An excellent restaurant very well located by the river. The food is very well made and fast served, the staff friendly and the atmosphere is great inside its old building.

Perhaps it was a bad day..or bad choices.. I had a duck burger. Perhaps I would really enjoy it if: It wasn't so salty; It was falling apart while eating; There were no sharp bones. Otherwise I really liked the bun, and duck fillet was soft. Waiter forgot to bring tissues and cutlery and ignored all our attempts to ask him to fix his mistake. Potatoes, potatoes were delicious!!!

Better than any pizza I've had, believe me I've eaten a lot of pizza. The flavours were so simple yet so delicious, I didnt feel the need to add any extra sauces or oils to it. The restaurant itself was very nice and cozy. Recommend sitting by the window to enjoy the sunlight. The lemonade was incredible, simple & refreshing.

Pretty good food, nice atmosphere, but like most Polish restaurants, the service was less than attentive.

Very nice Italian restaurant by the Vistula. The staff is incredibly attentive, the food was always delicious - I visited 3 times during my stay in the city - and the prices were also a nice surprise. Go try this place if you love Italian food, you will not be disappointed.

Great service. Our waitress was really kind and helpful. Dishes were tasty. Inside was a bit heated but they helped us with air conditioning. Only minus would be focaccia being unusually thin, not like a sourdough. Their house wine was good. Would definitely come back here

Great place if you fancy Italian in Kraków! We came here after a long day of walking and exploring the city and boy was it worth it! We had the focaccia, quattro stagioni, rainbow trout with baked potatoes and spaghetti with calamari. It was all scrumptious, and although the spaghetti was a bit bland compared to the rest, it made up by being creamy. The pizza was a 37 year old sourdough and was near perfect! Great hospitality and lovely vibe. The staff were very conscious of our dietery requirements.

I've been here three or four times now and the experience is consistently good! Had some pizza, veal, pasta, desserts - I'd be happy to recommend each dish. The place looks nice, the service is great and oh, it's dog friendly!

Reasonable prices and tasty. Service needs to pay more attention to the outside (we nearly left having waited ages after being given the menu), but after that food was prompt, reasonably priced (aside from single glasses of wine, which at 15pln for 100ml is steep- order a carafe of wine instead of a glass), and absolutely delicious.

We recently visited Primo and was pleased with the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. While the margarita pizza was just average and there weren't many vegetarian options available, I highly recommend trying the delicious potato gratin and aubergine with mozzarella and tomato sauce. The only downside was that we had to combine the starters with additions, but if the aubergine dish was a main with a slightly larger portion, we would have loved it. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with tasty options, and I would recommend giving Primo a try!

Cozy space with a very comfortable atmosphere and minimalist, clean interior design. The location is also really nice, close to Bernatek footbridge. Staff service was excellent: friendly, helpful and fast (dinner before peak hour). The menu is quite extensive with antipasti, pizzas, pasta and soups among other dishes. I went for a beef burger and it was delicious and was beautifully presented. Overall had a lovely time here, I'm happy to have discovered this place and I recommend it! :)

I had the beetroot gnocchi and it was very tasty. The creme brûlée was absolutely delicious! Red wine from the house was good. The staff is ok and the place is cozy. I agree with other evaluations I saw here, the place is s bit cold for me.

Nice little Italian food house with good selection of pasta and pizza. Staff were very pleasant and did speak English (I can't get my tongue round the Polish words yet)

👍👍 Absolutely thrilled with ORZO restaurant! The ambiance is just perfect – even though it's always bustling with crowds, the cozy atmosphere remains intact in this not-so-big space.
