Excellent, professional, efficient service provided. The staff were more than happy to help me curate a special gift for my girlfriend and a wonderful present for my mother. The array of products offered range from affordable, yet tasteful goods to high-end and rare designer treasures. I’ve also used their consignment services numerous times and have managed to sell off several of my mother’s used designer handbags. They have consistently manage my consigned goods with care and precision on each occasion. Would have given 6 stars if it was an option.

Unprofessional, unfriendly and poor customer service. They do not show keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with a business situation in a manner that is likely to lead to a good outcome. After my unpleasant incident, it definitely discouraged me to consign nor buy any bag from this shop. I’ll not recommend my friends to visit this shop.

Had a pleasant experience shopping here. Sales advisor was very attentive and friendly! Although we couldn't get the item we want here (be sure to whatsapp\contact them beforehand to check item availability), we finally bought the item at their ampang branch. Looking forward to coming back!

⭐⭐ I recently visited this Luxury Vintage shop and had a mixed experience. While the shop boasts an impressive collection of vintage items, I was disappointed to find that 99% of the items were geared towards females. As a male shopper, I hoped for a more balanced selection. Additionally, the shop is not easily reachable by train, so I had to rely on Grab for transportation. It would be more convenient if it were closer to a train station. Despite these drawbacks, the quality of the items and the luxurious atmosphere of the shop are noteworthy.

Came to buy some scarves and didnt realise the staff had put aside the wrong one until i came home. Returned back to shop to realise they hv very strict no refund policy despite it not being my mistake. Definitely not coming back here again

I came across their facebook page while looking for Louis Vuitton DE Sienna. I quickly check their facebook, instagram and website. I ordered thru their website and at the same time messaged them on their instagram.the staff there assisted me all through out the buying process as I was overseas. their manager Ms Wong assisted me as well via watsapp and gave me consistent update with photos about my order. I received my item in perfect condition.what was posted on their website is what i got.they really pictured all the item as if its infront of you.took around 6days including 2 days no office for me to get my bag. Every time when I inquired their product online, they always encouraged me to go view their item first. Today, I made a last minute appointment to see an accessory at their Bangsar showroom. The parking was convenient with ample space, we were greeted by a security guard at the door, and the staffs were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. All bags were nicely packed and displayed. They were not pushy for sales so I felt comfortable throughout the transaction.
