    I was 112kg weight but after some month my trainer train me so hard and I lost my all fat but after some Tim I was check my weight so I am 78kg so I am very happy but I am so slim and I can again tell to my train I want muscles and I want bodybuilder type body so my trainer again train me and this Tim I have 90 kg weight but only muscle but not mature
