1. Rooms are being rented by Bangladeshis and being re-rented out to other people 2. The bangladeshis are running illegal scam syndicate in several rooms in this east wing of berjaya time square apartment 3. Room is dirty and smells like a drug addict room. 4. No receptionist and only allowed cash transactions to avoid being detected by authorities 5. DO NOT TRUST ALL THE FAKE REVIEWS AND ALL THE PHOTOS SHARED

Location: Excellent location. There is a mall just below the property so extremely convenient for food and shopping etc. There are at least 3-4 malls nearby in walking distance. KLCC/Twin towers are 20 mins walk. Views: we got rooms at 46th floor so view was stunning from there. Even more beautiful at night. Room: Rooms are quite spacious but very dated. Two TVs in the room, one large and one small. Large one doesn't have cable connection so disappointing. Maintenance of the units is quite poor. Sofa wasn't clean and had spots. Bathroom and toilet are separate and very large and comfy but are quite old designs. Room had a big double bed and an extra mattress which again was v dirty. They surely need to spend some money on renovations. Lobby is always crowded with agents and people waiting to get in to their rooms. There are separate keys/cards for Room and lift which is a botheration for sure. We booked two rooms at MYR 945 so 472 MYR per night per room (~SGD 145) which I don't think was worth it.

Booked a suite. Room was unclean: with peeling paint off the ceiling, broken TV cabinet, holes in the wall, and, of course, Wifi that doesnt work. There is also blood stain on the towels. Would not recommend.

These rooms are operated by a team of people. There is no front desk or lobby. Its basically an apartment with a lift lobby. The rooms are badly furnished and some mattresses are stacked by the side of the walls. Tv rack was brokened and sofa was covered with a sheet of cloth (there a hige hole beneath it). Bedsheets smell funny. Door locks looked too old. During check out, i was informed via watsapp to leave the keys in the room and close the door. Nope. Will not recommend and even if my meetings are to be at berjaya. Will definately choose another hotel. Its a no thank you for me. Please avoid at all cost.

Cancelled my confirmed booking a day before my trip because of "electricity issue", which sounds like they overbooked their property. Be aware.

Was assigned a 42nd floor studio room with king bed (highest is 43rd). View is good, unit is spacious. The water from sink and shower is not strong enough as predicted. Only cold shower is available in my unit unfortunately. The housekeeping works are done quite shabby as well. The shower drainage is filled with hair. There are also hair under bedsheets. You can find hidden rubbish in some places in the unit.

The worst ever experience we had with family of 3 stayed at level 37.please do not get cheated of their ratings of 4.3 star as those ratings are forcely updated by the person who let the room. Old fashion room, broken toilet floor, smelly, bug bites and dark room. Please do not stay here. Please do not stay here. Thank you

Not as expected. It was a service appartment. And the pictures were completely different compared to the actual room. Not worth the price they charge.

If i could give a honest rating of this hotel i would rate it a negative zero! Where do i even begin… -To enter the hotel you would need a key card. We did not know about this upon arrival. Only when we asked the security guard outside they said we would need to call the hotel and somebody will come down to verify and allow us in.(This was such a hassle and very inconvenient) -The main person that attends to your check in/out and other matters is very unprofessional. -THE HOTEL ONLY ACCEPTS CASH PAYMENT?? Which was beyond crazy to me in this day and age. It was definitely very doggy! -The hotel does not have a proper main receptionist or lobby. Which makes it very confusing for guests. -THE HOTEL ROOMS ARE SUPER OUTDATED!!! Huge cd/dvd players and a tv that barely works. Our tv only played 1 channel: tv2 -No basic toiletries/kitchen utensils -Wall decor and furniture are in bad shape. (Holes, bad mattress, peel on paintings) -Kitchen sink and toilet are cracked and mouldy -No room phone to call to contact the hotel if theres any enquires -No house keeping attended during my 4 days 3 nights stay -Wifi does not work at all. Perks: Berjaya times sq Mall directly below. 711 conveniently located beside the mall. Near by mamak shop. Located near to the city (just walking distance). Partly nice view of the landmarks. However would not recommend to anyone. It is honestly worst than a sleazy hotel/motel if not the same.

Smoke smell in room, Wifi doesn't work, TV remote control not working. There stain on the bed sheets/blankets. King size bed mattress is too soft while single size bed mattress is too hard for sleeping. 5 day 4 night stays with family of 3 - No housekeeping and shortage of toilet paper/rolls (1 toilet roll given)

Very bad experience for this time. This suite very very horrible for everything just except good location. Door lock missing,Toilet always leaking,even help me to change to 2nd room. TV no working. I very wonder how still can get good comments from guest they stayed?Booked at agoda and use sin$200 for 3 nights,suffer my body and need to mop water on the floor by myself,super no worth. Simply cancel my booking when I just arrived without any notice. Please do not book this property.. I booked through agoda and just know the booking has been cancelled when I arrive. I have small kids and old parents to handle. Please avoid this property.

When we first entered, we saw that the lights in front of the door were out of order. There was only one light in the living room, so it was very dark, and the TV only had one channel. The walls under the air conditioner are black and rotten, and they look particularly dirty. The shower in the bath is cracked, the bathtub is not clean, and the floor of the bathroom is also dirty. Another point, why is there a mirror in front of the bathroom door? There is already one in front of the bed, what does it mean to put another one on the door? Is it to scare us? Overall, the lighting in the whole room is not good, the environment is old and dirty, the price of rm2xx is not suitable for this room at all.

So poor service. Dirty floor. Wifi is always not available. it's so strange that the mirrors are facing your bed and bathroom. What does it mean?
