We loved this place for its location and set up. It's quiet and homely. The rooms are clean and huge. The price is absolutely economical. While we were there, the front desk receptionist is very friendly and helpful. All the staff has made our stay very comfortable and welcoming.

Pretty average hotel. Pros - hot water, restaurant with tasty food and breakfast is right downstairs, great laundry service, walking distance to a beach (no swimming, just lounging) and a pier that allows for transportation to different islands, away from the touristy areas which is only a 9 minute cab ride with the grab app. Cons - we booked a room that included free breakfast but the establishment did not have that confirmed and told us to contact booking. They realized that we did have free breakfast after three days of paying for breakfast. Also, the staff isn't very good with English so communicating was somewhat difficult. Overall, our experience was okay and I would recommend this place if you want a more quiet area away from the tourists.

The room was clean and well equipped for a fair price. What I did not liked was check in which took way too long. The staff was just not friendly. The restaurant was not bad, but again staff was unfriendly. We came at 8:30PM for lunch and we clearly understood we were not welcome. He was already counting on the bills and he did not want to have an additional customer.

My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff doesn't understand much english but are helpful and friendly and clean the room daily. I had the best pancakes of my life for breakfast and lunch was tasty too even though my stomach couldn't handle the spicey pepper seasoning. The pool is beautiful and the motor bike rental is cheap and the ferry to the islands is close by. The location is farther from the tourist areas and much more quiet and authentic.

We stayed 5 nights here, then 5 nights in Ao Nang, if I were to redo the trip I would definitely stay 10 nights here ! - clean rooms, traditional look, with personality. - food is,very very good and cheap! - garden and pool are very nice, I went swimming each morning. Even saw some people taking diving lessons in it :) - 2 minutes walk to the pier that takes you to Railey (best beach in the area )for 100 thb pp - the local beach is not that bad, search for dawn of happiness on google maps, you will have a nice surprise. We’ll definitely come back !

Good value for the money. Walking distance to the Ao Nammao pier and 711, nice pool, restaurant on site, trip bookings at the front desk. Room had a safe, large fridge, shower curtain, ceiling fan & AC. Hotel is away from town so transportation is required, highway is noisy if room is on that side of the hotel, shower very weak, hotel walls could use a good cleaning. Overall was an ideal stay for our Railay Beach day trip.

The pool was lovely and accommodation price was good compared to other hotels at peak time when we visited. Rooms were dated and the bathroom wasn't pleasant, hadn't been cleaned properly and the shower went from luke warm to cold. Although we payed for breakfast it was frustrating that we were given a separate menu with fewer, simpler options. The restaurant was very noisy from the cars passing by on the main road.

Enjoyed our stay there, booked two nights at first then extended twice to five nights in total. Close to thai restaurants, pier to railay beach and walking distance to family mart and 7 eleven. Night attendant didnt speak much english but was really nice. Not located in town.
