Very tasty Mexican and good portions backed up by a quick service and very friendly staff. The meat is flavorful and pairs well with the rest of the ingredients in both burritos and tacos. Speaking of tacos, they may be a bit over stuffed because they’re tough to eat. A suggestion would be to add shrimp tacos, but it’s probably not cost effective.

One of the best places in Kraków, the attention, service and presentation is amazing. I highly recommend to try the Nachos Supreme with beef or lamb, those are the best meats in Los Gorditos. The hibiscus margarita is a dream and the beef tostada's are great. The only thing that I will reduce is the excessive toppings (a lot of cream, lettuce and tomato) because the flavor of the meat can disappear caused by that. If you want to approach to the Mexican food, this is the first option to try some of the Mexican flavors, even when is a Tex-Mex restaurant. Plus the attention and willing to help is one of the most valuable things here, don't miss this place!

Hands down the best Mexican food in Kraków. The tortilla chips are fresh and crispy. The burritos are delicious, well seasoned meat and well wrapped, they don't fall apart! The salsa actually tastes authentic, not marinara sauce, it's so good I could eat it with a spoon. They have an extensive margarita menu, each one is delicious! The owner and staff are wonderful people, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Whole heartedly recommend visiting if you need a taste of Mexico abroad.

I tried some excellent Mexican restaurants in New Mexico. Compared to that, there are not many Mexican options, but this is also a good restaurant with the fantastic options 😋 you have in Kraków. One dish is more than enough for one person.

Finally a good Mexican food place. Haven’t experienced those in a while. Good flavors, generous portions and just the right amount of spice so you can enjoy the food. It’s not so standard restaurant, you have to put together your own meal by selecting the ingredients and how you want it. Either a bowl, quesadilla, burrito etc. So you’ll need to order your food at the counter.

I have expected more, more Mexican style , maybe. The food is rather just good, but like super restaurant way. The portions of nachos is not so big for this price, and you wouldn't get "gordido" from this size, for sure. The prices for cocktails are pleasant. There is a self service, which is also fits for bistro style, in case if you expect to be served. But there is a people waiting to get a table so it is a good sigh, any way .

Service was really fantastic. A welcome relief to see waitresses that actually smile, in Poland.

Best tacos I ever had. The roasted cauliflower base option with lime& cilantro cream as sauce - amazing. We were in Krakow for a week and we returned in this place 3 times. Tried the burrito and quesadilla as well. Didn’t disappoint. 100% recommend. FYI It would help to have a sign somewhere that mentions you must order directly at the bar so u don’t sit around waiting at the table redundantly.

Good lil place round the corner of a street in kazmierz. Great sangria n lemonades.. food was good too...small place so easily tends to get super crowded fast.

I once tried a cocktail some time ago, it was really good. Yesterday we were there to try the food and both dishes were super tasty, they just didn’t bringing them at the same time :( their guacamole is 💯 staff was super friendly, definitely would go back

As a true taco fanatic who has tried tacos all over Mexico I can say these are very close to authentic tacos with a lot of flavors. Great service, cool atmosphere, well made drinks, and great food. Highly recommended!

A clean and cozy place. My burrito experience would probably have been better if I had taken it in a bowl. Some of the chickens were stringy, but the taste was just right. The staff is brisk and fluent in the language.

Good Mexican Mojito- very flavourful, as opposed to the kiwi-basil Margarita- there flavour was barely there. Great Nachos, burrito and quesadilla, although the cauliflower might be seasoned a bit better - it was barely noticed amongst all different flavours. All in all good experience.

Pretty decent Mexican food here! They use corn taco tortillas and their hot sauce is actually hot. The food is ordered in three steps: a type of dish, and then the protein, then the sauce. The habanero sauce is very spicy though so you’ve been warned. They will also give you sour cream on the side to calm the spicy :) The chicken I has was well cooked and the burrito was well wrapped. The best part was the beans! This restaurant has vegetarian options.

Really was looking forward to some good tacos and a delicious margarita. Having spent many months in Mexico I feel I know what good tacos are. And while the presentation was lovely the tacos lacked flavour depth and we're way to over filled. I also had the very unfortunate experience of trying their salsa on my fish taco and I nearly choked on the spice. The sauce was so hot that I nearly couldn't eat anymore. You pay in advance here which made complaining a bit pointless as it was my last two tacos. My partner just dipped her fork in it and was blown away by the spice of it. And keep in mind I love spicy food! This was not edible salsa and ruined the meal. Anyways as for the margaritas...well I didn't taste any alcohol and the mango/passion fruit was just made with concentrated juice. Basically was just juice and tequila. Yuck. Staff were friendly and helpful but if your looking for a good Mexican I would avoid this place. Lastly I would say it was overpriced.

A very simple concept for a great realxed meal. The food is fresh and very tasty. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. I had no problem going and not being able to speak Polish. The place is busy in the evenings. The hot sauce is very hot... but had a good flavor.

The place serves fast food and in my opinion it’s overpriced. The very spicy sauce ruined the food, hard to eat (even though I love spicy food!). I had to drink half litre of water while eating my food, bc my mouth was burning. So make sure to order middle spicy!!! The table wasn’t clean and the personal was too busy to do it. The decoration is nice)

We had the vegetarian taco's and the chicken burrito. The vegetarian taco's were very tasty and the portion was quite big! The salsa verde didn't taste very fresh though. We loved the nacho's that came along with the burrito, they were warm and crispy. However, the bread of the burrito didn't taste fresh and even tasted a bit rubbery at some parts, which made it hard to take a proper bite and chew it. Also we unfortunately got the wrong salsa for the burrito. The staff was very friendly though.

Decent, nothing special. Large portions and great service. Got the pork burrito, easily could have just eaten half, the full thing is too much.

Enjoyed a cool evening with chilled beer and margherita and of course.. nachos! I feel sorry that I didn't ask for the name of the lady who introduced us to the menu..but she was very friendly and welcoming. Menu selection and service were good, taste was good. I will look forward to visiting again 🙂

Great Mexican restaurant in Krakow. Burrito bowl with variety of sauces is just delicious. The meal includes nachos. The veg portions have crispy cauliflower in it that’s really tasty. Worth the price.

Big portions but the quality of the ingredients was not the best. The tortillas were also chewy. The sauces are really nice though!

Great place to hangout with friends. Awesome Margarita drinks - recommend to take passion fruit flavor. Super friendly and open staff. Amazing Mexican food - tacos, burritos and nachos. It’s better to have a reservation there as it’s always busy especially during evenings.

Good Mexican food there is not much to say as its very quiclly prepared and burritos and all the bowls are great stronglly recomend.The staff is very polite and helpfull whith a smile on their face feels very welcoming.Prices are decent dor the location ;)

My wife and I came here after a full meal at another restaurant as the prospect of tacos was too alluring. This restaurant has things that we had never seen before such as lamb meat tacos and it was really nice to try something new. Their soft-shell tacos are made with fresh ingredients and a flavour which is guided to the local palate and cuisines leading to some new tastes. The chicken tacos were our favourites with the pulled pork a close second. Everything was dressed with fresh ingredients and the restaurant still has that new, fresh, family vibe to it which is always nice - Gosia took the time to have a chat with us and I'll admit that that cemented the fifth star onto this review. Though this may not be exactly what you are looking for if you are thinking of standard US-style tacos, I encourage you to give it a go. If you are a local or know your mexican food well, then you will know that you are in for a great time. I will be back here next time we are in Krakow as I missed out on their fish tacos!

WOW WOW WOW!!! As a Mexican who likes barbacoa burritos this place truly stands out! Been everywhere in Europe and would not of guessed the best Mexican food would be in Kraków. Very nicely marinated barbacoa. Spicy salsa was perfect. Grilled onions and peppers excellent. They even have Jarritos! Highly recommend visiting Los Gorditos!

It's like being back home. Great food, decor, and music. We've just met Adam and he is as great the place. Highly recommended!

Hello I didn't want to write a detailed review, but if you ask, I'll explain what I gave such a score on the basis of... I gave a low score, looking at the cleanliness of the facility and the cleanliness of the staff. If you have already moved the kitchen into the middle of the hall and allowed customers to observe it, then make sure that it is spotlessly clean and that your staff look tidy (in neater clothes, with neat, washed and combed hair.) I understand that they work hard, you often have clients come and so on... But such a look is disrespectful to both yourself and your guests. It is fair to note that everyone was wearing gloves, which is good. After all, some ingredients are added and the dishes are formed directly by hand. If you want to meet a high rating, then try to keep the facility clean (clean more often and in more detail). If there are not enough opportunities to clean soft chairs, then let them be plastic, but without stains. Pay attention to the ventilation system, it does not cope with the smells of cooked food (still not ok when your guests smell of your cafe). I in no way took into account your interior and the fact that the cafe premises are quite small and when the tables are occupied, it is quite cramped..
