I've been to Chiński Pałac many times and have never been disappointed. I'm pleased to report that on our first visit for dining-in post-COVID the quality is still just as good. We always make sure to get Ganbian Fasola (spicy dry-fried green beans) and XianGuo kurczak (chicken and vegetables with a chili-bean paste). It's the best Chinese food in Krakow, and SO much better than the typical mall fare here, like Silver Dragon or Czerwony Smok.

There’s a reason why it’s so empty there even on holidays. Ordered hotpot, expensive for such tiny portion and low quality. The spicy sour soup was also horrible, heated form microwave and basically like drinking oil. You can see how thick the grease is in the photo.

This place is so full of sentiments for me. The food is perfect, the people are like second family, the atmosphere is like from best movie :) And as always h I need to taste the crispy duck and the coconut milk desert - there no other place where these 2 things tastes like here. You don't have to, you must visit this place. Thank you ❤️

Food was fine and place was comfortably empty, on this Monday evening. Gave safety for this New Wave approaching. It was of value for this bad times we face again

As Malaysian Chinese, I must say that all your Chinese dishes that I have eaten this evening are fresh and delicious, would definitely recommend those who love Chinese cuisine to try it out.

Great ambiance and decor .and also the food was really great . Ambiance-5 Food-5 Service -3.5 ( it felt like we were served just because it was their duty to serve us food . I can understand as it was the end of the day everyone would be tired but still at least a smile would have been great ).

What wonderful service and foods provided!!!! Almost cried. As a Chinese, I fully recommend everyone to eat here. I love this restaurant! I would like to give 100 stars for this restaurant!!!!

The first time came here for dinner and never come back again. The foods are too much oil for me. Besides, the service is extremely bad, we ordered a bunch of meals including drinks. Although, they took notes on what we ordered and then forgot to serve 1 food until we told them (not so many customers at that time). Plus, we did not get any drinks at the end of the day although reminded the waiter about this. Then I found out that they don't have 1 of the ordered drinks so he decided to ignore it. Why don't you suggest us the others? we can change it!!

Service and atmosphere were good, nothing incredible. Staff were polite, smiled, and quick. The food sucked. "Sweet and sour" sauce is ketchup with someone sourness in it. My partner's dish was just salty thick intense sauce, where you find yourself fishing out the meat with chopsticks. Empty restaurant on a Saturday evening is a red flag.

Food is great, service quick and the atmosphere even better with a very funny and polite Chinese guy that serves the food. His sence of humore made my evening. Thank you :-D

The best Chinese food place in Poland! I've tried Sychuan beef and very spicy beef, and they're perfect. I would be grateful if more dishes from this restaurant would be possible to order with Uber Eats, as the choice is a little limited.

If you like Asian food it's worth to stop by. Fair prices. Big dishes. It's pretty inside too.

All right place for a quick lunch or dinner if you would like to stay local. Not my first choice though given the decor and strong smell of food indoors.
