Took the couple massage room (subjected to availability) for 60m full body oil massage. By far one of the best. They greet you and ask a few questions like underlying health conditions, specific are to focus for massage and any underlying injuries. Then they wash your feet with salt scrub and prepare for massage. The music, aroma and environment was very soothing. My husband and I had a good time. My masseuse'e name was Phatt. Post massage they serve you tea and cookies. We will surely go again!

I don’t want to rate this at first because I’m scared the place will be full booked whenever i want to have my own massage time there. Sounds greedy eh? I don't think the front desk will be surprised by my review. I booked an appointment via WhatsApp which they confirmed and on the day they called me and said they didn't have my booking. Anyway it was sorted and they told me we see you at 2pm. I was there before 2pm and waited for half an hour for the massage therapist. They didn't offer anything while I waited no water or anything... They kept saying shortly shortly wait for five mins but it was half an hour late. I love the interior so beautiful and the place smelled so good and it was so clean. The therapist was nice enough but the massage was really average . When I went down and asked for a refund because they ran late so I changed my session from 90 mins to an hour the lady was like huh... I had to explain again!!! And it was raining heavily and I got a grab. The front desk was nice enough to offer me an umbrella and sent me to the car. It's ok really.... Three stars for the deco and umbrella lol

Great first experience at W. Tried the Thai traditional massage, and my therapist was tops. She knew where my knots were, and managed to ease the tension in my heels from running. My family had good massages too. 10/10 would return.

Very calming & smells good. The massage bed was soft. Did the turkish bath & aroma oil therapy massage. Both were excellent service by friendly staff meaow. Before & after service will be given refreshments. The waiting room interior is pretty. Highly recommended going there.

Seriously, I have been to many places in Asia and had various massages in Thailand, but here I had by far the best massage of my life. The place is very clean and a real oasis of well-being. The massage (medium) was given with just the right amount of pressure. Everything was really perfect. Please continue to treat your staff well, they are the best you can get.
