Basic and clean. It is looking like combination between a ikea show room and a hostel. Cozy setting with comfortable bed. Nothing much in the vicinity. Small balcony that oversees a gold shop. Mini bar comes with little snacks and coffee.

Such a wonderful hotel! Actually, we didn’t plan to stay in Krabi and we were really disappointed that we had to spend a night in this city, but out stay in this hotel made it great! It’s cozy, clean and stylish and has a really high level.

This cozy hotel was really nice. The staff were really friendly and so kind. There is a common area on 2nd floor with couple bean bags. There are a fews books in lobby, you can take some to read and return later. The room was cleaned and nice decoration. Room amenities included Starbucks coffee capsules and thai style cookies. All in the refrigerator is for free ! They have 4 floors, unfortunately no lift but it’s acceptable. This place is located in the middle of the town, night market and famous Roti shop just a few mins walk. If you have car better parking at City Plaza(5 mins walk ) which you can reimburse with the staff or opposite the hotel but slots mostly fulled. I’ll back to this boutique hotel definitely. By the way their soft homemade cookies is AWESOME!!

Home made breakfast, variety of choice, big portion, with tea, juice, cookies, fruits. Location just nearby to night market. 7-11 is at opposite. 20mins to airport. Room is clean. Complimentary drinks in fridge (juice and coke). Friendly and staff with good English. The only not good is the hotel without lift due to building policy, and manual door. But it won't affect too much.

Everything excellent except for the thin wall, which make you hear all the noise (second floor). Unlucky I got a neighbor (don't know it's upstairs or next door)who woke up at 6am to take a shower, so I was woke up by the pipe noise. Except for that, the room and service and location is really great

This is one of my most favourite hotels ever! The price is friendly, and the room is cozy. What's more, the owner does care a lot about the customers. There was an online comment that said the noise from a nearby construction site was disturbing. Staying here on 19 Apr 2023, my room has 2 layers of mirror doors in the balcony, which proves the great effort of the owner to provide the highest quality within the budget. I would definitely come back to The Brown on my next Krabi trip.

From the minute we arrived at the Brown hotel the staff made us feel sooo welcome en supported us in all of our travel plans. They went above and beyond anything we could ask for. The room was very clean and comfortable and we could not ask for more. We felt we arrived as guests and left as friends. It was a great joy ☺️

The location is excellent and the staff very friendly. Stayed here for a day. The rooms were comfortable. However, please note that there are no elevators in the building and our room was on level 4 and we had to climb through small timber steps (need to be careful while climbing), but I don't mind that. The staff was friendly to guide us around the places to see, new food to try, etc. The location is excellent if you wish to try out local food as there are a couple of night markets beside the river in the evenings which has many many options to try in terms of the local food. Apart from the must visit night market, within walking distance is a shopping mall, a temple worth a short 20min visit (its within 6-7 min walking distance), and a beads museum (within 10-12min walk). Last but not the least, the river next to the hotel is worth a stroll around in the evenings when the heat is a bit less. Overall excellent location and friendly staff the hotel has and highly recommended and definitely worth for up to 2 days of stay to explore around.

Lovely little place in the heart of Krabi. All you really need for a quick visit. Ideal location in the centre of town with easy access to all main areas and markets. Some great local eaters and street foods. The lovely lady on reception could not have been more helpful and speaks excellent English. Great value fixed breakfast at 300THB with an excellent choice for you to decide the night before.

Great location, attentive staff and super comfortable rooms. Bed and pillows were just right. The air con was more comfortable than most, with wide selection of fan speeds. No elevator but friendly staff willing to help with luggage.

The experience was quite alright, the location was great and near the night market plus the May&Mark restaurant. I’m not giving 5 stars since there were a couple of details that were a miss. When someone orders a room for two people, one expects a double bed, not two SEPARATE beds. There were ants in our room which was fine but needs to be mentioned. We also wanted to get breakfast and even gave a one day notice but still there was none available.. That being said the price quality surpassed my expectations!

Excellent hotel for our short stay in Krabi town. The receptionist on check in was so helpful, she gave us a map with lots of info on a nice cafe nearby and the night markets in the town. There is no lift in this hotel but staff are super helpful with bags. We were offered breakfast for an extra cost of 250 baht which included fruit, cookies, coffee, juice plus one 'main course' item. I had the pancakes which were OK but my partner had a breakfast sandwich which was great and a huge portion. The room was lovely. Modern decor and a huge bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent - only minutes walk from the huge weekend night market and a few mins walk in the other direction to the Black Crab market. Not too far from the pier either for the boat to Phi Phi. I would definitely recommend staying here.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in during our time in Thailand. Clean, modern and in the central of Krabi town just a 2 minute walk from the night markets. All the staff were so lovely, especially the daytime receptionist who made sure we made our transfer just in time - thank you so much!

Stayed at Brown Hotel for 3 nights at Floor 4. It was really nice, modern and quiet hotel. The host lady and receptionists were very attentive to us. Daily breakfast was great, fed us so well with juice, coffee, fruits and your choice of breakfast menu. Since it was during Christmas, they provided cookies too as part of the breakfast. Not sure if the cookies were a bonus treat. And a bonus cookies in our fridge too. We requested a recommendation for a Thai massage place and their recommendation is top notch! We went to the massage place two days in a row. We also asked for island day trips and short day trips. They have all the brochures you need, explained it well and they can book it on behalf of you which is a really great service. The trip ended with a taxi service to the airport and she provided two options with the price, which was really thoughtful. Very nice decoration at the entrance to feel the Christmas 🎄 vibe. Note, they do not have an elevator as part of the building regulations. But don't worry, they provide service to help you to grab your luggage directly to your room.

Didn't really enjoy it here. Such strong perfume smell everywhere. The duvet cover did not look fresh and clean and the towels had holes in. Construction site outside the window.

This hotel was really nice. There staff were super nice and helpful. It was clean and had really cool decor. The breakfast was superb and they will prepare it takeaway if you leave early in the morning. The only thing that could be improved was the pillows, we got either too flat and too voluminous pillows. I am sure they would have swapped them out if we asked.

Super duper nice staff. Decent facility but being on 4th floor with no elevator and staff to help with luggage (don’t make me ask a lady to carry my luggage, ain’t gonna happen) and construction next door and plus plenty of good options nearby. A real pain to climb those stairs a bunch when key stops working. No AC without key so coming back to hot room. Hot water not enough so only room temperature warm shower if you don’t turn the water volume down.

The Brown Hotel was great. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was ideal. Very close to night market/city market for street food, yet very little sound from the street. We had king room with balcony, which was great. Everything works, bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were helpful and hospitable. We took a tour of the 4 islands which the hotel organised on our behalf (tour was great), and I don't think we'd have gotten a much better price if we organised ourselves, so it's was more than worth it for the convenience.

Excellent boutique hotel. Very very friendly staff with great breakfast options served in the morning. Chocolate chip cookies are homemade and are simply delicious! Highly recommend the hotel.

Lovely, clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a common area on the 2nd floor with comfy bean bag chairs and books. Breakfast is served a la carte with complementary soft cookies, fruits and orange juice (breakfast bun is great!). Amenities included Starbucks coffee capsules, complimentary toiletries (including razors), lots of wall outlets, hair dryer. And all items in the fridge are free. Good quality shampoo and conditioner. The window is double-paned so the room is free of traffic noice. There's no lift and the water pressure from the rain shower is a bit low. P.S. the hotel is opposite the gold shop (red building).

Great little private hotel if you need to stay in Krabi for a couple of nights. Rooms are a good size rooms & staff are very friendly. Breakfast is great with perfectly cooked eggs on avocado toast. (FYI I added the smiley faces) Sorry no photos of the room but trust me you will love them.
