Good hotel, like all hotels from Radisson chain. Everything was good 👍 there were plenty of choices food at the breakfast

Excellent hotel in the very heart of Krakow! Localisation is perfect, dew it is placed literally on the next street from the ICE congress center and like 10-15 minutes of pleasant walk to the city center. So the hotel is localized perfect as for the business meetings as for the touristic visiting! Speaking about the accommodation, the rooms are greatly looking, shining clean and pretty! The style and the appearance of the hotel looks really modern, cozy and comfortable! The restaurant is serving masterpieces every time, the service of the waitresses and receptionists is so hostile and welcoming! Love this place so much, 10/10!!!

I couldn't rate even the location with four stars. Yes, this place is quite far from the historic old city, but it would be impossible to build such a huge structure of such a mega-brand of hotels in old town. And it was built in an ideal place, right the other side of the Vistula River. Public transportation is excellent from here and trams and buses stop right in front of the hotel. Getting everywhere is very easy. The rooms themselves are excellent, the standard double room is cute, modern, clean. The bathroom is very good and, utterly clean. Their café, where they have breakfasts and lunches, is awesome. The breakfast was great, everything was really extremely delicious. You can even bake your own Belgian waffles there. The service staff is extremely nice.

Rooms were spacious & comfy, appreciate the receptionist giving late checkout despite it being a late request too from me - great customer service. WiFi is good too if ever needed.

Overall, it was a really nice hotel in a great location. I will be recommending to my coworkers when they visit the Krakow office. The food in the hotel is amazing 👏

Really a great surprise, my last experience in the Park Inn in another location was not good. However this one is really outstanding considering of course the hotel level and standards. Good and attention service, proactive staff clean and looks like a brand new. In front of Krakow convention center ICE, well served by public transport and walking distance to Downtown Krakow.

Fine stay. Good breakfast - very clean room. More of a business hotel in a quieter part of Krakow - though an easy walk to the old town, etc. A special thanks to Horace on reception for his service - it was great to meet and talk you. I hope this review reaches you/your manager and you receive recognition for it.

Very nice hotel located directly next to the ICE Convention Center. If that is important to you, then this is a good choice. The city center is about a 15min walk. If your visiting for vacation, you would probably be better of by choosing a hotel that is nearer to the center. The rooms and service are great! Thanks :)

Friendly staff and very clean rooms and hotel. Breakfast was good quality. Slightly disappointed that the superior room looks like it comes with a bath but it's bath or shower not very clear. Staff were happy to move rooms but we decided to keep the one we were in. Very comfortable rooms and a lovely view out to the castle. Would definitely use and recommend for anyone visiting .

This is a wonderful hotel in Krakow and I definitely recommend it wether you are traveling for work or for pleasure. Rooms are spacious and full of light. Good gym and sauna. Reception staff are super kind. And prime location, it is all perfect.

We stayed here for one night on New Year’s Eve. 1,5 km from the city center. Gave us our room a couple hours earlier then the expected check in which was very pleasant. The room was nice and had everything you need for a pleasant stay, the staff was very good as well.

Very nice and cozy hotel, the food and drinks were also very good and I enjoyed the stay very much. The rooms are big enough and it was also very clean, keep up the good work, will definitely come back if I have the chance.

Nice, very well located hotel (Wawel Castle within a 10-minute walk), clean rooms, friendly staff, underground parking available (paid - I won't rate the price). What is worth mentioning, there are bathtubs in the rooms which is an advantage for me. The rooms are spacious and the bed has a super-comfortable mattress and such interesting little lighting near the bed. A minor drawback may be the scary ruin on the other side of the hotel at night, it's worth taking a room with a view of this better side. And finally, a small remark about the elevator announcement: unless nothing has changed in Polish spelling, "nie ma" in this context ("nie" with a verb) is spelled separately (see photo 😀), unless I haven't grasped the context...

Decent hotel. Not far from the castle so you can walk easily to visit the central turistic attractions and restaurants in Krakow.

Very equipes room and large windows. Breakfast is one of the best I had. Staff is friendly and kind. I just suggest to check the heating of the rooms

This hotel is excellent mainly because of all of its staff. The front reception staff especially Horicy and Vadym who are always very professional, super helpful and friendly, both of them greet all guests with a dzien dobry and a smile. They make this a real pleasure to stay at this hotel. It’s a home from home. The restaurant staff are all great too, chef is first class and every waiter and waitress are brilliant and always welcoming. Everybody at this hotel works very hard to keep guests happy. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay for a few days or long term, for business or leisure.

I had the pleasure of staying at Park Inn in Krakow for an extended work trip, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect, offering stunning views of Wawel Castle on the Vistula River, making it an ideal spot for leisurely walks. While the rooms may not be very spacious, they are exceptionally clean and well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Their attention and willingness to help set them apart. This level of friendliness is a rare find in various hotels. The restaurant, though not extensive in its menu, serves carefully prepared and absolutely delicious dishes. The restaurant and bar service is exceptional, with the staff maintaining their good spirits even during busy times. I highly recommend this hotel; having stayed in several hotels in the area, Park Inn stands out as one of the best, if not the best, in terms of quality and price. It was a memorable stay, and I look forward to returning.

Location of the hotel is excellent. We had an easy access to the Wawel Castle. Then from there all city center just walking distance or you can use the Tier/Bolt electric bikes too reach any place you wish! Staff members been very helpful and fast. Cleanliness of the hotel surprised as well. Underground parking spot was a plus as well.I can say everything was excellent, I really recommend 👌

I.stayed there for three nights. The place is close to the most attractions in the city center of Krakow. The stuff was nice and friendly and the hotel was clean and comfy.

An excellent hotel located at 15 minutes walk from the old city. The rooms are big and clean. breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of foods to choose from there is also un underground private parking at the cost of around 20 euros per night

Great staff and beautiful rooms. The modern architecture grabs the heart and of course delivers memorable moments. Breakfast like in every Radisson- outstanding. I recommend this hotel and I will always be a loyal guest

Our stay was from 28th November to 1st December. From the minute we were picked up from the airport by Filip Pikula of Transportive, our enjoyable stay began. Filip was absolutely amazing, giving us plenty of information and also arranged our return journey and excursion to the salt mines. What a first class service provided by Filip himself, would recommend to anyone. The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly too. Kristoff, Hannah, Dominique were outstanding and deserve to be recognised by the Radisson group. Well done to you all and keep up the good work. Hopefully see you all again soon. Kirk and Deanna.

I stayed here for 5.5 months and they were perfect. They met every need and took care of me. It’s also nice because you avoid the traffic and can scooter into the square from here. I would stay again. Thanks guys!

The service attitude at this hotel shows deep management problems. Rooms are ok, but they make you feel like you are bothering them with any request. Asked for my invoice to be prepared with company information at check-inn. They said they don’t do that, I should do it at check-out. At check-out it took 15 minutes for them to add the company information. Additionally, I left something in my room. They basically refused to check the room. I had to call the next day when housekeeping was there. They did not go to make a special check of the room, just said nothing was there. The item had a geolocation on it and and showed it was in the hotel. Not effort at all from the side of the hotel to seriously look.

The hotel is 4 star with a nice location. PROS: - location near the river and away 10 mins from the old city center. - Parking is chargeable with affordable price. - Staff are friendly - There are connected rooms for families CONS: - None
