By far the worst place we've stayed in Thailand. Unbelievably rude staff who's answer to everything was no. Wouldn't even call us a taxi when we were checking out and didn't look up from her phone once. The room was disgusting, so dusty! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The window was broken so wouldn't shut properly. Room was loud, A/C wouldn't work properly and neither would the tele. Do not stay here, if you've already booked then cancel.

This is NOT a hostel. It is a hotel with large rooms! (maybe a little dated) There was no satellite TV and the small crt TV had no external connection (USB hdmi) They didn't clean the room unless you asked at reception.

Very filthy place. My room (on the 4th floor without an elevator) was not clean and they were hairs on my bed. I wanted to book a taxi at the lobby but they don't provide transfer services. Staff is not good in english and are not friendly or helpful. Won't recommend

I wish I could give negative rating. Even 1 star is too much for this dirty place. The room is spacious but it’s an old room. The room looks totally spooky. The bathroom doesn’t have a latch both from inside and outside. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. So, if you’re coming with a luggage, you have carry it by yourself. They don’t even provide any help. The room has an old TV. The bed was making so much noise. The AC makes noise all of a sudden and doesn’t work properly. I asked for rental bike and the receptionist said it’s not available even though they had bikes parked right outside the hotel. Nobody gives you any information. They charged me 300 baht for checking out late. I had clearly mentioned before checking in that I would check out 2 hours late as I checked in at the hotel at midnight. The receptionist is arrogant and stupid. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially for girls who travel solo. Disgusting place and disgusting experience overall. Edited review: When hotel fails to deliver a good service, this is how they would respond. Blaming the customer. Why would anyone shout or insult someone without a proper reason? The check-out thing happened at the end of my stay. Why would I shout at someone from the beginning. Even after taking extra 300 baht from me as late check-out charges you are blaming that the customer refused to pay the money. Nobody would come back to this place after so much has happened. Guys you need to start learning some manners and learn how to provide service to a customer who is paying money to you rather than blaming a customer. Every customer who has given less rating to this place can’t be lying about the place. Have some dignity.

In a word: mediocre. Furniture from 1980, Internet speeds from 2000, and televisions from 2005... could use a little touch up, but for the price it's not bad for a short stay...

I kinda like the room and probably would stay here couple of days but there was awful abd very loud 🔊 music outside.
