horribly overcooked pasta. pizza tastes exactly like frozen ones you buy in the supermarket. we were 4 people and they didn’t manage to bring food at the same time. you shouldn’t wait 20min for other people’s dishes when the restaurant is half empty. everybody got sick after the meal

I've had pizza here during 2 visits to Krakow, have been consistently good, service has been polite and quick, would definitely come back for round 3.

This was by far the most disgusting pizza and garlic bread I EVER ate. I ordered via Uber eats, on Sunday so one pizza means another one “for free”. The pizza was simply horrible, both of them almost didn’t have cheese on it, as result they were super dry, additionally I ordered a garlic bread for my son, guess what? It was burnt 🥵 (Attached evidence). My overall feedback - They use this Sunday promotion to lure people to buy their pizzas: instead they should pay us to eat their pizzas not otherwise, my wife and I left the thing alone after a few bites. NEVER AGAIN!

beautiful place a lot of decorations great service first of all a lady with a nice accent exerted a great delight on me very good pizza with many additions and with a great cake I recommend this place and I will come there more than once :)

Worst domino's pizzeria ever. Extremely slow waitress who ignored customers to dry cutlery (She has Brown hair, Red nail). dirty tables with dishes on them, we had to ask for them to be cleaned for twice. although there were not many people we waited a long time for the bill, maybe the Brown hair waitress was sleeping on the casher machine.

Just horribly horrible pizza. Ordered chicken grilled bbq pizza. They gave us a pizza with sweet sauce and few chicken pieces....never again

The place was empty, and yet, me and my wife waited for 10 minutes and nobody showed up. They didn't even gave us the menu. We were simply ignored. Not coming back.

Weronika is amazing waiter. She was lovely and willing. She wondered if we were satisfied. She recommended great food and dessert. She was interested in where we came from and spoke a few Slovak words.

I had a disappointing experience at Domino's Pizza when I wasn't allowed to bring my small dog inside due to their policy. This policy seems outdated and reminiscent of medieval times, when animals were treated as pests. While businesses have the right to set their own rules, I hope that in the future, Domino's Pizza will reconsider their policy and allow pets to accompany their owners.

Really bad service, we’ve been waiting half an hour just for the waiters to take our order, and no one took it although we called them several times.👎👎👎

Average franchise pizza, better than McDonnals/KFC near by with tables on open space

Service was disappointing, we waited 15 minutes to place our order. The pizza did not resemble the ones we used to eat in Dominium at Krokus Centre. I am afraid they used cheap ingredients, mozzarella was disgusting.

Pizzas were ok, as expected but service is terrible, we were waiting too long, no one came to check on us so I went and asked for a box to go and our bill. Waitress asked me to wait a bit and she will come, guess what, 20mins passed And I am still waiting, leaving this review
