Clean rooms, sometimes gluten free foods available, spa and massages services are very good ( ask for Sannur ), professional services, thank you...

Nice standard Novotel with good rooms/beds. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice varied selection. We chose to stay here over other hotels since they had a pool but it was disappointing. It is outside, tucked between the Novotel and Ibis. It is a decent size but quite cold as it doesn't get much sun. There were only a few broken sun loungers and wasn't a place to really relax. They also made everyone buy and wear swim caps which wasn't needed and even threw 2 kids out of the pool for not wearing them (we didn't experience this requirement any where else in Turkey. Management should review this policy as all kids were taking the caps off.) You also need to bring your own towels or use the ones from the room. Next time I wouldn't pick this hotel for the pool.

The Staff was so helpful and friendly. Smiling and kind. We got good room service from Abdullah. Water, opening the windows and cables were delivered within minutes where needed. And the cleaning staff lead by Jihad were smiling and helpful asking if we needed anything. Abdullah at the desk helped us upgrade to family room when we asked for it. Also Very tasty breakfast with so much variety. Taxi service always on time and with fair prices. I will choose Novotel again when needed. We Love Konya

Rooms are very dated and need a refresh. Broken, worn out light switches and old furniture. AC doesn't work, just makes a lot of noise. Window can't be closed properly and you can hear a lot of noise from the road outside. Main entrance was under repair. Check-in was very slow, only 1 receptionist present. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Cannot be rated as a 5-star hotel, maximum 3...

We booked Novotel Konya hotel family room for 1 night . The check in procedure was a bit lazy and took 30 mins. The room was good , the bathroom fixtures were pathetique . The tap came put from the toilet and the whole room was filled with water . The plumber came after 20 mins . There was no Airconditing , it was only heater . Upon calling reception they sent their technical service after 1 hour and he came and just opened the window . Thats it . Breakfast was good , but hotel management should look into their reception desk staff . They are few lazy people and no customer satisfaction. Thanks.

Our experience here was excellent. Mostly attributed to ABDULLAH who was brilliant at reception. After a warm welcome,in his eloquent English,we just felt like home.Coming from South Africa it is a challenge when very few people here speak English.Abdullah acceded to our late check out request and the ff evening,assisted us with luggage storage ,wifi ,taxi hire,n complimentary tea.10/10 Abdullah. Breakfast was excellent too.Far from tourist sites but worth the few extra kms.!!

An okay hotel, average rooms, needs slight updating. Minibar was empty which was strange. Location is okay, about 10-15 minute drive from town center, has a few stores when you cross the road, had dinner there. Will update post when we try their breakfast tomorrow

Abdullah our hotel concierge was extremely helpful with booking our next portion of our trip in Turkey. He went above and beyond his duties helping us which we were very grateful for. Hotel was excellent and service fantastic.

It's just a name. Abit disappointed in the rooms. Not up to 4 star hotel. Could do with upgrade. Better wifi and facilities. No balcony but view is nice from corridors. Have to ask for toiletries. Could be cleaner and more variety for breakfast and dinner. Not much to do around and really nit great for the price.

On floor 13th it felt like the show in the top roof was with me across the night. Call to change the room and no rooms were available. Didnt sleep until 1am

It's a comfortable place to stay, but there are a few details in the room on which their more economic counterpart ibis next door does a little better (unfortunately I cannot remember which details). I would like in particular to thank Ayse for her professional service at the reception. She speaks great English and our communications with her were always smooth, and our requests were always promptly addressed.

It was an overall good experience, value for money. Breakfast was great. The spa and swimming were great activities. The front house staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Ali and Himatt.

Couldn't be any happier. The service is top notch. The receptionist are super nice, kind and helpful. Lastly Aylin is so sweet..

On a holiday around turkire, stayed overnight at Novotel Konya, had drinks on 13th floor and blown away by service and staff. Then had dinner in restaurant on ground floor. Superb service by Mete who served food expertly, obviously the standard of hotel training is high in turkire, very enjoyable food.

Abdullah at the reception was super nice and assisted with every question we had and even offered coffee and tea although we did a late check out. Dinner and Breakfast was excellent at this place. Will definitely suggest this place and come back again!

Very helpful staff from the front desk to the cleaners and special thanks to Najati he was very nice. The room is very clean but it’s a bit small size.

Rooms vastly overheated and Aircon will not cool them down, had to get maintenance to open sealed window. Evening meal for our group was a disaster, food cold, delivery erratic, and treatment of food allergies was completely misunderstood. Staff just not acting like a team and communicating with each other. Even paying for two glasses of wine took over 20 mins. Very poor indeed.

Clean rooms

6th of January we checked in, we found a very helpful and smiley guy in reception, he gave us all the details and informations needed. The room was clean and well equipped. The next morning breakfast was various and very delicious, the only thing i found unfortunate was the bread in the breakfast was old and a bit hard on edges.

Regular Hotel of International operator with standard service. Rooms normal, breakfast ok, service also ok. Good for business purposes

The only hotel in Turkey in which I found employees that spoke english and that worried about people who could not eat food containing gluten. I had the chance to talk to the chef about the buffet and had a very pleasant experience. The pool is also nice, although not very big. The only problem was the air conditioning, because the rooms were all too hot. Absolutely recommend it.

The food at the buffet was so good. The chef apparently is called Yavuz. Well done, the choice of food was great and was really delicious. Two of the restaurant staff went above and beyond. Mete and Nehir were so professional and helpful and made my stay really special. Thank you for all your hard work.

I propose this hotel especially if you have children,the floor of rooms has carpet and it is realy safe for kids, The hotel is near to a beautiful park,as we stayed at room all day it was really useful for me. I am so happy with services, So thanks to dear 'humeyra' as breakfast chef and all waiters. And many thanks to mrs 'Golshan' ,very kind housekeeper.

Great hotel with great services. The hotel is perfect and might be the best in the area. The staff are nice and friendly. In the reception Ali was always there to to help without any hesitation. In the restaurant Mete and Nehir were the joy in the place helping us with real smiles on their faces. Thanks for making our visit to your hotel memorable. The missing star was because of the annoying smoking smell, which come to my room every night. And also some staff gives me the feeling that I’m not welcome. It happened twice to me.

It has everything, great staff, great restaurant, etc., with one exception. I realize that Turkey is a Muslim country with a call to prayer six times a day. But the mosque close by has PA system that a rock band would envy. The evening call to prayer left me unable to converse with someone else during Isha. I can only imagine what Fajr and Sunrise will be like. Maybe there should be some type of volume control.

Fiyatlar konusunda da bilgim yok ne yazık ki. otopark konusunda eksiklik var gibi iki otel bodrum katta aynı otoparkı kullanıyor bu sebeple genellikle dolu oluyor. Onun harici gördüğüm pekte bir eksiklik yok diyebilirim.

Çalışanlar çok iyi , ve otel gayet temiz , tüm çalışanlar maske takıyor bu da ayrıca önemli .

Şefin bütün çorbaları aynı. Hatta domates çorbası ile yayla çorbasının tadı bile aynı. Çalışanlar nazik ve sıcak kanlı. Konaklanabilir bir mekan lakin gereksiz pahalı.

Our first visit to Konya. We were received with the most friendly smile by Abdullah at Reception. Throughout our stay, he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. This is so refreshing considering our other experience at hotels. I will certainly recommend Novotel Konya to others, and choose it should I revisit Konya. Btw the breakfast was delicious.

No one will be able to relax and unwind in this place. Loud music is played in the hotel on the 4th floor until 1am. And the fact that we were on the 7th floor did not save us, the music was just blaring. At 11 o'clock in the evening I called the reception to ask when the music would be turned off, the manager replied that at 12 o'clock. My husband and I had to go down to the hall and sit there until 12, because it was impossible to stay in the room. At 12 o'clock the music was not turned off and when we approached the manager, it turned out that he had lied and the music would be turned off later. As a result, the disco club ended at 1 am. A lot of people come to the hotel for this disco, i.e. there are a lot of strangers in the hotel. The room itself is in need of renovation. There are no dressing gowns or toiletries. However, the price of the hotel is far from cheap.

Very warm welcome from the whole team even if their English is not perfect. Hotel is very nice and clean. A little far away from city center but that's what we wanted for more calm atmosphere. Views are awesome from higher floors. Only the restaurant could be a little improved, nice food but nothing exceptional...
