It was a tragedy. Service was awful. Dirty dishes. Pizza is edible but.... I hope they will improve in all soon.

We ordered Calzone and big pizza. The delivery was late by 30min, pizza was the size of a medium one not a big one. And Calzone was burned in the center and raw on the edges.

Complaining about pizza quality, I ordered 2 pizzas with a price of one, and double pepperoni was almost burned as many times before, see attachment. My evening is getting ruined every time you send burned pizza. I am writing here so others don't got the same bad quality.

The visit was salvaged by the food, which was very good and the portions were sizeable and of good quality. However, the service could use improvement. We got they and there were over five tables unoccupied, but we still had to wait because they were all dirty. It took a few minutes to get them cleaned and seat us. The restaurant is located within a mall, so there isn't much of an ambiance to begin with, but there should be more of an effort to create a great dining experience.

I didn’t except much from a place with this ranking, it’s not high enough, you know. But it was actually very good! The most precious thing about this place is their staff. The waitress was very attentive and friendly, she made sure that she got the order right and she asked us if everything was ok for a couple of times, like in a proper restaurant. I liked it a lot. They all speak English, btw, which is also a big plus The place looks cute enough, the decoration is nice and as long as I understand, they had a makeover some time ago The prices are good and affordable The food is good. We ordered pizza from a “fancy” part of the menu and it was nice overall. Not the best pizza that I’ve ever tried and maybe not even that much of Italian pizza, but it was nice and we were happy to eat there. The pasta that we ate was delicious though! It was very nice and tasty. The portion is also pretty big, so it was quite a mistake to order both pizza and pasta at the same time. No regrets 😂 In conclusion, I can say that I’ll come to this place in Krakow again, because it’s very cozy there

A sit-down Domino's is an unusual sight! Food is pretty standard domino's offering but certainly a wider offering. Good service, decent price.

The place was about to close (less than 30 minutes left) but they still made us the pizza so it's good, I was afraid that the kitchen might be closed or something, but no, the only "closed" thing were the tables, as it was take-away only at that time. The pizza "XXL" looks like a normal-sized pizza in Italy and for 9 euros... I get 2... 😅 By the way, weirdly enough, they also cook pasta, but I haven't tried it.

It's a real shame incompetent staff/management is allowed to work here. I loved dominos pizza for a long time but having to wait 1-2 hours and getting a cold pizza destroys the trust I had.

I have ordered some pizza’s through Glovo at 20:30 the arrival time was 21.30. Well they took the money from my account but they never came with the pizza . We waited until 23.00. The kids fell asleep hungry. I can’t believe this could happen in 2023. Worst restaurant ever.

Worst delivery ever! The pizza looks like a total mess. The delivery guy really should have been careful with the food. We do not suppose to eat pizza that looks like someone has vomited it. Update to the situation: the customer support agent Katarzyna from Glovo was very friendly. She saved our mood and this pizza as well right after we contacted support. But we are not sure if we will order from Dominimum again...

Nice pizza, bad restaurant. No air conditioning, very stuffy inside. Not comfortable to stay. Takeaway is only option for this restaurant.

One of thebworst pizza I had in my life. The crust was like tortilla. The pizza was so hard that we could have played Frisbee with it.

Great service, good food

Loved it! Pizza was surprisingly good and delicious (we love good quality Italian food, so we're very picky). Waitress took really good care of us despite a late evening. There was a mistake with our order but everything was sorted out promptly and efficiently. Waitress was also very friendly, the place was clean and we had enjoyed everything a lot! Recommended!

One of the worst pizza delivery systems. No updates. Nobody picks the call, even if they pick nobody speaks in Basic English, Two times they disconnected my call without a solution. Uber said 30-40 mins delivery, ordered pizza at 07:20 PM. The restaurant updated the delivery by 20:30 - 20:50. Order #592A8, I'll be forever avoiding this restaurant. Such a bad experience.

😡I mean...yeah..if you are willing to place the order 3 to 5 business days in advance and in the meantime have time to get married, raise 3 kids, send 2 of them to university and wonder where you went wrong with the 3rd one, just so that in the end you can receive an overpriced cold pizza...i think it could be worth it. That of course, after half an hour of back and forward useless calls with the restaurant's customer service, that were so absurd Eugene Ionesco would have found inspiration in them for a masterpiece. The Choco Calzone was good though...but get it together!🤡

On their online page they write that you get your Pizza in 30 to 50mins, thats why I ordered. In the end I waited more than 2h30mins. The customer Service is also really bad, I had 28 clients in line before me.

Good product, bad service, some people are comprehensive. I believe they do not possess the best resources to do a proper job so it affects all businesses.

Unfortunately this is the worst order in my life, I placed order at 12:30, and I received cold pizza in two hours at 14:30. Even though, the pizza place is in 15 min walk from my place. Additionally, I ordered Pepsi, which was not delivered. Delivery man, showed me some order details, where only pizza is in the list, so even the administration of orders is failing too. I am very unhappy with the experience.
