Absolutely terrible food. Basil chicken taste is disappointing and used boiled chicken when they mentioned on the phone they used minced chicken. Chicken Fried Rice Rs1050 and used sticky rice. The worst fried rice I had and very expensive for the price. When I called them Reka the operation manager mentioned that they were busy so she couldn't speak to chef but later in the conversation she said the chef mentioned that's their cooking style. This place is not even close to Thai cuisine. Will never go to this place again EVER! Terrible

Good Place to taste authentic thai food. Really enjoyed

I have visited Quick Thai a couple of times since it opened and their food was usually pretty alright. Lately it seems like they have brought down prices by about LKR100, unfortunately however the taste and the standard of their food seem to have suffered. The place used to employ a Thai chef who could usually be seen cooking behind the glass screen but she seem to have been replaced by a local guy. The food was pretty oily but decent for the price - nothing to write home about.

Place is good. Not crowded even on weekends. Food is great. One rice portion is more than enough for two heads. Service is good and efficient. Customers are asked to scan the QR code,go to their menu and place the order online/manual. Food can be directly ordered through online and get delivered too. Parking space is available for 2-3 vehicles.

High price, little portions and food wasn't exactly upto standard. Ordered a portion of tom yum noodles, it was too spicy couldn't eat at all! I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Welcome us politely. Good customer service with a friendly working staff. Didn't see too many staff but whoever were there were very efficient, so had no long waits. Food was good and quick. Reasonable price. Clean and calm environment. Would like to recommend. Parking is the issue there. Fortunately we came for dinner so some near by shops were closed. So used it to park.

Good place to have lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly. The food is also nice. Portion sizes are sufficient to share. The prices are reasonable too. How ever noticed few improvements the staff needs to be more knowledgeable about the menu. The place is not crowded too. We actually had the whole space to us.

We went there for a family gathering and I can highly recommend this place. Welcoming and friendly staff. Food is really nice and tasty. They have verity of authentic Thai foods. Most importantly they have a live kitchen where everyone can see how the food is preparing for the table. Kitchen is so clean and tidy. Value for the money we spent. But the only negative point is they don't have enough car parking space due to it's location.

I wouldn't call this place an authentic Thai restaurant. I felt it was more of a Thai-Sri Lankan fusion place. Saying that, the food wasn't bad, as it was tasty. Just the flavors weren't typical Thai. Reasonable place to grab a quick meal. . Service was a bit slow when they got a few tables comingbin at the same time. Tom yum soup looked more like a red curry and the green curry looked more yellowish and didn't have authentic Thai flavors. The papaya salad had the most authentic Thai flavors from all the dishes we ordered. Not enough parking which was some what inconvenient as well.

Food was fantastic. Taste, quality and quantity is excellent and type of food they offer suits Sri Lankan taste buds.food was prepared pretty fast even though restaurant was almost full.

Really good place to enjoy really authentic Thai cucine. They have a Thai lady in the kitchen who made these authentic foods along with some local helpers. The restaurant have an upstairs dining area which is usually not used for dining. Only the ground floor area is used for dining purposes. The kitchen is visible to the ground floor dining area so that you can see the actions in the kitchen whist your food is preparing. Varity of Thai food is available for your choice. Good ambiance in inside the restaurant. Helpful and professional staff, good service is provid. The prices if the foids offered are fairly average and portions are worth for the money. Only two vehicle parking facility in the location But you can park your vehicle on the near by parking lots.

Awful experience at Quick Thai. The air conditioning was out and no substitute means of air circulation was available. Each dish came out separately. The hot butter cuttlefish tasted like rubber along with it being fried in what I assume is week old oil - it tasted absolutely foul The green curry chicken portion had chicken only for one person The waiter served tap water without inquiring. If tap water is to be served I would hope the norm is to inform the clients of it Standards at quick Thai are at an all time low. Will not visit here again

I ordered chicken and egg noodles. Taste was horrible. It’s full of Maggie chicken flavoured seasoning cubes. Taste was chicken cubes but nothing else. Feeling vomiting 🤮🤮🤮

The standards have gone down drastically . We took away food and It was terrible . We ordered sea food fried rice . the rice was all full of lumps and not much sea food for that price !! Price was rs 1650/- higher than a five start restaurant !!! Cuttle fish had NO cutter fish and only batter was Fried and packed and given . Would recommend to stay away from this place .

So far the best place to have tom yum.The meals served rapidly and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended.

Overall extremely unsatisfied . Hit butter cuttlefish was the worst ever as there was NO cuttlefish . Quality of rice very poor and barely any sea food . Prices are exorbitant and doesn’t match the quality . Most interestingly the management doesn’t seem to take action . So can expect them to improve . Better places would be Thai Cuisine boulevard , kingsbury Ocean. All the five star hotels are cheaper and very much tastier . But staff who’s serving are good . Chef not wearing any mask.

Portion size of the Tom Yum sea food soup very poor now. Regular portion only just sufficient for one person. It was usually more than enough for two some time ago. For Rs.1775/= a portion!! It's a rip off given the meagre amonut of sea food content in the portion...

I have been coming to eat here for years and know the menu by heart. But my most recent visit today there’s a terrible new system in place where you have to order via QR code, and place the order via website even while the waiter is standing next to me; and then fill in a form that’s on the website with all sorts of information to complete the order, and pay via website as well! All the while I am hungry and it’s taking 20 mins to order the same food I have been having here since quick Thai opened many years ago. Absolutely unnecessary involvement of technology, just hindering the simple process of placing an order via the waiter who is right there. This system may work for online ordering but it’s just silly to use it for dine in customers. Love the food.

My self and the family had lunch in Quick thai Palawatta. We had Namprik fried rice, Egg noodle with chicken, Prawns in tamarind sauce,Thai Omelette and Fried Mushrooms with Cashew Nuts. All the items taste was good. Potion size was well enough for all the four of us. Atmosphere is also pleasant. Staff was also good. Took a bit of time to prepare the foods even though it was only ourselves at the restaurant. But the wait was worth. Thanks Quick Thai.

5 Stars for the 2 and a half hour delay and lying done by the staff regarding the status of the delay. Placed an order online and payed for it, didn't receive a confirmation call but an email was sent to me. Called them, they said that the order was dispatched and after about 30 minutes of waiting I went to the store personally, found out that they haven't even bothered to get started on the order and had lied to us regarding the status of the order. Finally received the food 2 and a half hours later. A job well done indeed.

Four of us visited this place for dinner in November 2023. They don't serve alcohol so we took a bottle. Fabulous Thai food made by a Thai Chef. Last orders by 2230. There is parking in front and service decent. Prices reasonable for the quality and location. Highly recommended.

We have enjoyed a wonderful meal here. They got a new manager and her name is Sanduni. She has been very friendly and great in customer relationships. She took the order and delivered within a reasonable time. Food was fantastic. All the best…!

When we asked for a printed menu it was not available. But the staff said to scan the QR code and get the menu. I insisted that we are more comfortable with a printed menu. I asked to get the contact information of the owner to make a complaint. The staff didn't want to give the contact. Later after many requests we were given a number but had no answer from the owner. We will not patronage this place any longer.

Authentic thai cuisine ordered chicken Tom yam soup and pepper chicken to go, tom yam soup pretty expensive for the price 1250/=LKR also small potion, chicken peppercorn dish for 950/= relatively really small portion , i would say add few more pieces of chicken make it perfect dish as far as people who concern both taste and $$$ chicken peppercorn are absolutely irresistible lots of flavors but Tom yam soup much more like thai red curry and NOT authentic tom yam may it is thai version of Tom yam Overall great place to bring your family and the two servers doing great, small parking for 2 vehicles. Note to owner : if you can add more food or bring price down a little bit you getting same customer more frequent 😎

Delicious food served quickly after placing the order. Helpful staff. Price is bit high but a portion of most items is more than enough for two people. Nice ambiance and good table arrangement even for large families. Parking is by the road and no dedicated slots.

I have been a loyal customers for years even though they have been bit on the expensive side and portions are small. But now they have increased prices by more than 100 percent over last months prices. Disgraceful.eg. red curry chicken in June was Rs 1000, today it is Rs 2027 I won't be ordering from them again. Please double check before you place an order.
