So
schade…
Great
food,
with
a
fantastic
view.
However,
the
service
is
appalling,
the
staff
run
around
aimlessly
and
have
no
real
direction.
We
had
booked
ahead
of
time
and
arrived
on
time,
the
gentleman
at
the
‘front
of
house’
pointed
us
to
our
table,
when
we
got
there
though
the
table
was
not
even
ready
(dirty
plates
and
glasses
on
it)
presumably
due
to
the
fact
that
other
people
were
at
the
table
and
asked
to
leave
only
once
we
had
arrived.
An
extremely
rude
waitress
told
us
to
go
sit
somewhere
else,
we
said
we
would
wait
while
they
cleaned
the
table
-
there
was
no
real
enthusiasm
from
your
staff
to
clean
the
table.
Eventually
seated,
we
ordered
some
white
wine
and
requested
some
ice
cubes
as
it
was
38degrees
on
the
day
we
visited,
the
waiter
told
us
(not
the
rude
woman,
a
different
waiter
this
time)
that
the
ice
machine
was
broken?
Yes
I
understand
these
things
happen
but
as
an
owner
you
find
contingencies
(i.e
get
in
your
car,
go
buy
ice
cubes
and
put
it
in
your
freezer)
you
are
serving
Aperol
Spritz
without
ice?
Never
less,
we
drank
the
warm
wine
and
enjoyed
the
view.
We
ordered
starters
and
told
the
waiter
we
will
definitely
order
main
meal
as
well,
the
starter
arrived
and
I
asked
if
we
could
also
order
the
main
meal
-
the
waiter
said
he
would
call
his
colleague
who
was
dealing
with
our
table,
then
after
30
min,
I
again
asked
him
if
we
could
order?
He
then
ran
to
his
colleague
who
then
instructed
him
to
come
collect
our
order.
Extremely
poor
service
with
no
motivation.
You
need
a
restaurant
manager.
you
cannot
own
a
restaurant
and
expect
it
to
function
without
a
manager
or
owner
present.
Your
staff
are
overwhelmed
and
directionless.
There
are
plenty
of
other
good
restaurants
in
the
area
with
great
service,
don’t
let
this
be
the
determining
factor
why
people
do
not
visit
your
restaurant.
