The best ethnic hotel in Konya Each part of the hotel had a history attached with it. There was no elevator but it was not a hassle There were names of room not numbers. There was a clock that moved backwards The location was exceptional They served us warm.milk n cookies The breakfast was grand The services were tooooo good The whole experience of this hotel was kind blowing Loved the interior and loved the hospitality

Hich has a beautiful calming energy and very friendly and helpful staff… the garden area for food/drinks is filled with beautiful plants and our room had a mystique special ambiance since we had a great view close up view of the mosque… the location of the hotel is excellent!

We really enjoyed our time here and this hotel. First it is very central and convenient , it’s 200 m to the mawlana museum and the center of historical Konya. The hotel itself is very charming and warm atmosphere. It is a kind of boutique hotel with nice details, decoration and wooden stairs. We had a very good night as it was quiet. Our room, the suite, was beautiful. Lot of old books about Muslim arts or Turkish history. The restaurant side was super good and to be honest we didn’t expected it. There is not a lot of meals or choices and it is unique compared to what we have seen so far in turkey. Slowly cooked food, super fresh or even organic ingredients. I deeply enjoyed the breakfast and our dinner. Herbal tea or hot chocolate also were good. It’s important to mention it as this quality is found in Istanbul but less in some other areas. You can have a drink and there is also some books outside or inside. Staff take it easy here meaning sometimes a bit slow but that belongs to the charm of this place and holy city. We found them allways willing to help and understand our needs. I recommand this hôtel to stay and if not, just go to eat. You will have no regret and you will do a discovery. I loved my short stay, the room was well decorated. However the bathroom light needed fixing. Service was slow. Had a hard time getting the front desk attention while checking inn, etc. Restaurant on site was lovely to contemplate, however the server seemed annoyed and in a rush? Otherwise a really beautiful soulful place to stay.

Bad hotel and never go here again, save your money. The hotel is depressive and dirty also the services are bad. No respect not worthy this hotel

Lovely hidden gem! Had a wonderful breakfast here and returned for dinner too! Menu is simple but hearty and delicious. Highly recommend the sherbet drink.

A cozy little quaint hotel in the heart of Konya. We loved everything from the service to the food. The hotel is a stepping stone away from Rumi’s museum and resting place. Highly recommended.

I rarely put reviews up for hotels but this place deserves a mention. I cannot put into words my experience here. This hotel is at the epitome of tourism and hospitality. So much attention to detail has gone into every corner of this building. The views of Maulana Rumi's resting place give a serene feeling. The courtyard of Hich hotel is precious. The rooms are perfectly done. The hosts feel like family. It was such a great experience that Cappadocia couldnt compare and I came back again here after 2 days away. The ground floor eating area is a work of art. You will not be disappointed.

The hotel to be! Perfectly located in front of Mevlana, charming refurbished old house with the perfect terrace on a sunny day. Gizem and the team are very professional and caring. Restaurant is a great dining option, even if you're not a guest.

I stayed in Hich Hotel for two nights in April 2022. The management, I think, relies on the hotel’s great location, nice design and ambience at the expense of customers’ satisfaction. The room was not enough clean. Clots of long hair were spotted in different corners. The bed mattress was not really comfy and room service was not performed at all. I stayed in many hotels in the past in which the management upgraded my room for free when possible for good experience and review. Hich Hotel didn’t even bother doing it although the hotel was somewhat empty. Mostly I will not come back again.

The best option in konya and far from others. Good rooms, nice staff and great location. However, The food is not the best and few can hardly speak english. I have spent some time in konya and stayed in different hotels, this on was by far the best there.

The hotel is in a great location. Very clean, attentive and professional staff, the decor was amazing. There were books everywhere from the garden throughout the historic mansion. The Garden was very tasteful. Happy to find this place. The place to stay in Konya.

March 2021. Konya was freezing when we arrived in March from Antalya. The city we stayed in for one night seemed like a small urban city where people were familiar with each other. The aesthetics in this hotel were very calming, beautiful bay windows with offwhite curtains, the right brown color of wood paneling, mosaics tile details in the bathroom, a exceptionally beautiful backyard for sitting and reading away! The rooms are small though but very cosy! The eating area was in the basement and quiet the sight. Of books, vintage items, a small kai-like fish pond beneath the stairs. With small amount of space and welcoming vibes of décor and staff alike they were able to make this place very comfortable and relaxing for the guests! Decent breakfast! Cherry on top was when we woke up, it was gently snowing. Pretty amazing!

Trust. I left several necklaces that I had acquired from around the world in my hotel room. When I called the hotel, they immediately located the necklaces and mailed them to me all the way to the U.S. If not for the true beauty and kind energy of the Hich Hotel, I would have doubted that they would return my necklaces. I received them in the mail very quickly. Thank you ladies! The whole place was incredible from the milk and cookies brought to our room every night to the great authentic cuisine they prepared downstairs to the beautiful scenery from the room window. Words are not available to describe the beauty and kind energy of the Hich Hotel.

i simply loved this place. the hotel is very authentic, renovated an old mansion with a very good taste. the rooms were very clean, staff were very polite and the food is very good. it is next to Mevlana museum, you can see the museum from your window. turkish breakfast is very rich and unlike many hotels you can have your breakfast until 12:00. i like to stay in different hotels but when i come to Konya again i will definitely stay in this place again.

I had guests from South Africa , through the agent they book this hotel, when we came the hotel at the evening they said no room available. It was very sad after long journey. Hotel needs yo be more organized. We stay another hotel.

I am booking a room ‘King Suit Panaromic View’, but the ‘Panaromic view’ is a car park!! The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust! There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust! I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me. I almost miss my train. It was a very unpleasant experience.

This place is very beautiful. The staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast variety was amazing. 2 minute’s walking distance to Mevlana Mausoleum. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at the hich hotel Konya. The staff was very helpful from the start booking our stay with ease over Whatsapp. We are a family of 4 and they added a bed to a suite to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and they even accommodated our needs with an early breakfast on the day of our departure. Lastly, the location is phenomenal.
