For people without strong food allergies, this seems to be a great restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this place to people who have food allergies though. I asked what I could eat that doesn't have what I am allergic to (gluten and a couple other things) inside. Of course, it is tricky not speaking Polski, but someone helped translate, and they enthusiastically said I could eat anything. Being skeptical, I asked a second and third time just to make sure, and made my order. When I was eating it I noticed noodles mixed into the rice, so went back up to the counter to ask about the noodles, and of course, they contained gluten. They were kind to make me a replacement dish, but I don't think they really understood that the damage had been done already. As pain in the gut and the head was coming on, I tried to explain to the manager why the situation was frustrating (paying to have a physical reaction that usually takes three days to recover from). He kindly offered an apology, but when I gently asked how a refund would be, he said, "that wouldn't be good for us." Honestly, I don't care so much about the money refund (though I personally would try to be as generous as I could if the roles were reversed), as much as the lack of understanding around food allergies as an established restaurant and the impact that has on some customers. And it is totally ok to say "i don't know," which is much better than saying, "yes you can eat everything here." Like I said, good restaurant, but it was quite disappointing how they handled this situation.

The best ever had freshly prepared falafel with hummus. The falafel tasted so good and also the sauces. Small and cosy place with affordable price.

Place is looking promising. Service is excellent. Staff is nice. Food is OK. I am giving 4 star. Becuse wrap needs little bit improvement. Warps should be come with inside little bit more sosy. As far as I know taste is good. But dry. I recommend 👌

I ordered the Habibi plate and it was delicious! So delicious. I tried several other vegan places in Krakow and this was the best of the bunch.

The falafels are one of the best I have ever eaten in Europe, the hummus is absolutely fantastic and the baklava very tasty. Mazaya is a must-go for falafel lovers. I have eaten there many times in the last few years, the quality has always been the same: freshly cooked dishes, good ingredients and original syrian recipes.

The food is very delicious. Authentic cuisine and with a lot of options. Portions are huge! I recommend it to every vegan who likes Middle Eastern spices and cuisine. This location in particular (because there are a few in the city) looks more like a fast food place, but the food is super nice.

The food at this establishment is top quality, always visit when in Krakow for very good falafal and humus. Good service and really enjoy the sweet tea.

The food was amazing. Fresh ingredients, delicious, and looked really pretty! We had a great time, and the staff was super nice. We ordered one dish, but the server was so kind and brought me an extra plate and cutlery, which was really sweet 😊

Small and casual place. I have been eating here for years and the quality of food is still maintained. The best falafel you can buy. And the staff is very friendly.

The food is good but this time I ordered to take away from the plac and they charge me extra for packaging and telling me it’s normal in Poland. I’m living in krakow over 8 years and till now nobody charged me for take away for packing.

The best falafel in town. Very cozy place, amazing fresh food and free arabic while you wait for your order!

  • 5/5 Krzysztof Z. 1 year ago on Google
I usually swing by here to grab a falafel, but I was tempted by the halloumi wrap and it did not disappoint. Great-tasting cheese with excellent texture in the tried-and-true package. Plus when you eat on the spot, there's always a spot of tea served as you wait - especially appreciated now we're entering the colder months!

This is the most generous place in Poland. Staff are always positive and deliver professionally. The food is more than delicious, literally Arab cooks are cooking in front of your eyes. 10 out of 10 service. Highly recommend to all.

If you are vegetarian and you look for something similar (or better!) to kebab it's good place to visit. About 10 minutes of waiting and you will receive very tasty sandwich - I recommend!

Super good food, kind staff & great prices. Wonderful place to eat independent of if you are vegan or not, highly recommended!

  • 2/5 Robert F. 1 year ago on Google
Food quality is low. Loud polish radio music makes experience uncomfortable. Our stomachs were itching after the meal for the whole evening. I wouldn't recommend to visit this place

Bought falafel wraps here many times, and we are always happy with the food. Excellent, fresh ingredients. The staff is super kind and your order comes sooner than expected. And their sweet spiced tea is amazing.

  • 5/5 Manish S. 2 years ago on Google
Very nice food. I liked the falafal which they served. One suggestion is , They should serve Kawa as well with falafal as they were doing before.

Usually delicious. Today served a cold falafel tortilla. I'm not sure why they decided to give me old cold falafel today, but really this kind of thing shouldn't be happening.
