Be careful with the service!! I had breakfast in the winter garden, it was cold and the waitress didn't turn on the heat, but my fault, I didn't ask. When I received my bill, I payed and asked if I should add a tip, the waitress said yes, and she added it. When I checked my bill, I realized that they have already charged me for the service, so I went inside and asked to the lady, she said the service fee is for the restaurant and the tip (that she charged on top of the total amount) was for her, answering not in a polite way. So, the food could be nice, but the service make them awful and letting you with the feeling that Polish people are abusive, that kind of people shouldn't be in customer service at all.

The reviews were not great for this place but we were hungry so just took it and what a great choice. The food is fantastic and the staff are really excellent. The Panko prawns and sheep cheese starter were both amazing. As was the steak, really well flavoured . I cannot recommend this place enough. A special mention to Kinga and Bartek who were both fantastic and made our evening a very enjoyable one.

I had a great experience here today. Anastasiia was my waitress and she was great very attentive and explained some items on the menu to me as I didn't know what to have for breakfast The food arrived in no time I decided on Scrambled eggs with bacon it was fresh and the flavours were great.

What a lovely restaurant! The food was fab and we sat outside comfortably under the heaters even though it's the end of October! Most important of all was the service, which was fantastic! Anastasia was friendly, smiley, and very attentive. She even gave us some tourist tips! Above all that she is a really lovely person. Definitely recommended. 😊

The poached eggs were a great choice for breakfast as well as the Grapefruit and Rosemary lemonade. Our server Anastasia was very helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit pricy compared to other restaurants near by for breakfast but worth the splurge.

Delicious food and huge cocktails. Great atmosphere, our meal was cooked to perfection the steak was so tender and cooked exactly how we liked it. We were originally just looking around to find somewhere to eat and this was the first place that someone had actually taken the time to speak to us. Anastasia the waitress was lovely, she was so helpful and explained the different steaks they had she also recommended the cocktail menu. She was very polite and made it a very enjoyable experience. We opted for steaks which were more on the pricier side but nevertheless the food was delicious would highly recommend . EDIT: after looking at our recipes we got charged a service charger which was over the regular 10%- we normally wouldn’t mind paying this but generally it is polite to let your customer know that there is a service charge. Also I don’t generally give a service charge unless I am told that the waitresses get the money. I have seen this is a common thing which happens to the customers, this factor does let it down.

Great food, however the carbonara was very salty. Fairly priced, service was good bus as it got busier it slowed down as there were only 2 people serving! A really nice atmosphere and nice and warm despite being sat outside!

Wow! We had such a lovely experience here. We sat in the outside area, there were real flame heaters making it very toasty and warm, It was snowing and the christmas markets and horse drawn carriages all added to the magical feeling. Anastasia, our hostess was very attentive. Our heater went out and she made sure it was relit. She offered to make us a cocktail of our choosing, such an attentive and respectful lady. The food was just gorgeous and we left feeling very full and looked after. Thankyou so much Anastasia, it was my birthday and our last night in Krakow and you made it a very special evening for us.

Anastasia was fantastic from the moment we arrived. As soon as the drink was close to empty, she was there ready and waiting. Couldn't ask for more and will certainly be back

We had a lovely breakfast here. Service was excellent. I believe our service waitress was named Anastasia. She was very helpful. Both food and coffees were excellent! And restaurant was perfectly located.

Loved it so much we kept coming back! Dinner was gorgeous with beautiful cocktails and then we came back for the eggs and sausage breakfast (unreal scrambled eggs) which was also 10/10. Place is gorgeous and the service was great especially Anastasia (I hope I’ve spelled that right!) who made our last breakfast in Krakow such a joy!

Scrambled eggs and coffee were delicious. Very quick service and attentive host. Anastasia was our server and she was very nice and helpful. Recommend going here especially for breakfast and Anastasia was great!
