in
a
Family
Suite
for
a
family
of
3.
Myself,
a
2-year-old
daughter
and
27
weeks
pregnant
wife.
First
impressions
were
great:
-
Visually
from
the
outside
Hotel
looked
elegant
-
Lobby,
lifts,
communal
areas,
gym,
pool
&
spa
are
all
extremely
clean
and
well
maintained
-
Every
area
we
went
through
had
a
pleasant
fragrance
-
Restaurant
area
(breakfast
time)
extremely
hygienic.
Variety
of
food
(all
warm
&
covered)
and
fresh
fruits
available.
Pleasure
to
eat
in
this
atmosphere.
-
Wifi
is
steady
and
decent
for
streaming
-
Room
service
available
24/7
-
Smart
TV
-
Best
part
of
the
service
has
been
the
hospitality
and
customer
service.
From
the
bell
boys,
receptionists,
security,
waiters
and
cleaners:
They
all
treated
us
with
the
utmost
respect
and
did
not
hesitate
to
help
us
with
all
our
queries
and
concerns.
Neither
one
of
them
spoke
the
greatest
English
but
they
patiently
tried
and
made
a
lot
of
effort
to
accommodate.
Ahmet
Ottoy
(Bell
boy)
on
the
first
night
helped
us
with
our
luggages
and
escorted
us
all
the
way
to
our
door.
We
were
really
happy.
Two
kind
ladies
on
reception
helped
us
settle
in
and
gave
us
advice
where
we
could
find
activities
etc.
-
Suite
room;
1101
on
the
11th
floor
was
prepared
for
us
in
advance.
Between
the
UK
and
Turkey,
it
was
perhaps
the
best
room
we've
ever
had
in
a
hotel!
A
small
hallway
separated
2
rooms
at
the
end.
On
the
left,
sitting
room
with
a
mini
bar,
TV,
Desk,
wardrobe/closet
and
bathroom
1.
On
the
right,
a
Queen
Size
(Comfortable
&
Clean)
bed
with
another
minibar
and
TV.
The
bedrooms
Ensuite
had
an
additional
walk-in
shower
alongside
the
bathtub.
We
were
really
impressed.
Felt
posh.
When
we
realised
the
bathroom
had
underfloor
heating
beneath
the
marble
it
was
the
icing
on
the
cake.
We
loved
it
in
the
middle
of
the
night
because
our
feet
didn't
get
cold
going
to
the
bathroom!
However,
this
is
where
a
slight
con
can
be
mentioned...
Second
night
in
we
were
struggling
to
sleep
due
to
the
extreme
heat
coming
from
the
bathroom
underfloor
heating.
Unfortunately
it
could
not
be
turned
off
due
to
a
malfunction.
But
when
we
reported
this
issue
the
following
morning,
staff
did
not
hesitate
to
resolve
the
issue
by
helping
us
change
rooms
within
the
space
of
an
hour!
First
they
offered
another
suite
which
did
not
have
2
separate
rooms
("integrated"
as
they
referred)
but
the
room
did
have
a
jacuzzi.
Whilst
we
were
getting
ready,
another
suite,
like
our
original
one
came
up
available
which
we
chose
instead.
It
wasn't
fully
prepared.
In
the
sense,
floors
weren't
as
clean
and
dressing
gowns
weren't
provided
but
when
we
asked
housekeeping,
they
were
provided
immediately.
What
we
liked
the
most
about
the
new
suite
401
on
level
4,
the
balcony
and
rooftop.
We
practically
have
a
massive
roof
top
to
ourselves!
Because
of
the
way
they
handled
the
situation,
I
cannot
complain
about
a
technical
malfunction
which
was
out
of
their
control.
Instead
i
applaud
their
efforts
and
appreciate
how
professionally
they
used
their
initiative
to
accommodate
and
keep
their
guests
comfortable
and
happy.
My
favourite
part
of
the
experience
was
the
consistency.
All
of
this
good
service
has
been
consistent.
Every
day,
every
night,
the
best
service
was
always
provided.
Definitely
recommend
this
hotel
and
will
come
back
for
sure.
