Don't bother ordering via wolt. They sent me this. Without the fricken chicken!! Took 1hour to deliver. Their staff must be the cream of krakow. Wolt takes hours on support also. Uber eats much better.

Fast food is called so, because it must be done fast. But not here. This was my first time eating an empty burger, because the piece of chicken was 4 times smaller than normal. Didn't include any napkins with the order. Hungry and with dirty hands, I left this place and no one came back.

Very bad experience. I ordered 6 wings and 2 kentucky and they gave me 6 wings and 2 bites. I explained to the staff and she told me it is Kentucky. With language barrier I couldn’t explain more. WC is also closed !!

Located along the high street and they have good foot traffic coming in. It was pretty much straightforward with ordering the food and then you have a selection of seating areas. I choose her top floor and was quite empty, but was interesting to see if you have to pay to use the toilet or not. The area is relatively clean and spacious

Very nice! Good variety of food items. Delicious food as well. Right in the middle of old town. Employees were quite helpful and could speak english. Nice sitting arrangement as well. Proper care was taken in terms of Corona.

Went here on our visit to Krakow from Ireland ordered 5 piece Kentucky chicken and received chicken wings was suppose to get breasts and drumsticks but to be told on complaining that was all they had but if I wanted to wait 40 mins they would see what they could do . I asked could they offer anything else and I was told no . Customer service was disappointing her name badge was Justyanna prob spelt it wrong as she walked away when I asked her name . I work in retail myself and her engagement with customers was poor . Defo needs retraining In her job role as she defo didn’t engage with the customers at all . Defo won’t be back and won’t be recommending 😡

Good for take away but sit in it's not too small and also the ablution facility it's not that good when you sit in...

There is no AC in second floor. The first floor is barely cold enough. Very hot here. I couldn’t enjoy food. Also salad was not good. Only one WC also here.

Supposed to be Fast food but the employees kept talking to each other and not working. I have waited for single burger 12 minutes when there was noone ahead of me.

Couldn't be worse. A small cockroach crawled along the tray, no napkins were put, the chicken seemed to be warmed up in the microwave, some pieces without meat, only breading. Very dirty toilet with a broken sink.

I waited 1 hour for my order.... They are so slow they dont care if you are hungry. Just go somewhere else to eat.

I’m sure it’s time of day and how busy it might get which may be why this place rates lower. Our visit was late and we wanted something quick so since it was open, we grabbed a bite. Food was ready quickly, was quite good, and was to KFC standards. Facilities were clean too.

Well, I think we can not expect a lot from a KFC, but my burger was not good, the bread didn't seem fresh, they added to my order three dips that I didn't ask and charged me for that (barely the same amount of my soda), people spilled food around the trash cans and it was very dirty.

Great service, great food and the best location I found with Kfc in Europe.

The food was good 👍 the service on the other hand wasn't very good at all, I think the staff hate the English, the staff member was very nice to the first two customers in front of me but as soon as I opened my mouth was very rude to me lol I won't be coming back.

KFC Kraków Old Town was literally 5 metres from our hotel and was the first food stop on our five day trip to Krakow. Since we don't have a KFC where we live, we make it a point to drop into one when we can. We ordered a five piece original chicken pack which didn't taste like the usually KFC original recipe but more leaning to the side of peppery spicy however still the awesome KFC flavour and a welcome surprise. The biggest surprise was paying only 33,99 zł or €7,38!! The customer service is hit and miss in regards to professionalism and service with a smile, however the location is amazing, with a modern clean restaurant over two levels.

kfc .... nice to have you available there ... i wish you stay open longer ours .. summer time and people eat at late in such nice city in full season

Not overly large but conviently located in the market square. The customer service and menu options were good. Quick stop for a quick bite :)

Extremely slow service, dry chicken

I eat kfc in every country I visit and in Poland this was my 7th or 8th kfc. I've eaten in Warsaw Katowice and on the highway home to Germany and all times amazing. This time, it was not. Sad to say the rest of Poland was better.

Food was nice and warm and we didn't have to wait long for it despite it being a busy Sunday afternoon. Just knocking off a star as it was pretty dirty and disorganized everywhere.

In short Everything was bad . Tissues were not provided. Rice tasted stale in teriyaki box.

Lot of space to eat, selfservice machine multilingual. Anyways if you don't know how to use them or don't have a card, can order on desk. Orders comes out very fast and prices are very good. First time in a KFC eat Mac & Cheese and was here In Krakow.

Excellent KFC. Was not disappointed, food traveled well and powered us on our Bolt Scoot.

My rate does not have to do with the food because when you visit a restaurant like this you know what you will get . But the fact that tables were not clean and it was a bit cold inside its not reasonable .

Girls in shop speak broken English or Polish, it's Ukrainian and Russian apparently now. Service was bad, ordered messed up 2x. Yeah no ill avoid this chain.

The WORST KFC franchise in the world! I ordered their largest burger and it was the driest chicken I have ever eaten. Definitely was from couple of days ago. The bread on the burger was so stale that it fell apart. The chicken had strings inside, it was like eating threads! So utterly disappointed! They should close this ASAP!
