It used to be my favorite chain, so I was very happy when I found out that there were pies close to home. My boyfriend and I decided to buy a piece of pie, the girl at the checkout misunderstood us and ordered the whole pie without telling us the payment amount. The guy paid with a card, when he was given the wrong item, he demanded a refund, but the cashier told him that they don’t accept returns)))))) Thank you for deceiving your customers. If you accept the card, then the return must be processed, otherwise it is a violation of consumer rights. The cashier simply did not want to lose the proceeds. My boyfriend and I had a date, so we decided not to spoil it with a scandal and left peacefully, without arguing with the arrogant, impudent staff, who, in theory, should be in line to be fired. I will never buy anything from you again, you are a disgusting establishment.
