Huge variety of locals dishes and international dishes. Special discounts on selected cards. Quick service and friendly staff. Decent pricing for food and drinks. Beverages should improve in taste!

Food is considerably good. But my overall experience is negative. (This review combines 2 visits to the location) Reasons for negative review. 1st Visit (Purchasing of Cake over the counter) 1. The customer service not as to that standard. Cashier girl was on d phone full time and cashiering was done part time. She does not look at the customers either. Happy at least she remembered to thank me while giving the invoice, but again looking at the phone, not at me. 2. The girl who served the food was also on the phone at the time preparing us the food and didn't hear us properly. 2nd Visit (Dinner with family) 3. The restaurant was to dark and very less lighting was there. 4. AC was not working and ventilation is weak. 5. It took so much time to prepare the dinner. 6. We could see the kitchen and we saw that food like cabbages which needs thorough washing was just put to water and used for cooking without proper washing. 7. The best thing, we saw A RAT running from the cashier side to other side when we were at billing and ANOTHER RAT or the same RAT running from the building to a tree (which is also linked to the outside table area) when we were at the upper floor waiting for dinner preparation.

Gone down in quality and service since I've been here a couple of years back. The food is okay. Not bad, but definitely not what I would consider delicious. Portions were good, it looked fresh and the selection was adequate. The whole place did however feel like it needed renovation and a good clean up.

Average. Thats how I would summarise the experience. This Sensaal has two floors and alrger space for dining. There's reserved parking space for a few cars in front. The staff are helpful to some extend. The food tasted ok. I ordered the spicy mix rice and a coke. The cost is economical. The ambience was ok.

Loosing there quality day by day. Not recommended. So many flies top of the foods.

Recently we went there for dinner. They have a separate place at upstairs but it closed for renovations. So we have seated in downstairs near cashier. There are few people but they have taken long time to serve us. We have ordered egg hoppers, plain hoppers and coconut pittu. Hoppers are not hot and no tasty at all. They have charged separately for chicken curry but the portion is too small and expensive. And pittu is so dry and not up to the standard. Overall not statified with their customer sevice and food

Superb place to have a quality meal out there. They have meals even at 4 pm, which is not a conventional lunch time though. They got a nicely presented short eats panel in front of the store to the lest side. One can order meals and go to the up stairs to have it...ambiance also good. Tinted glasses are there to cover the sun light.

Food was good however need to ensure facilities are managed properly when allow customer to dine in .. wash rooms and other hygiene factors are taken care of at least at this point of time.

I placed a lunch ordered at around 1130am local time. On the uber eats platform. They accepted my request and within 5min they declined it. Due to lack of quantity.. they shouldn't have put those items on uber eats if they cant provide it.. I thought this franchise would be able to uphold its standards but they disappointed me.

Not hygienic. There were flies everywhere and the food didn't seem fresh either. Used to be a nice place for a hearty meal but now the quality had reduced drastically.

Was lucky to get the chicken Chinese rolls straight out of the frier. Other bakery goods were delectable too. Service was professional and courteous.

It's Sen Saal so you know what to expect: a bit overpriced but tasty food with good service quality minus the hassle. The staff is friendly as always, and the food is good as usual. Bakery items are much more overpriced than other places but full meals (like rice and kottu) are quite on par with other eateries. Place is well kept and clean -- something that is wellcome in Nawala area. All in all you get what you pay for: convenience and service with above-average food.

This place was once very good for dining. But presently being renovated so not very pleasent experience.

I give three stars because they provide reasonably good testing food which has relatively high value for money given current market. However their facilities are in dire need of maintenance/ renovation. Currently only aforementioned good food and nostalgia keep remaining fan base coming to Sensaal Nawala.

Today i visited the place. manager assisted me, but not a simple smile in his face. the place was a little smelly, and 1 staff was in cleaning process, i said the manager that the place is a little smelly , but he didn't reply, when being in a food industry the place should smell good also the staff should be really friendly, this person was like really grumpy. after paying the bill at least he should say thank you , he attended to me as if he doing it for a sake, please take action !

I’ve left my wallet yesterday night at 8th mile Wijerama outlet. When I return to the outlet with lot of doubts, the staff has properly kept all my bonging and even being nice enough to ask me to check everything before leaving.
