It's for the management of Creek General Hospital I have been there in May, 2023, very rude and shouting staff every where, non co-operative I am not a rich person but once I heard "Poor are always bad with poor, but decent in front of rich" I have seen this in the hospital, staff is so rude with poor that I would suggest the management specially people who established this good facility with so much huge investments should take care it as these staff will ruin it otherwise I have seen the old illiterate females there running here and there just to know where their file is? or by when they will be called for doctor's checkup I have seen nobody but police like people everywhere just to shout on these poor

Not guiding properly. I visited on 15-10-20 in afternoon for eye checking but counter staff told me to come tomorrow at 8:00 am because doctor is not available; I visited next day at 8:00 am but the same person told me wait till 9:00 am because they will start at 9:00 am. I told him why you called me at 8:00 am. He replied that in free hospital you have to wait. In-fact he told me why did you not collect a token for free checkup at 7:30 am which he never informed me earlier. Staff should guide patients properly because they are coming and suffering a lot by staff misguiding.

My friends told me that this hospital is really good with implants, I got my treatment n 2 hours. my appointment went better than expected.

no professionalism if you call at their number mentioned on website the person don't know any thing (means a lapo person) he will give another number to call. Third class website no online appointment no doctors details w.r.t timings no UAN number on website.Another thing is that they do not cover the main insurance companies like New Jubilee Insurance etc.
