Recommended for Family travelling on your own Rooms The rooms are spacious, clean and they provide good amenities. All towels and bathroom accessories are given in plenty. They even upgraded our room for free which was pleasant. The room had almost about everything, Plenty of storage, Washing machine, Fridge, Microwave, stove, cooking utensils, all kitchenware. Staff Staff were friendly but they charged me tourism tax although I am a resident since about 10 years. They said you are a resident of Pahang so If you visit Kuala Lumpur you have to pay Tax. (Very Strange) Parking Plenty of parking space available. Parking is free. Noise Rating 6.5 / 10.0.

The place is clean and nice, a small gym with basic free weights, treadmills, spinning bike and cross trainer. The roof top infinity pool provide a nice view of the highway and KL city from afar. Staff is friendly and eager to provide assistance.

Comfortable short-term residence-style apartments that have a more decidedly functional feel to them than cozy. Reception area is on the top floor, accessible by elevator. Keycard required to access the floors with guest rooms on them. Apartment is a two room, one bathroom setup with a door between the rooms. Entry room is rather spare and has a long table under a flat-screen wall-mounted television. The table is more for displaying literature about the hotel and less designed as a work space. Small coffee table and sofa also in this room. Kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and hotpot with tea & coffee service provided along with a basic level of flatware & tableware. Two individual-sized bottles of drinking water also provided. Definitely ideal for someone staying multiple days or weeks. Bedroom is small but comfortable with a large window overlooking the nearest freeway. Some street noise particularly in the bathroom where there are additional windows for venting steam out of the shower. Plenty of lighting but only one electrical outlet next to the bed. Bed was comfortable with four pillows and a quilted top over a sheet. Blackout curtains and lots of varied lighting options for the room. Large bathroom (though a bit awkward opening and closing the door) with toiletries (shaving kit, toothbrush, shower cap, etc.) provided along with a bar soap and individual tubes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Shower area was large and separated from the rest of the bathroom (a dry bathroom as opposed to the very common wet bathroom arrangement in this part of the world). Plenty of hot water in the shower but not in the sink. Certainly not a bad place to stay at all. If you're looking for something cozy or a little classy you might find this place less than you desire. If you're a business traveler it's a good setup for longer stays, with the exception of lacking a desk area to work (with electrical outlet, etc.). I'd definitely stay here again if I needed to be in this area of KL.

Overall value for money. Receptionists are friendly but provide no service recovery, quite unlike a 4 star hotel. AC was on full blast at 18 degrees but temperature was similar to 26 degrees on low fan. Wifi was not working at full signal strength. Pool cleaning was done at 830am and there was no notice put up. Cleaner did not inform and I was left in the cold breeze after showering. Would not stay here again.

Noisy location. Very close to the highway, you'll hear "screaming" bikes, trailers etc. Night time, loud blasting music from nearby bars/shops till 3am. Window is double layer but not the one in bathroom. Long corridor has no carpet, you'll hear staff talking loudly from one to other end or walkie-talkie, housekeeping doesn't bother, room doors with spring bangs loudly when closing, vibrations from falling items too. Tiny flies everywhere in the shower room. Impossible for a light sleeper to get any proper rest here. Never again will I book here.

I've alwas stayed here in the last couple of visits since it's rather central and near a mate's house. This time around the room was just disappointing-fungi in shower stall, a showerhead that sprays all over, loud traffic since it faced the highway. Signature - please please upgrade your rooms

It's not fancy, looks more like a service apartment rather than hotel. Front desk is on top level, 24hrs manned. Staffs are polite and speak English. Gym opens till 10pm with basic equipment. Room was a studio with kitchenette. Everything u needed is within reach. Parking is free and adequate. Most facilities are working as they should.

Fantastic place with full facilities. Infinity pool and gym with sky lounge. Rooms are big and comes with a small landing area. Cable TV is also top notch with good channels.

Location- strategic. Close to highway Price- affordable and worth it. Service- salusha was very helpful and attentive. She tries her best to give us wonderful service. Once she knows we have a baby, she gives quiet room. Loooooove. The decorations from the lobby to the room : 5 stars Room- standard studio king got everything u need. It's a studio, so fridge, microwave, water filter, mini living room, mini kitchen, etc. are provided. It's worth every penny. No wonder the hotel.get 9.1 rating. Would definitely come here again. Parking - easy. They provide parking area for hotel visitors and guests

Hotel mix residence. Underground parking, hotel lobby is on highest floor. Studio Unit at the end beside the highway, so have a bit of noise. Good aircon. Many food options nearby, but only 1 open till 1am.

Been staying in signature for more than 8years everytime we are in KL. Location wise is good. convenient to drive or grab to damansara bangsar and even kl city. Hotel and room is nice maybe after so long need some small reno to maintain. Price wise is one of the best deal can get in mont kiara area.

Very good location in between KL city centre, PJ and Bangsar. A lot of eateries nearby. Easy checkin and checkout process. Best thing was the bed is comfortable.

Had a pleasant 4d3n stay at The Signature Hotel recently. As I was travelling solo, I was merely looking for a place to sleep in for the night. At their rates, this is perhaps one of the best value hotels in the vicinity. While I would not say that this is a fancy hotel, the amenities in the room were more than sufficient. Wifi was strong, showers were hot, water and toiletries/amenities were replenished on-time. The staff at the hotel are friendly and pleasant. If you are driving, you will need to validate your parking ticket at the reception before exiting the building (which means going to the top floor before heading to the basement) -- a mild inconvenience, but no biggie. I had a few reasonable nights of sleep; the beds may be harder for some, although the pillows were relatively plush (and in abundance). I was mildly surprised that the noise from the highway (nor from the traffic around Sri Hartamas) nearby did not permeate into my room. There is no need to worry about food choice: there are plenty in the walking vicinity -- from mamak, to fast food, to steaks and yakiniku. And in the day time, it is not difficult to find a decent cup of coffee just several minutes walk away. For value for money, solo travelers looking for short stays in the Hartamas / Mont Kiara area, I would highly recommend The Signature Hotel.

Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Good service, clean room, allow check-in at 2pm+ and out at 12noon.

  • 4/5 M A. 1 year ago on Google
Booked the place for the family (2 adults & 2 kids). Front desk staff was helpful and professional. Got a free upgrade on the room during check -in. The place is accessible to all major highways and surrounded by many eateries (walking distance). KLCC, KL tower, PNB, TRX are visible from the roof top.

Ok 5* reflects what I paid - not a lot! 3 nights 175 SGD. cleanliness ok, daily comfortable though limited facilities. Great location and friendly staff. Yes, I would come again if visiting this area Only issue is the internet is at times patchy ant unusable. For that reason alone lost a star and may not return.

Have been staying at this hotel for my trips to KL since 2015. Over all, staff is friendly, period. They don't go beyond to accomodate or try to help. I was trying to get a cup of coffee at The rooftop cafe without having The breakfast but was told that i must buy The breakfast for RM28. Told The receiptionist that a black coffee is all I want, how much is it? She said RM28. Same price for The breakfast. Well, luckily, this is Hartamas area, can just walk out. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… Found a nice cafe, Mill Bakery Cafe. Lovely.

This hotel is very close to foods and groceries. Plus, I got a free upgrade and the room was excellent. Cannot be more comfortable. Facilities were well maintained.

Amazing location with affordable price. Room size was adequate but our unit was facing the freeway so it was a bummer. But the pool was great and the view from there was stunning

  • 3/5 Lim W. 1 year ago on Google
Great location with wide range of shops around the vicinity. However if possible they do need to improve on the hygiene of the rooms. Other than that, not a bad place for a layover

  • 4/5 Nuno F. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms are cozy and well equipped and serviced everyday. Some minor maintenance issues and you can see some wear and tear. usually quick to solve by the staff if you have any problems . Avoid the rooms facing the express way (1mont kiara side) as it is extremely noisy because of cars and bikes with loud performance exhaust pipes. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Perfect for long stays or business trips. I donโ€™t really like the breakfast options but the rooms are equipped with toasters, kettle and microwave and thereโ€™s 2 supermarkets just across the road so I buy my own coffee and bread for toasts and boil eggs in the kettle.

A good and nice place to stay for those who wants to have a studio like apartment. One has a kitchen for light cooking in the room equipped with the necessary cutlery. There is also a refrigerator. One parking bay is inclusive of the stay. Breakfast is for one person

I stayed here more than 30 times during 2018 and 19 and was best place to stay. Its very comfortable, clean and has ever smiling staff. Very fast maintenance and attendant service who use to attend your calls immediately. Hope things are same now also and wishing you best days ahead. The Signature will remain in my Visit Again list always.

Overall, itโ€™s an average hotel with above-average price due to the prime location. They donโ€™t really value loyal customers with discounts /incentives.

This place is like a haven in the heart of Hartamas.. extremely beautiful ambiance, superb cozy bed & pillows, very friendly & professional staffs and the security is tip top.. easy access to food & convenient stores.. overall such a lovely place to stay!

Iโ€™m a resident of Mont Kiara for 10 years. When they first opened, frequented Marthaโ€™s Kitchen a lot. Then they close access from mont kiara direction and now theyโ€™ve even closed access from that direction for dog owners. I find that discriminatory and utterly disappointing. Their restaurants quality have also dropped. Other than Marthaโ€™s Kitchen thatโ€™s still worth visiting, the rest is beyond bad. I wonโ€™t even dine there post apocalypse. Discrimination and bad restaurant, I would recommend stay away for eternity.

Clean. Parking is convenient. There are many Korean restaurants near the hotel.

Good location near Mont Kiara. Many restaurants and pubs around and shell gas station, Starbucks also walking distance. Room was ok but sewer smell was very strong. Whole Hotel room has smell , so they left letter regarding sewer smells. Other than that, everything was ok.

Generally good. They have a loyalty programme where you get a free night's stay for 10 nights. Shower area is small with no clothes line.

Booked a SoCar here. They clamped the car. Security not helpful. Management not open. Security as useless as SoCar

  • 4/5 Abbas B. 1 year ago on Google
The Signature is a hotel which needs a little bit of TLC. The common areas are relatively clean the rooms while clean need a little bit of care. Two of the power sockets in my studio never worked. The location is terrific. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast are peculiar. They may be fine in a local hotel but sadly very disappointing. Poor choice. A little bit of thought could lift the quality of food. Staff as I said are welcoming and helpful.

  • 5/5 Van N. 1 year ago on Google
Good location, room good standards, I always recommend my clients to stay her whenever they in town. However, staff not so much welcom, furthermore, payment parking always give headache if you forgotten to cop the parking n pay at rooftop ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. Should upgrade system for auto pay

  • 4/5 Abu Bakar M. 1 year ago on Google
Would have given it 5 Stars if only they had proper Parking signage. Only after a couple of times going in and out of the hotel, we finally saw the parking signage, but you would need to drive a huge 18-wheeler truck to see it as it is so high up. Apart from that, was quite pleased with the Hotel/Suite/Studio concept.

  • 4/5 Stan C. 1 year ago on Google
Overall it is a good hotel, in strategic location if your business is only within Mont Kiara area. Sufficient food varieties and entertainment within walking distance for short stay. Room at L6 is not as new as in L3 but still acceptable.

  • 4/5 Siva Nesan D. 3 years ago on Google
Room is neat & accommodates stay over the weekend or in town for meeting or function. Nice & recommend for small families to syay as well. I definitely stay again if i am partying round this area to avoid all current unwanted issues with authorities & for safely as well๐Ÿ‘
