Jan
2022:
Extended
our
visas
for
30
days
yesterday.
We
came
at
the
busiest
day
and
hour
too,
as
they
only
opened
yesterday
(after
a
Christmas
break).
However,
we
were
surprised
with
their
effectiveness,
organisation
and
service
provided.
It
took
us
about
45
min
(getting
a
visa
for
4ppl
at
their
busiest
hour).
We
forgot
to
make
the
copies,
so
they
copied
our
passports,
visa
pages
and
white
small
blue&white
papers
for
20thb
per
person.
We
didn’t
have
to
fill
any
form,
they
just
asked
us
to
give
them
our
address
and
phone
number
and
that
was
it.
They
prepared
all
needed
documentation
electronically
and
we
just
had
to
sign
final
form.
The
best
immigration
place
we
ever
arrived
to.

2022:
Came
second
time
in
order
to
get
covid
visa
(60
more
days
after
first
extension).
Comparing
to
our
first
experience,
this
one
wasn’t
smooth
at
all.
One
of
the
worst
experiences
this
time!
We
came
at
11
and
we
were
sent
“to
grab
a
coffee”
because
it’s
been
very
crowded
and
we
were
asked
to
come
again
at
2pm.
That’s
three
hours
difference!
-
we’ve
travelled
to
Krabi
by
a
scooter
from
ko
lanta
so
we
weren’t
happy
about
that.
They
said
they
were
sorry
but
it
didn’t
make
the
process
anyhow
faster.
Have
been
waiting
there
pretty
long
to
get
our
stamp….
at
14;38
they
called
two
numbers
ahead
of
us…
when
we
got
to
line
at
15;00
they
told
us
we
were
waiting
in
the
wrong
line
-
idk
why
the
person
who
knew
we
wanted
covid
visa
didn’t
say
anything
and
gave
us
a
wrong
number!!!
soo
whole
day
spent
at
immigration
with
two
hours
of
driving
ahead
of
us
-
yay,
exciting!!
not
the
smooth
yet
fast
experience
this
time.
The
front
ladies
should
improve
their
English
in
order
to
not
make
people
waiting
for
4
hours
for
nothing!!!
