I had a breast implants surgery when i woke up the dr left a cut on my back when i asked he said accident🤯how did u cut so deep my back??? i should sue your clinic. and his work was really bad he used same size silicone for both side while 2 side are not symmetrical. he is the most expensive dr in Kuala Lumpur as compared to other doctors but worst experience ever. I hope u retire and never continue being such irresponsible person.

I did ear cartilage rhinoplasty on 2020/8/24, paid rm12k, and my nose was deformed after the operation! Upturned nose..pig nose! 4/8/2021 Dr. Nasir suggested me to inject scar hyperplasia injection rm200, and my nose shrunk severely! Dented and uneven! Causes my nose to look like a monster! 29/11/2021 Dr. Nasir suggested that I do a rib nose rm6k+, claiming that it will be tall and pointed. I received Dr. Nasir's operation again, but the effect of the operation was the same as before! ! I paid rm18,565.00 and then suffered and got multiple failed operations! Direct my case Amanda later resigned and referred me to the Complaints Department Mr Dave ignored my message! Uncharacteristically bad behavior! Terrible hospital! Irresponsible!

Dealing w BWM was a pleasure right from my initial inquiry. Kiran was always prompt and very professional with her coms. Had a hair treatment in this Medical Centre. They provided free parking and Dr. Tan treated me very well for consulting and the treatment. I am also surprised by their promotional free ward when I entered the room. The room design and the service they provided me was like staying in a 4/5 star hotel. Thanks to the lovely reception team who accommodated my appointment in short notice as i had travel plans. I am really happy with the level service from all the staff and Dr Karen was simply amazing with her treatment. One of the few good aesthetic clinics I've been so far. Did fillers and nose thread here and love the results! Procedure was done by Dr Aren, he really professional and knows the proportion of face so I was satisfied with the result as I look so much younger with the filler and recommendation by him. And he also did it within my budget without asking me to buy many cc of fillers like other clinic. Customer service also good. Carina handled my appointment and queries patiently as well as the whole consultation was smooth.

I went there for my vaccination as I heard this medical centre offers vaccination shots for Covid. The environment is nice, clean, and quiet. The staff greeted me with a warm welcome even though i am not there for their surgery/aesthetic services. The process was fast and smooth. After that, I did ask the front desk on some aesthetic services that I am interested with since i was already there. Price wise still ok as this is a medical centre with certified doctors. To me, it is safety first..thanks BW Medical Centre! Shall make appointment for the services that I am interested with, thanks~

Worse surgery and patient care ever ! I got my breast implants changed by Dr Nasir and he put bigger implants than what I wanted . Then I got to know by the nurse that the reason for this was because they actually didn’t have in hand the size I asked for! The result is terrible , right breast is higher than left breast and moves higher which muscle contraction ! After one checking video call with Dr Nasir 2 weeks later which my complaint they never did any follow up anymore . No professionalism , no caring for patient , just money oriented clinic . The anti scaring medecine they said they sent me never arrived to my country ! Oh and last but not least the driver who was supposed to pick me up at my hotel to go to the airport on my departure day never woke up !

I just had my best of the best experience in BWMC. Firstly, I was approached by Ms Kiran, she was super nice and responsive. She explained the procedures to me through a phone call and make sure that I cleared all my doubts. Then she proceeded arranging my first consultation with Dr Nasir. On my consultation day, Dr Nasir was super friendly and approachable. He was professional and he explained to me the procedures and ensure that I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Following on the day of my procedure, all the nurses were so friendly (Ms Sharifah, Ms Shafiqah and Dr Suzy). They gave me the best room, best meals and most importantly the best services. Overalll, I really enjoyed my 2 days 1 night stay at BWMC. Please consider BWMC as your first choice, you’ll never regret it.

I recently did surgery with Dr Nasir. My results are pretty amazing. very experience doctor and i am happy with how he took his time to explain to me every detail in my consultation. i also like how there are no hidden costs and everything was clear right from the start. Hello, I can't say enough good things about my experience at Beverly Wilshire, KL. Kiran who worked with me from the start, was attentive, answered all my questions and looked after me while I was in KL. She made it such a relaxing experience for me, she is the best! The nursing team were kind, respectful and gentle with me, I really couldnt have asked for better care, thank you! Dr Nassir was absolutely amazing, I'm so happy with what he has done for my confidence, his work was the best. I will be passing BWs contact details to my family, friends and anyone else that wants cosmetic work. Oh and I cant forget to say the rates are very very reasonable. I also can't forget the BW dentist, they were amazing too! Fillings, cracked tooth, clean and polish in roughly an hour. Pretty much painless, Dr Tan was very gentle. I kept waiting for the pain but no, only the cold water (I'm a sook!) haha and very reasonable rates too, thank you! If you are looking for cosmetic or dental work, you absolutely must get a quote from BW, you wont regret it! I'll be coming back...

Worst nightmare !!! Did my breast implants surgery by Dr Nasir here and the result is worst!!! My breast is asymmetrical now and got infected because of the implants . I made appointment and show Dr nasir and his assistant Amanda my breast , hoping that they can fix this problem , and they claim that my breast looks fine . It is so obvious that my breast is asymmetrical and I can’t even wear bra properly !!!! they just ask me to go home and come again few months later , and never follow up anymore !!!!!??? I am so regret that I did this decision, I feel so insecure now because of you ! Dr nasir ! Please be a responsible DR !!!! poor work ! Worst place !!!! Worst dr !!!!

From the very first instance of contacting Kiran from the BWMC, I have received amazing and instant information regarding procedures, costs, expectations and outcomes. Kiran is a lovely and very efficient personal assistant to Dr Jalil. I have had 3 surgeries performed over the past 10 years by this incredible specialist Plastic surgeon, Dr Jalil, who not only holds excellence in his field and performs surgeries with the utmost care and precision, he is such a lovely personable man who is very approachable and takes his time to explain every detail thoroughly during your consultation. His surgical team and nursing staff are impeccable and I would also like to make mention of his amazing anaesthesiologist Dr Susie who is just the loveliest person, and puts you at so much ease before your surgery, you know that, in the hands of these two very experienced and caring individuals, you are in extremely safe and capable hands. The hospital has beautiful private rooms equivalent to a 5 star hotel with private bathroom, Netflix and nurses on call at the touch of a button for all of your needs and concerns. I am extremely ecstatic with the outcomes of all of my surgeries and would highly recommend for anyone considering , with no reservation. The cost to Australians is approximately 1/3 of what we would expect to pay here. Addendum: I stayed at the Pullman KLCC for my recovery and it was exquisite. Would recommend the Grand Premier room. Ive the worst experience with their customer service. Totally no response. from their receptionist for my booking confirmation. Receptionist Amanda has not been helpful since my first appointment, i'll have to chase for my appointment confirmation a few times, then only she'll response. The first appointment confirmation took her 4 days to reply me. The 2nd appointment was the worst !! I've my booking done 1 week ago, and 1 day ago before my appointment, suddenly i received a text msg telling me tomorrow they are closed due to public holidays. My goodness sake, do you think everyone is as free as you guys? She mention she was no longer with the branch, and had refer me to another person to contact me, BUT NO ONE CONTACT ME at all, does this mean that you guys don't treat customer's appointment seriously. Normal people like us needs to make arrangement for such appointment, that is why i ask how long does the treatment takes, and make appointment one week ago. Terrible customer service.!!!!!

On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly for me from registering, payment , the warded process until the OT theatre. I told her that i used to get terrible stomach gases but after this procedure everything was gone and i am very thankful for that. I'm grateful to have met with Prof Dr George. He's one of the few humble and compassion doctor that I've met. He explains my diagnosis clearly and advice inexpensive and effective treatment to me. He is a very experienced doctor but does not charge a premium price. He even advice me to inexpensive place for CT scan and check up. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was great. Arriving in Kuala Lumpur I was picked up by the medical centres driver, Mr Zaki, very friendly and smiley in nature and taken to my hotel. The hotel was perfect and had everything I needed for my stay. I stayed at the Pullman Hotel. Next day my lovely medical consultant Ms Kiran picked me up and took me to my consultation appt, everything was great and the staff there are amazing and cater to your every need. Dr Nasir is very through with his explanations and puts all your fears to rest. Nurses that looked after me were so friendly and pleasant. All in all the experience was wonderful. I’m recovery (11day), and can’t wait for the results to kick in!!

Great experience at BWMC. Went for a HT procedure. Procedure throughout was alright since under local anaesthesia. Can just take a nap during the procedure. Received great care from the team from pre to post-procedure. Special thanks to doctor Tan, his medical team and Mr Gan for making the experience so wonderful. The medical team have been following up for now and the team is always ready to answer any queries. As of now (1 week after), I am satisfied with the service, will have to wait and see the results in a few months time.
