Very bad experience. This hospital was so dirty and the staff so rude!! I went there with two broken ribs and a collapsed lung. First in emergency they tried using useing equipment covered in someone's blood and dirt. Then we complaind and decided to pay extra to be moved to a vip room with better staff so we thought. Then the real problems started. I been in Thailand 16 years so speak Thai very well but didn't talk to the nurses in Thai language because I could hear them speaking bad in Thai language so I just kept them thinking I didn't understand and then I started to video there chat and the comments on me and other patients in the hospital. The two nurses spent from 7am until 5pm Talking bad about people and was even telling lies to our faces wile we was videing them. We will update pictures of the staff later after our lawyer takes legal action.

The medical staff here are idiots and need to go back to med school. They just say okay okay to everything, mindlessly. Came here to change dressing for sutures on my arm two days, hand and arm were very visibly swollen, when I asked if it's because of an infection on both visits the staff said no infection it's just normal. On the third day pus started coming out of my sutures and I had them removed at another hospital. Could've saved myself two days of pain and suffering if medical staff here knew what they were talking about.

This place seems terribly understaffed and they're all overworked and/or just don't care about patients. Or maybe its something against farang patients, I don't know, but many of the staff (not All... 1 or 2 were very nice and helpful) ...were quite rude. My husband was in for a surgery for 3 days and they act annoyed any time he asked for ANYthing... he couldn't walk after surgery on his leg and they would not even help him to the toilet, or give him any pain meds for the last 24hours he was there.

Went through the entire system only to find out at the pharmacy that they did not have the correct medication. Every person I spoke to before that said they would have it… terrible service the whole way through expect for a very nice officer who walked me to the right place and the nice pharmacy lady. Avoid at all costs.

I have been very impressed and satisfied by the dedication and knowledge of the people running this hospital. Of course, you will have to queue up for any demand as it is a very very busy place and every patient is treated without any financial preferences. Bravo Thailand !

I was admitted here at the emergency after suffering a fainting spell while climbing Tigers nest . Being a Dr with over 30 years of experience and with my wife a Dr as well with me , the service , the Dr , staff and the speed of how efficient everything was done amazes me . Super clean super honest with a negligible bill. This hospital put all the western and Malaysian hospital to shame! Keep it up !

I went here for my second rabies shot and it was absolutely fine. A bit confusing - but everyone was helpful and friendly. It was 450 baht for my second shot and I would recommend going here.

underrated hospital. Typical Thai quality of medical services. Long beaurocracy, poor English among supporting personel (registry, nurses), high expertise and level of English among doctors. I came with a barotrauma after scuba diving. Got adequate examination and treatment. Just get ready it will take you hours to see the doctor. Minus 1 star for the desire to charnge more. :D There was no way they were going to let a farang leave having paid 300 baht for a proper doctor visit and medicine (160b for doctor and 145 for 4 medications prescribed). So, they insisted on varios uneeded examinations (like, fiber optics ear chanel scan, which I said I do not need, I trust the doctor's examination. She did the same examination with a simple tube and her eyes are much more trained to see if something's wrong than mine). Fiber optics scan cost 2250 baht lol. But come on. Bare with it. Be greatful to Thais who take care of you

I had to get treatment & injections after getting attacked by a wild dog. It left me with open wounds in my leg, also I needed rabies treatment. Upon arrival the staff placed me on a stretcher with a plastic surface that already had big brown and red blood stains on it - and those definitely weren't mine! I'm so glad I was conscious enough to keep the injured parts of my leg up in the air. I had to keep my leg propped up the whole time I was in the ER, all through examinations, wound treatment and rabies shots into the wounds. Nobody offered a clean examination table, although I specifically asked for it. Staff spoke almost no English, but that's fair enough. Treatment of wounds went ok, however they didn't use any anaesthesia on wounds that definitely would have needed some. This seemed to be a pattern, I saw other patients in the ER who could have used painkillers but weren't given any during their treatments either - even kids! All in all they do their job in keeping you alive, but be aware of really poor hygiene and rough handling in the ER.

If it is a serious medical emergency INSIST ON TRANSFERRING TO BANGKOK HOSPITAL IN PHUKET. Unprofessional, rough treatment, dirty, no compassion or empathy, technicians and nurses openly laughing at people in pain. Yes Bangkok Phuket International hospital is more expensive but can you really put a price on your health/life. Please please insist on transferring.

As a tourist, I definitely would recommend this hospital because the staff here are very kind and helpful, also the price is reasonable compared with private clinic. There’re lots of patients, but I don’t waste too much of my time for waiting. I don’t speak Thai language, some staff kept taking care of me, I’m really thankful.

Disgraceful staff, unprofessional and horrible. The staff talk and laugh about ‘farangs’ not realising I had a slight understanding of the thai language. The treatment from the doctor was fine but when they started on insisting I stayed the night I knew it was becoming a money making scheme. As soon as I paid my bill any ‘care’ soon disappeared. It was 3am my phone was dead, I was on crutches in a leg length cast and they wouldn’t order me a taxi, never mind let me use an unused charger I could see. People like this give the Thai people a bad name. I was sitting on a chair in the shop it so after I had paid and I was asked to leave. They wheeled me out of the hospital and left me there, telling me they had ordered a taxi, when in fact they hadn’t. I had to hobble for 1km at 4am until I found a hotel that happily called me a taxi that arrived within 5 minutes.

Friendly staff who did their best to accommodate me despite me not knowing any Thai. I appreciate their hospitality.
