Great place to eat. All the cuisine is not fancy or something but very tasty and looks really like homemade. You get for 56 PLN: soup, beer (the most expensive), tiramisu dessert, tea, potatoes with chicken meat, salad. That was for 2 of us and we got stuffed.

This is an excellent, cozy eatery offering delicious and tasty Polish food. In my experience, the staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. The service was prompt, efficient, and professional. We had a vegan in our party and it was not a problem for them to provide vegan options as well as modify dishes to ensure that everyone had a pleasant experience. I recommend very highly and it is certainly worth stopping by when you are in the neighbourhood

This is my favorite Polish Cuisine Restaurant in Krakow. I visit here each time I visit Krakow to order the chicken.

Here tou can taste traditional Polish home food. The prices are reasonable. There is a lunch bar and the restaurant next to it. I review the lunch bar. Food was like 32-35 zł per lunch including 3 dishes. It was served fast, no self service, so served by the waitress. I would come back for a lunch time, for sure.

We were nearby and Google suggested this restaurant. We choose 3 lunches from their daily lunch menu. The soups were delicious and so were main dishes, big portions and fresh food. Would definitely recommend it good value for money.

Great place to eat. Honest food that tastes really nice for good prices. It's a self service, so you order at the service window at the front and they give you tray with your food and drink. It has beautiful courtyard at the back.

Third day in Krakow. Haven’t been to any other place that feels so “like home”. Great food, smiles, and prices are really good for the great food quality. I ordered broccoli soup and goulash with potato purée.

Very confusing experience We came here and saw a lot of people inside. I tried to “catch” the staff to ask them if they have a table and if we should make an order right away where the crowd was. He said that we should order right away They have fairly many here with supposedly huge portions and the price for it is pretty nice, but we weren’t that hungry and just wanted to avoid desserts So, the bad part. I was truly disappointed with the implementation of the concept that they have. Supposedly you order at the self service, but you should be quick and know what you want, no time for questions. I said that it’s for 2 people and ordered 2 salads, 2 drinks and 2 main dishes. The lady put random salads on the tiny tray and told me that I should go off quickly. I was so lost, because I had to put tao glasses with drinks on that tray as well, but there was no space there. She rushed me, instead of helping, said I can’t go and come back to take drinks, I should take everything at once. I bay could manage it However, they have waiters who bring you second dish, like chicken that we ordered. Needless to say that the chicken saved the day, because it looked really nice on the cute plate with some sort of presentation and it tasted amazing. It was not even comparable with poor plates with random salads in, without any sort or any care added to it. Before the chicken was served I felt like I’m in a “cheap cafeteria near the train station” and not in a city center of Krakow. Fake ugly flowers on the table didn’t help 😂 But the decoration of the place is pretty interesting, I had opportunity to enjoy it after the big crowd of people finished eating. They even had a painting dedicated to Ukraine, which was very cute The lady who took my order was a bit hostile, but overall I can say that the staff are nice here, because when the other waiter noticed that I wasn’t pleased with the way the lady talked to me, she tried to make sure that my order was right and she was very polite. The hostile lady got more hostile when I reminded her that I need 2 salads and 2 drinks and not 1

Great spot at this lunch/bar. Very good hot polish fare. Warm and inviting. One of the real places to eat away from the usual tourist hotspots. Have the cabbage soup, delicious !

Nice place for lunch. Here you can find tasty dishes but stuff is very slow. It takes around 15 minutes to place an order and buy food. But there is a small backyard, where you can enjoy your meal in quite.

The best Polish cuisine I experienced in Kraków. The food was so yummy 😋, atmosphere of the restaurant was traditionally with a lovely small garden in the back. The portions are big and the food is fresh. We ate twice there and we enjoyed 100%. The price is so good for the quality and the size of all. Recommended definitely 👌🏻

Dropped in for lunch and was served a feast! I enjoyed the lunch menu which was tasty, very filling and reasonably priced. It is a "self service" venue so you order and pay at the counter then, once you've enjoyed the food, return you tray to a little window in the rear of the dining area. Worth checking out, especially if you are looking for value for money.

First time in Krakow so wasn’t quite sure what to order. Got some wry smiles with my food choices and combinations but I enjoyed them anyway. Really nice food, in a lovely location at very reasonable prices. Very clean restaurant and nice to see the chef preparing everything as you walk in. Would recommend a short nice walk from the old town to sample this authentic and popular restaurant.

Cheap prices, but that's the only good thing about this place. The food has no taste, but the portions are big. The place is crowded and you have to bring the starters to your table yourself with a tray. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you are on a tight budget and have low expectations.

Excellent tasting, traditional Polish food at a very reasonable price. We had the pork in gravy over potato pancakes, beef tongue in a delicious sauce with traditional Polish salad and strawberry filled dumplings with vanilla cream sauce. DELICIOUS!!!

The food was absolutely outstanding. Service very good. Waiter recommended his favorite - chicken filet with mushrooms, mashed potatoes and stewed red beet. Divine! Quaint and cozy inside, nice outside dining, both courtyard and street side. Made me feel like I was sitting at grandmother's kitchen table.

We are super glad with this restaurant! The treat was great, food was delicious and so abundant (typical polish food). We talked in English because we are foreign and they understood everything and made us feel okay, not like in other places. Also, the service is super fast! You order the food and you have it in less than a blink. Super recommendable! :)

Delicious, cheap food, we had tomato soup, potato soup, hamburger and chips, goulash on a potato pancake, cheesecake and brownie for 11 pounds absolutely ridiculous price as the portions are huge!!! Staff friendly and nicely decorated and bustling atmosphere, in the Jewish quarter! hate giving 5 stars but couldn't fault it so had no choice, I highly recommend this gem for lunch. Best food we had while in Krakow!!!!
