The moment you get inside, you feel like you’re in Italy. The ambiance, the decorations, and the vibes. Everything here is Italian (Sardinian to be specific), even the owner himself! He greeted me, with a quick chat, upon my entry and exit. The food is authentic Italian, fresh, and what a delightful taste indeed. Italians will never fail you with food! My Tuna Carpaccio was splendid. My main dish was something new for me. The only flaw was the fact that there were very little amounts of shrimp meat in the dish. The owner justified that it’s due to high shipping costs per gram from Italy. Visit Italy while you’re in Old Town Krakow, highly recommended!

The atmosphere is great, the service is good and friendly. The food is ok but due to prices I had higher expectations and I was disappointed. 1. For started we got truffle bruschetta - pretty good. Tasted like fresh bread with cee cheese and a little bit of mushrooms 2. For main I had black pasta and I had to add a lot of salt and pepper to make it taste - not very good course and definitely not worth the price. I went to a buffet once and that black pasta was better... that says something. My husband got gnocchi and that was reallllly good. 3. For dessert I got tiramisu and it was good. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Nothing special food wise. I understand they are going for this authentic look... And that's cool but you also got to make good food.

Not a bad Italian restaurant. Tartare, king prawns, veal fillet, dumplings with black dough filled with different kinds of ground fish, prosciutto....

I love this place, the best Italian restaurant that I’ve ever been to. Delicious food, excellent service. Bruschette Tartufo Nero is my favorite, I’ve never tasted anything like that. We’ve visited this place a couple of times before we moved from Kraków so I would definitely recommend to go to this restaurant, 10/10. I hope to come there again the next time we’re in Poland❤️

This is an EXCELLENT place to have a delicious & authentic Sardinian (Italian/ Mediterranean) meal, with a focus on fresh seafood. While it isn’t cheap, especially by Krakow/ Poland standards, this is a classic case of “you get what you pay for”. In the Old Town, & run by a chef/ owner from Sardinia, you can tell they take great pride in preparing excellent meals for their guests. The setting is very nice…warm & cozy & calm, laid out well in a brick-lined underground cellar where the sound wasn’t overwhelming, despite being rather full, even on a Tuesday night in snowy December (2021). The service was very kind & welcoming, with excellent english spoken, & English on the menu as well (along with Italian). They have numerous daily specials, so you can have variety even on repeat visits. I had the orata/ dorado (flaky, buttery white fish) grilled over roasted potatoes & mixed vegetables. VERY good flavor (though a few bones in the filets, so be careful). Large portions. Tiramisu for dessert was amazing. If you’re craving something lighter, like fish, or otherwise want pasta/ Italian/ Sardinian/ Mediterranean food, this is a great option!

The wife and I booked in here for a nice meal on our last night in krakow. We were not disappointed! Hands down this was the best steak I have ever had. Compliments to the chef. My wife had tuna and this was very well cooked and seasoned. We had pasta as a starter which we said we would share, the food came out already divided for us. This made us feel well thought of. Finally, dessert was excellent and finished off a fine evening. Thank you all!

Sophisticated restaurant in a beautiful, stylish atmosphere. The food was excellent, technically perfect cooked and beautifully presented. The service was warm, friendly and attentive. Good wines, including open wines by the glass, are offered. The owner is from Sardinia, so the focus is on Sardinian dishes and specialities. The restaurant is a recommendation for top-quality food at Cracow.

We ate in Sant'Antioco for our last meal in Krakow and we had the best evening there ! The place is charming and the food is delicious for a very interesting price-quality ratio. They have a great wine selection. The manager is adorable and the waiters very thoughtful. They are the third best restaurant in Krakow in TripAdvisor: they deserve to be the first. I recommend !

Surprisingly, while in Krakow, Poland, I had the unexpected pleasure of feeling like I was dining in the south of Italy. The culinary experience at the restaurant was beyond exceptional, deserving of an 11 out of 10 rating. Not only was the food exquisitely prepared and perfectly cooked, but the service was also outstanding. The chef himself also greet us which elevate our experience even more. The restaurant itself boasts a captivating ambiance, making it an ideal destination for spending quality time with loved ones. Among the delectable dishes I savored were Spaghetti with Clams, Paella, and Bruschetta, accompanied by an equally delightful Tiramisu for dessert. The harmony and flawless preparation of each dish, cooked to perfection and achieving that impeccable al dente texture, truly embrace our dining experience.

Absolutely amazing!!! This meal was the highlight of our trip to Krakow! Everything was stunning- the food, the service, the ambience… We split tuna sashimi (a special recommended by our waitress) and truffle crostini as appetizers, then the tagliatelle nere and su ghisadu as mains, finished off by tiramisu (probably one of the best I’ve ever had). Our waitress was so lovely and knowledgable and the owner even came over at the end to ask if we had enjoyed our meal! My boyfriend and I could not recommend this place enough!! The bill came to the equivalent of around 35€ per person with three courses, a bottle of prosecco, and the tip so really reasonable for the experience!

Best Italian restaurant I ever went to. Antonio and Anna made me feel welcome at this restaurant with their heartwarming service. Their dishes are with authentic and fresh ingredients. They have fitting beverages with their food. I truly had a wonderful experience at this restaurant

I visited Sardinia once several years ago and this food brought memories back. The food is exceptional, the owner is a gracious host, the atmosphere is intimate in a lovely old Kraków cellar. I live in New York where we have some of the best restaurants. This one rivals many of them. Truly a gem if you appreciate finer tastes in life. Wine list is excellent as well.

Very much enjoyed our evening here. At first we were unsure where the waiter took us as we were following our waiter underground. We were however pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the (Our best guess) old cellar which lacked windows. The menu is fresh and traditional with some lovely modern takes on classical dishes. The ingredients spoke for themselves and were in a very nice manner prepared and presented. Staff was adequate and attentive. Would recommend several courses to get the whole experience. Eventhough this restaurant could be discribed as to be a bit more expensive compared to it's competitors, it certainly won't disappoint.

Very nice and real sardian place. Owner and all staff very nice people. Food excelent, wine also. Feeling like in Sardegna. Only the prices of wines were highwr than expected but owner explained me polish system of alcohol handling. When somebody wants to have real sardinian experience, must go here!!

Amazing! I love truffles, the brushetta was delicious! Great atmosphere and very friendly service. Good wine selection and great antipasta. A little creepy getting guided through a long hallway and into a cellar but very cool when you got down there.

The best Italian restaurant, where I've ever been to. Divine delicious, real Italian flavors, made from Italian ingredients. With an Italian owner, it was as if I had dropped into Italy, which is better. The service is also super, everyone is kind, they look down on one's wishes. Anyone who is in Krakow should definitely go. Thank you for the experience and everything!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment you come in to the restaurant, you feel welcome and you got a really good service. The food was amazing and it was the first time I tasted dishes from Sardegna. For two persons we definitely recommend the antipasti for two, which was a perfect selection of cheeses, ham and salami. Then we got the gnocchi with truffle and pecorino sauce and the short pasta with some ham variations and pecorino Creme , which also was amazing. As a dessert we got a Tiramisù which was a perfect finisher. As an Italian, who grew up with Italian food, I can absolutely approve, that this is the perfect place for an Italian evening. I would give six stars if I could ⭐️

Very good food, lovely place and service. Highly recommend the 3-course meal i had, bruschetta with truffle cream and flakes, sliced argentinian beef with sardinian sauce, panna cotta and espresso macchiato for dessert. White and red wine to match the meals.

Had a lovely meal there. Shared some bruscetta, which was rich and creamy, with the grilled vegetables coming through, and then I had the octopus, tender and succulent, and she had the paella, which with cous cous, rather than rice and tasted great. The service was great, and the wine and beers were up to scratch. A really good experience,, topped by some home made lemon cello. Negatives, the bill printer needs a new cartridge 😄. Strongly recommended.

Nice place! Tasty food! Bruschetta with black truffle was out of this world. It’s firstly in my life I saw such type of black ravioli with seafood🤨 was a bit spicy but not bad.

I really doubted if I can feel like in Sardinia not leaving Cracow... until I visited Sant'Antioco. The food was just exactly like in the most beautiful Italian island. The owners boast about using the original ingredients from Sardinia and after trying their dishes I am 100% convinced. I tried gniocci with truffles and I can't stop thinking about it. Vermentino brought back all my vacation memories. The staff (Italian and Polish) made us feel like at home. I will definitely come back.

Giving 5 stars for overall, food, service, place and atmosphere. We had an amazing evening with our daughter, food fantastic despite they didn’t have children menu, they managed to make delicious pasta for her and we enjoyed our food as well. Vegan options in menu makes this place more European and open for new trends which is so underrated still in Poland and for that we gonna visit this place once again soon. Thanks for amazing hospitality ❤️

We had our first dinner while staying in Krakow at this restaurant and are so so happy about that. We loved everything about this place! The architecture, the lovely & friendly staff, the wines and ofcourse, the food! Everything we tried was amazing and we couldn’t have started our holidays better. If you also have a special love to Italian food and go after it in every city, you should definitely try this one. We recommend it and will for sure be back. In my photos you can see their bruschetta with sundried tomato & aubergine, beef carpaccio, gnocchi and beef tagliata.

I'm Italian and I am very delighted to be here once again. I feel lucky to have such superb quality just 20 minutes home. Tonight I have tried a typical Sardinians recipe, black ravioli filled with fish sauce, and topped by tomato sauce with tuna and sea bream fish. At the end a very good lemon sorbet. You've to try as well their sword fish and get ready step by step to this very specific tastes, as it is not the usual things you can try anywhere and you should be ready to appreciate this very high level of cooking. I definitely recommend it. Value for money.

Amazing food in this gorgeous little restaurant. We stumbled across it around the corner from our apartment on our first night & I think it was probably the best food we had all weekend. Melt in the mouth fillet steak & a gorgeous Paella. Brilliant service also by Artur who really looked after us. I would 100% recommend everyone to try when in Krakow. Thank You 😄
