comfortable bed, clean room, noise area (road and entertainment centre) Breakfast: not sufficient things, bad cooking, melt butter, olive was missing, fruits was missing etc... Environmental: cannot stay 5mins in front of otel or around, some strange person beggar comes and ask for money. receptionist people are young-dynamic, helpful.

Disappointing. They refused me to stay with my dog, although on hotels.com it was written that this hotel is pet-friendly. I tried to cancel reservation, but the site refused to return the money (99 Euro). I called to "ua.hotels.com" support service, but they didn't even talk to me, -- a chatbot just replied "I could not find your reservation". Very disappointing.

Good experience. The service was very reasonable. The staffs are helpful. Room was tidy. The location is a good position.

An excellent experience and great service. Clean rooms good value for money the only downside was in a hot summer day central heating was running and the air conditioning system was not working.

Loved the fact that I booked a room so late at night which means there is always someone to serve you.

We stayed 1 night in the hotel last week. We had 2 rooms (we were with 6 persons) The rooms were nice and clean. The beds slept wonderful. The only thing that was not so good was that we couldn’t find the woman’s entrance for the swimming pool. (We asked but still couldn’t find it) And wanted to go swimming in the morning with my 13 year old son. So unfortunately we didn’t go swimming. But still I can recommend this hotel.
