By far the best traveling experience I have ever had. The staff was attentive and quick to respond or aid in anything I needed. They even went out of their way multiple times to ensure that I was taken care of. From recommendations to shuttling us anywhere we needed to go whenever we asked to keeping the rooms stocked with free water and keeping it immaculately clean, the Lux Family Villa team did an excellent job making this trip that much better. Wifi was never spotty, you can connect your phone to the tv to stream anything, scooters can be rented up front and are an extremely reasonable price. Literally, the list goes on and on about how awesome this exper8ence was. I highly recommend it for any traveler. Solo, couples, families, friends. This is a cannot miss location.

A villa with a pool made our stay amazingly relaxing. It's far away from anything interesting, but there is a free shuttle you can take to get to the beach/city. Housekeeping wasn't great (personal items left on the floor/rearranged, beach towels weren't being replaced, but simply taken away once), but nothing major and probably this could be resolved at reception.

We had a great stay for the whole family. They have a free shuttle to Aonang beach, stable WIFI, clean villa and pool. We liked everything during stay. Real comfortable accommodation for the families with kids.

Very attentative and responsive manager and staff who went out of their way to see to our needs. Clean, comfortable and well maintained accommodation. Very convenient and efficient shuttle service. Lovely swimming pools. Very quiet location, but with shuttle making accees to the beach and town very easy. Convenient laundry service. We had excellent service from Ivan and his staff.

Clean spacious villas in a calm environment. The pool area is nice with unique chairs to sit in. Staff at reception were helpful for booking transfers etc. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere but is made up for with free hotel run shuttle buses, too and from the beach whenever you need it.

Place was amazing! Great location a few minute drive out of the hustle of the town. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It seems like the genuinely want you to have a fun and smooth trip. Rooms were great. The villas offer a shuttle for free into town as well as renting moped from their front office. 100% would want to stay there again. If someone writes a bad review about this place they are salty and have no taste.

This is an amazing accommodation to stay. The location is perfect - very silent and green are and very close to everything:) They also provide a shuttle to the airport (for 500-700 thb) and free shuttle to the beach and the city centre. Hotel service is also very responsive and nice. And a daily cleaning service is just the cherry on top!

This was an amazing stay! Although it's not directly in the Ao Nang tourist area, they have a van and will take you to the beach whenever and pick you up. Everyone was friendly. The pool was great. Small kitchen in the villa made small meals very easy. Beautiful setting.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every day here. The staff is SUPER friendly and makes sure your taken care of. Would highly recommended staying here whenever in Ao Nang!

Excellent property. They are very nice and helpful. We tried the Private Pool Villa and the Deluxe Villa. Both were excellent choices with kids.

Place was good and tidy as shown. Checkin was smooth but doesn’t have a restaurant … grab is an option and 4-5kms from ao nang so shudbe fine if u have a ride… truly a VFM if u need a private place away from all the bustling city

Good and clean place, but there are a lot of mosquitoes and they do not have mosquito repellent .. It is about 15 hours away from Aonang beach .. There is free transportation starting from 9 am - 9 pm .. I had check out at 7 am but room service starts at 8 I had to carry bags myself ☹️

I stayed here with my friends for 3 days and I like this property the most in entire Thailand trip. We booked through air bnb. We had attached kitchen in our villa. We could cook for ourselves. Best part of they have free shuttle bus service to beach and market. They have super friendly staff. And they also have free cycles and it's a great location to go for a ride in the morning or evening. Overall I would highly recommend this property. It's just perfect considering budget and facilities.

Very nice place, clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Quiet location, but the shuttle was always ready. Spacious villa, well decorated, airy. Clean pool. Kids loved bicycles and swimming. We made full use of ghe kitchen. Excellent value for money.

The most incredible experience of anywhere we stayed on a 3 week trip! Nicest, friendliest staff, and clean rooms + beds exactly as promised. Free waters in room, incredible free breakfast (with omelette bar!!!) and when our ferry was canceled they pushed back our reservation for that night, absolutely free! Set us up with cheap motor scooter rentals ($10/day) and have a free shuttle to the nicest beach. Above and beyond our expectations, and I will personally recommend to any friends who plan trips to Krabi. Thank you so much!!

This place is awesome!!! We originally booked for 2 days cos we didn't know what it was going to be like and was not sure if we wanted to travel more or not but we extend the stay cos this places is just relaxing. You can rent a bike/car for the day, it seems cheap and the staff are really friendly/helpful. They do have a free shuttle to the beach as well so that's really nice.

Wifi didn't work, pool was dirty other than that everything else was okay.
