Dear Sir/Mdm, I would like to give a feedback regarding the doctor I encountered during my visit at 7pm, dated 17th May 2022 @ Mediveron at KL Traders. Doc on duty: Shah Faisal bin Tufil Ahmad I went for gastric/wind problem I have today. And the doctor suddenly questioned me why i did not come earlier and I said i have to wait for my husband to return from work because he mistakenly took the house key along with him and i dont have spare. Then the doctor asked me why i didnt go to clinic with grab, taxi etc and again i mentioned to him i dont have my house key and we should not discuss about that matter at all. Tbh, i dont get it. Why ur clinic open if i cant go there by that time, somemore ur clinic operates 24h. If he refused to give me MC, I dont mind at all. And tell me how could I receive any treatment and consultation from your staff while him being so unprofessional and rude to people. This is not about customer always right. This is about the pain i have the whole day and he did not bother to consult me or treat me as i always received from other panel. And this is about how should your staff to be professional and sane enough to face his customer, and not to question things beyond his ethic and some more labelled me as rude customer. I dont really know what was wrong with him and I really dont want any other customer facing the same insult as i had this evening. He should get enough rest and not to be on duty while his mind is not on the right track. I refused to receive treatment from him and i was there not for shopping but as a patient, to get treated and consulted with the pain i undergo recurrently. Deep in my heart, I am very dissapointed and regret this could happen but I forgive him. It just that what is did is so unprofessional and breach his ethical as a professional doctor. And i promised, this is the last visit i will pay at this mediveron branch. ***This is my feedback which i will send an email to mediveron. I read so many compliant regarding the rude doctor and my best guess we are talking about the same doc. This is my 3rd visit and i met this rude male doc twice including today. My first visit, i met this lady doctor even i have waited for almost 1 hr even i was there alone, i did not overreact as he did. From my observation through reviews, foreigners like him so much huh. Unfortunately a foreign doc treats local people like trash! This is so regretful to happen to patient!

Came here twice and both with Dr Fadilah. She’s so friendly and even my friend said that she’s so sempoi and siap ajak borak. The way she handled the patient is very chillax and give us full explanation and details regarding our condition and the treatment. May Allah always bless and ease everything for Dr. and to all the staff. ^^

This is the worst clinic ever been to... My wife and kids have been using this clinic but the day I took my wife there was wow... I was there around 5am. The receptionist was ok I guess bcus no one in the clinic so I can't tell but the doctor... His talk and facial expression was arrogant. My wife also complain about his attitude after seeing him. Dr. Shah projected I don't care attitude. I think I'll have to look for another clinic.

This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been. Dont even deserve 1 star. Doctor was very rude and arrogant. I normally went to medivron setapak. but i just discover this clinic more nearer with my house. So decide to give a try lah. But end up becoming the worst experience ever. I dont even know how this doctor even become a doctor. After consultation i drive home in anger and still can’t believe I encounter this kind of doctor. Man i should see the review in google first before went to this clinic urgh please dont go to this clinic

Dr Shah Faisal is so arrogant, inconsiderate, doing his job like he was forced to 🙄👎 been in the consultation room not even 1 minute. really frustrated coming here. Won't come again.

Want to compliment the girl staff at the counter only. Very polite and can manage by herself alone. But when I want to see the doctor I got informed that he want to go outside and ask to come later. And it was in the working hour. So I didn't see the point why you put open until 7am if you cannot manage on that time.

Will never step foot into this clinic ever again. Dr. Shah Faisal bin Tufil Ahmad was extremely rude and lack knowledge. Cant even answer basic questions. Also when I asked him to check my blood pressure, He said "thats not important, no need to check." Whats wrong with checking my blood pressure? Why mediviron hire such doctors?

The Dr saved me from lots of suffering, after surgery for abscess I am now able to work like normal.I suffered 2 week of pain and unecessary medicine from few other clinics. God bless Dr Shah Faisal and his helpful staffs.Ameen.

What on earth is this clinic it was open 24 hours then suddenly I come today they are closed… doesn't make sense Very rude nurse she opened the soo rudely and said they are closed.. how come ur in the clinic then??
