Reading all the positive reviews, maybe I just had bad luck. The tasting mix is a convenient way to taste different pierogis. The flavours were all interesting. However the texture of the dumpling were awful. It was extremely soggy (with no real texture whatsoever) and over heated. I'm not against the use of microwaves per se but the quality was just unacceptable. But again, maybe I was unluky and you might have a better experience as the majority of others...

I went on an AirBnb Food tour and the guide Camille brought us here and shared the story of pierogis! These were the best Polish dumplings I've had since I have been here! They were really soft and the filling was excellent. Additionally, the skin was very soft you only needed a fork to cut the dumplings. I tried the spinach pierogis; mushroom; cheese, and a cinnamon flavor. If you're in Poland this is a must have!

A cute little place on the corner which is home to the famed pierogi. We tried our first ones during our short stay in Poland here. We were not disappointed. But bear in mind, there is no toilet, no place to wash your hands. No accessibility entrance to wheel chairs. Wonderful find beyond the normal tourist routes not far from the Jewish quarter and close to a lovely market. The sort of place the locals use and therefore one you really should seek out. Always go where the locals go is what they say and this is a perfect example. Tiny place - essentially a serving hatch with a couple of small sit to tables inside and a couple more outside but the Pierogi is gorgeous. Friendly service and low cost, but importantly, high quality food. We had the Ruskie (stuffed with potato and cottage cheese) with butter and Miesum (pork filled) with fried bacon bits. Melted in our mouths. The lovely young lady who was eating in at the time and kindly helped us said they were the best pierogi in town - and who am I to argue with the locals? Well worth a trip to try this typical Polish food!
