Had water damaged screen. Needed replacing on the day as I was leaving the next day. Poh replaced the screen with one from a new phone as the screen wouldn’t arrive in time from Bangkok. Above and beyond ✌️excellent service!

we thought that the iphone was waterproof, but we found out that it was not, the charging port on my iphone 13 was damaged, the people from Clinic apple mobile were amazing and they managed to repair the iphone in less than an hour, thank you for everything, I am extremely satisfied

I’d been searching a unsuccessfully for a shop to replace the TrueDepth camera in my iPhone when I found this shop. After opening the phone and attempting a repair the replacement camera was ordered, delivered the next day and installed. They even gave me a loaner phone to use while waiting a couple of hours for the repair to be accomplished. Excellent service.

Highly recommended, My IPhone was water damaged in the sea, the lovely lady in the shop Poh was very honest and said it was 50/50 whether the phone could be fixed...luckily I had a spare that needed a new screen....so they new put a new screen in for a very reasonable price and even replaced the battery in it, which was nearly dead, for a very reasonable price. Very honest shop, with lovely owners. Thanks guys 😊

Being a remote worker, having your MacBook break down is probably one of the worse thing that could happen. I was very relieved to have found Apple Clinic Krabi. They were very professional and explained to me the issue (in English). It took just under a week to have my MacBook back in working condition, the price was reasonable too. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Got my phone fixed after some sort of IOS reboot issue. He called a translator to make sure he understood what the problem was and for them to relay info to me. Honestly saved my life as I don’t know what I’d do without my phone on this trip! Would highly recommend!!

My Macbook Air broke down and I couldn't find anyone who could repair it in Krabi. People recommended going to Phuket or Surathani to get it repaired. I was lucky to see the store sign on my way to Lotus. Clinic Apple was professional and great with communicating to me about every detail (in English). For a reasonable cost, they sent my laptop to their partner repair shop in Bangkok, got the motherboard fixed and got it back to me all in one week. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend this place enough. They fixed my water damaged phone in 10 minutes. Their English was great and communication was excellent. They repaired the phone in front of me and explained the problems. The price was very affordable also. The shop and staff are very professional and trustworthy. I feel so relieved to have it fixed so fast. They even gave me a free screen protector. A great service, I recommend this business!
