    Hi folks! As I am traveling regularly for business and trade, I usually prefer to stay on a cleaner and comfortable as well as new hotels. I have been in variety of 5-Stars hotels in different countries, and every time I wrote about my experience whether it was good or bad. ⛔ Unfortunately, this Hotel was one of my worst experience due to which cancelled my 5 days staying (pre-reserved booking). 👎 The room wasn't clean though they claimed that it was just cleaned. There were dusts and trash under the bed, and the bed and towels smelled disgusting 😒 👎 the food isn't always freshly cooked or prepared, you can definitely say it by tasting specially when you know a bit about cooking. 👎 the call to the reception is not immediately answered, sometimes 'No Answer' 👎 there was a lot of noise at night as there was a music concert or a birthday party, I couldn't sleep well. 👎 the personnel (staff) behavior was fair but when I cancelled my booking, then there was unwelcomed reactions... I could see the Smirk on the team-leader's face. So, I hope you haven't or will never experience what I lived during my stay in this hotel. My advice; better choose another Hotel than wasting money for something that isn't worth it. I later found out that there are two other 5-Star hotels in this city (Konya) named GRAND KONYA*****, and OZKAYMAK ***** where a known friend of mine stayed. We always pay, but pay somewhere for something that you won't regret it. >>> Definitely NOT recommend it <<<

    I booked 6 nights in a Family Suite for a family of 3. Myself, a 2-year-old daughter and 27 weeks pregnant wife. First impressions were great: - Visually from the outside Hotel looked elegant - Lobby, lifts, communal areas, gym, pool & spa are all extremely clean and well maintained - Every area we went through had a pleasant fragrance - Restaurant area (breakfast time) extremely hygienic. Variety of food (all warm & covered) and fresh fruits available. Pleasure to eat in this atmosphere. - Wifi is steady and decent for streaming - Room service available 24/7 - Smart TV - Best part of the service has been the hospitality and customer service. From the bell boys, receptionists, security, waiters and cleaners: They all treated us with the utmost respect and did not hesitate to help us with all our queries and concerns. Neither one of them spoke the greatest English but they patiently tried and made a lot of effort to accommodate. Ahmet Ottoy (Bell boy) on the first night helped us with our luggages and escorted us all the way to our door. We were really happy. Two kind ladies on reception helped us settle in and gave us advice where we could find activities etc. - Suite room; 1101 on the 11th floor was prepared for us in advance. Between the UK and Turkey, it was perhaps the best room we've ever had in a hotel! A small hallway separated 2 rooms at the end. On the left, sitting room with a mini bar, TV, Desk, wardrobe/closet and bathroom 1. On the right, a Queen Size (Comfortable & Clean) bed with another minibar and TV. The bedrooms Ensuite had an additional walk-in shower alongside the bathtub. We were really impressed. Felt posh. When we realised the bathroom had underfloor heating beneath the marble it was the icing on the cake. We loved it in the middle of the night because our feet didn't get cold going to the bathroom! However, this is where a slight con can be mentioned... Second night in we were struggling to sleep due to the extreme heat coming from the bathroom underfloor heating. Unfortunately it could not be turned off due to a malfunction. But when we reported this issue the following morning, staff did not hesitate to resolve the issue by helping us change rooms within the space of an hour! First they offered another suite which did not have 2 separate rooms ("integrated" as they referred) but the room did have a jacuzzi. Whilst we were getting ready, another suite, like our original one came up available which we chose instead. It wasn't fully prepared. In the sense, floors weren't as clean and dressing gowns weren't provided but when we asked housekeeping, they were provided immediately. What we liked the most about the new suite 401 on level 4, the balcony and rooftop. We practically have a massive roof top to ourselves! Because of the way they handled the situation, I cannot complain about a technical malfunction which was out of their control. Instead i applaud their efforts and appreciate how professionally they used their initiative to accommodate and keep their guests comfortable and happy. My favourite part of the experience was the consistency. All of this good service has been consistent. Every day, every night, the best service was always provided. Definitely recommend this hotel and will come back for sure. Thank you

    Room clean. Service trying to do his best but without result because of training and ways of working. I hope you can fix that. Restaurant of the roof dirty. The didn't have any consideration when people were having dinner and they switched off the lights and brought us candle to fix it 🤣🤣. That is not proper of a 5*, but Well... No more. People of the reception did it really good. Congrats.

    very helpful staff. specially pelin, saeed and mehmet canbaz. pelin was the most helpful and she spoke good english. ahmet the bell boy anf aise from breakfast also served so well. staff is all good

    Perfect for business and pleasure. We like to enjoy as much as possible our business trips . This hotel is perfect fir this purpose because it is offering maximum comfort in luxurious building, large spaces with ottoman lavish decorations . The stuff is professional and friendly and the spa offers unique VIP hamam experience. We had very good dinner also in the hotel restaurant .

    We had a great time in Grand Millenium Konya. The hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff was kind and friendly. The coffee shop staff and especially Rumeysa was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

    What an experience, defiantly not recommended to any families. I service always telling me don’t worry sir it’s the way. Waited 45 minutes for milk for my children then I had to walk across the motorway to the petrol station to buy milk from a 5 star hotel which was ridiculous

    I was guided by the reservation lady (Aybikey) and she helped me verry well. After i book a room i saw the room was verry clean and walked to the reception to ask for the lady who gunde mo to book the room. She helped me verry well and guide me also to see the places like Mevlana and butterfly garden. I like the places and get back to the hotel. After it was dinner time i like the Latus restaurant by guiding also by Aybikey. Thank you for the hospitality and the smiles by the personals.
