Would have given a 5star if not for the dishonesty of the counter staff. I came alone to kill time and asked if there is available booth for a person (fyi they have 1-2 pax booth) but the staff told me its all full. So he proceeded to open the bill for me for a 4-6pax room which is more expensive. The atmosphere and sound system is really good in the room though.

We hired a room for 3 hours for RM 180 (it’s a 2 hour free 1 hour) for members. Place is superrrr pretty!!! love it! So aesthetically pleasing and there is free flow of snacks and drinks too. Tho some of the songs were wrongly matched. Pilih lagu melayu, tapi keluar lagu cina 😅 worry not, not many instances pun. we encounter 2 songs if i remember correctly. Anyway, wd come again! Also, nearest surau wd be in Low Yatt which is opposite the karaoke place. Accessibility wise- take MRT and stop at Bukit Bintang. It’s 7-10 mins walk away.

It’s a nice place for karaoke. Modern, aesthetically pleasing design. Unfortunately they would scam you into booking a bigger room than what you need for more profit. Eg. We went in a group of 5, but instead they made us take up the room for 10 even though the are lots of empty 5 person room. It was a Monday night too so it shouldn’t be as busy.

This is a relatively new karaoke place in Bukit Bintang with a lot of options when it comes to room sizes, music selection, snacks and even promotions. My friends and I were a group of four and chose the room for 6 pax. The prices are affordable and there's free flow of snacks and drinks (the snacks are literal snacks- like popcorn and drinks are juices). They do have an in-house menu if you'd like to add on food but we had plans to eat outside and so didn't try anything additional. I did hear that they also have a single person karaoke space there which I think would be fun to try out on a day you just want to sing out loud on your own or practice. The aesthetics are on point and the service is pleasing. Really enjoyed coming here.

Review is for mini-studio. We tried both the 2-person & 4-person room. Ambience is beautiful and Insta-worthy, that's the only good side. Sound system/speaker/mic quality so-so only. Song selection system is bad, needs improvements. Searching songs/artists generally won't work, unless you specifically choose e.g. Male English artist, then scroll alphabetically 🙄 Song database not comprehensive, Hey There Delilah & Imagine Dragon Believer not listed 🙄 Also, they cut your last song in the middle if you run overtime. Other karaoke places at least they allow you to finish your last song 🙄 Definitely won't come here again, not worth your money

A good place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. In the heart of KL, one will probably expect everything to be lavish and priced stupendously. This place is a 3 minute walk away from Pavilion and can be spotted from afar already. The place is clean, organised, and does not feel outdated whatsoever. The receptionist and staff were very prompt and we were in our rooms on the 2nd floor after only 2 mins of paying. Student rate was RM10 for 3 hours (and an extra charge of only RM2 for unlimited drinks). I’d recommend to get the drinks add on since you’ll constantly be losing your voice singing away. Very satisfied with the service and place overall.

Comfortable and chic atmosphere and rooms. I appreciate the free-flowing non-alcoholic drinks and snack, which includes Japanese appetisers. My only problem with this place is the music selection. It has limited songs and the search feature doesn’t work well— we had to go through songs and artists manually.

Had a bad experience at A Quiet Place Karaoke. We got a 3-hour singing package with a RM700 credit, but it wasn't worth it. The staff kept rushing us to order to clear our credit and interrupted our singing every 30 minutes to 1 hour. We had to clear our RM700 credit quickly, leaving 29 bottles of beer behind. When we came back for the remaining beers, things didn't get better. Before our drinks arrived, a staff member came in for payment, and I was so frustrated. When we said we hadn't even received our order yet, he didn't care. An hour later, another staff member came to collect payment again, so we paid instantly and hoped they wouldn't interrupt us again. Guess what happened later? The same thing occurred—they interrupted our singing every 30 minutes to 1 hour, asking us to clear our beer, and we hadn't even finished! It felt like they wanted to kick us out rather than let us enjoy our time. On top of that, they don't even have a remote control for song selection. Every time we wanted to skip or choose a song, we had to go to the karaoke screen to use the remote. The sound system was poor, which made the experience less enjoyable. The only positives were the good renovation and lighting. Overall, not a great experience.

New facilities with many selection of room depend on your budget, sound system superb. Free flow drink! Hot and cold. Snackbar.. surprisingly there few shashimi like jelly fish, chuka kurage, and idako (baby octopus) If you like karaoke, make sure you enroll their membership to entitle buy 2 free 1.

Difficult to choose songs, no free flow of snacks and drinks for 2 hours plus karaoke for about RM60 over dollars! Service is good, washroom is clean. Need more improvement in terms of food and beverage. Can't order in the menu as well, and drinks need to buy from the counter as well, so inconvenient.

I quite like this place, and value for money. I spend Rm70++ per hour for a Cabaret room which can fit up to 8-9 pax. It count by hour not pax, inclusive free flow drinks and snacks(do not expect the fancy drinks or snacks. For me I’m okay with it). We ordered pizza and some fries, both are small and taste so so. Very cold, pls bring your own sweaters or they can provide you a blanket. Very clean, not smelly, no smoke smell. Overall it worth 4* for me 👍

Very comfortable and cosy KTV spot, easy to book and band room could easily fit 5 pax. Mics and speakers were of very good quality however software was a little buggy and unresponsive at times, not being able to toggle vocals for quite a few songs.

We booked a mini studio. Overall we had a great time with my wife. The place is really beautiful and ig friendly. 15rm per hour. However, the air conditioning is too cold. There are no self-service drinks for the mini studios and the choice of songs and the choice system needs to be reviewed. We tried the franchise in Penang and it was much better.

Consider quite cheap as they charge per hour per room. Still quite new and clean. But you get what you paid, if you want to have better sound system, then you should go other. Overall is good, can go back again.

I been there twice. First time tried the room system for 3 hours and second time tried the public area singing. Room system was perfect for people who like to sing. Their sound system was awesome. Ambiance and service were superb. Public area singing, i would not recommended for 3 reasons. 1. Sound system was not well adjust. Echo was too loud and quite hard to listen to the music and sing in the right pitch and tempo. 2. System to select the song was sucks. 3. There is only alcoholic drinks options. For people who do not drink alcohol, you can only select their bites. Overall, my experience there still quite positive and their staff are well trained. They really provide good service.

The ambient and decoration is very high class, it will never disappoint you. Worth a try!

I booked the Loud Speaker Audition room (smallest room they offer) for 2 hrs. Total RM 139.20 (incl tax). The ambiance is really nice and very neon. Free flow snacks and drinks were really in fantastic quality. Not cikai2 one. This is the reason i give 4 star Staff were really friendly. What could be improved is the amount of songs and the sound system of the room. Sound system not that bad, but still lacking Overall, had a good experience and I am happy

This place very cold, you must request blankets from staff. Hope Those New Songs can be up to date. It's Good to Try We Park at Plaza Lowyat and walk up to main entrance, and then Turn Left, You will see this place. Can be reached by MRT and Short Walking Distances.

One of my friend got harrased by a group of men while she was waiting alone at the lobby area for us to arrive. Those men were also customers at the karaoke as well. It was a traumatic experience for her which spoiled the mood of the group outing as well. We requested for the staff to check the cctv, however he mentioned that the manager is not around, and is unable to do anything, thus no further actions were taken. Was wondering why no help was provided since it was happening in the public. Very disappointed with the security management of this karaoke. Not recommended for girls to come here alone or even in small groups, unless there are male friends around.

Came here for a karaoke gathering of about 15 pax. Reserved a room via phone call for 4 hours. I was told that as long as I spend the minimum charges, then the hourly rates are waived. Apparently it's only for 3 hours, not 4. The whole pricing chart and enquiry response shouldn't leave confusion to customers. 1 minus star for the wonky karaoke system that got us stuck for almost 1 hour; glad that we're given extended hour and changing to another room. 5 stars for the service even though they seem like rather understaffed and a bit slow, yet attitude is very good 👍 Food & drinks are pretty normal, it's not a place to enjoy great meal to begin with. Just a bit disappointed that there are quite a few options not available in the menu even when it's just 8 PM.

Enjoyed the unique studio booth-like experience for two, but a major disappointment is that extending your time before your current session ends will clear your remaining song selections from your playlist instead of continuing seamlessly. Had to also wait for a good 5-10min for extension to kick in before karaoke systems came back on.

The staff is very friendly. Good experience.
