Not very crowded when I was there for a movie last month. Very clean and aircond is so cold. Staffs are friendly and so helpful. Really is a good thing that we may watch movies in the cinema again.

Convenient, when you look for parking, search for Mytown csr park upper level. You can come down 1 level, in front of GSC front door. It's clean, new, have several types of cinema. I watch Avatar in the 3D cinema. Perfect!

Bad experience and unfair response by the mgmt / staffs of GSC CINEMA my town! The show Fast X (on 28/05 Hall 12 @ 11:25am) was black out after 15 mins show for TWICE. The lady manager has decided to gather all the guests to their check point. After that called all guests to queue at premier counter to made refund only, and informed to repurchase from kiosk / website for next show! Such as a big entertainment company like GSC MALAYSIA have no contingency plan ? All the guests ware purchased F&B , parking cost & precious time but even without a single compensation was given.

Kids have so much fun at this place. RM65 for 30 minutes of kartinfmg, dont bother buying at Klook that need to buy a day in advance and only save few cents.

For the first in our lives we can't finish up your popcorn and throw half it cause the sweetness level is unbearable. My son who loves high sweet also cant take it. Pls fix it or we not coming back here for movies.

I was here for the film Napoleon. I bought my ticket and snack online. Hassle free QR check in and popcorn counter redemption is fast Parking : parking at mytown on weekends is quite challenging but you can overcome this by taking Grab or MRT Cinema : Clean without leftover garbage and popcorns on floor. No cockroaches climbing up your slipper like some T cinemas. AV and Sound : Superb even for a small hall.

Service very bad, i hold the gsc gold credit card ask is there any special lane for credit card holder and they ask me to queue up to the normal lane, and when is my queue reached and i asked again, they just replied me with the black face like wanted to faster buy and go away. I asked with politely only and they can replied me nicely but ended up replied me with unhappy attitude

I only go to their premier hall. Honestly it is the cheapest premium hall compared to other branches. One cinema hall with own toilets, waiting area and cafe. Where to find? Lol. Seat also very comfy and spacious.

First time we tried this cinema and it’s horrible. We paid for premier and the seats were broken. The drinks were not fizzy and the pop corn and nuggets were horrible. We returned the drinks and they didn’t have us refund. When we ask for the manager they told us there is no manager. If you are a tourist never try this cinema it’s really bad. I wish I can put less than 1 star ⭐️.

This place is among our top choices for watching the latest movies. The premium-class cinema offers food delivery right to your seat, and the seating is quite cozy, perfect for couples. While you wait for your screening to begin, the sofas are exceptionally comfortable, and there's even a coffee vending machine available. I highly recommend it for both families and groups.

the environment and process is very comfy and smooth. I ordered my tickets and snacks online so there’s no queue not to mention the parking is easily accessible and there’s a lift that goes straight to the cinema level from the parking. Overall I really recommend this cinema especially since the seats are big enough for a plus size person as myself and comfy enough

The ticket counter yet to open and it's already 10.18am. try numerous time to purchase through apps but the earliest showing time isn't consistent with the earliest time shows in the cinema now showing screen.

The staff that handle the order for hotfood pickup very2 slow, the dude literally do his job slowly even though there are a lot of people, the counter is empty, he check for my order and deliver only the half of the set, and completely forgot to mention anything and do his work at the back ... Very2 bad experience,

after so long the pandemic really effected many industry , is good to catch a movies like we used to after long period of MCO . the hall is cleaned , not so crowded , the tix price is quite pricy even on weekdays , new norm is really it .

All good except for the food and drinks. Popcorns were too sugary and burnt they taste almost toxic. Horrible nuggets with equally horrible ketchup. We discarded all the food we bought. Luckily the bottled water was drinkable.

After the movie end, suddenly there's a loud voice making announcement to get rid of the trash. The staff sound rude, angry and commanding like a prefect. We are the customers who paid for expensive ticket to watch the movie. I don't want to be shout at like that. I agree that people should not make a mess in the cinema but that's not the way to do it. Please do something about it before you loss customer. I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling like this.

A cinema locate inside mytown ikea, the entrance is quite small actually but inside was spacious and comfortable to enjoy the movie

Their hall too small, last 2 row seat beside the entry hall, can see ppl who come in making me and my partner feel uncomfortable

Watched 10.45pm Avatar show on last Sat at their big hall with big screen, great surround sounds and very spacious seating. However, i saw lots of people were waiting and queueing at the concession stand. Should provide some seating for cinema-goers especially the elderly.

Everything is great 👍🏻. I prefer to purchase ticket online n just pick the snacks at least 15 minutes before showtime. The halls and toilets are clean too. Staff also friendly

Movie was PG-13 but some parents thought it ok to bring toddlers and young kids who all spoke incessantly and loudly throughout the whole movie. Made the whole experience very unpleasant

Went here to watch Fast X. Got hall 10 and it quite far but near to toilet. Everything is good, even when i had to wait for my churros, they had few people attending me asking what my order. Nevertheless it's my first time here at GSC Mytown. Love it

Best Gsc cause the popcorn is tasty and good already come here more than 5 times and the popcorn still taste same. Not like others Gsc’s popcorn taste ‘tawar’ and cold.

I went to see the Avatar in 3D today, there's only 2 complaints that I have:- 1. They didn't turn off the lights in the hall for 1/3 of the movie. 2. They let us into the hall around 2.37/2.40 when the show should've started at 2.35. Usually they let us in 15/20 minutes before the showtimes. Other than that, it's nice. Probably because it's still new compared to the ones in Berjaya Times Square, IOI Puchong and Midvalley.

Great cinema experience as always with GSC. I personally watched Spider Man: across the spider verse in hall 1. For this hall would reccommend to sit in row B as it means you won’t need to look up or down to see the screen. Seats were nice and plushy and made out of leather, overall a great experience.

Very honest staffs. I accidentally dropped my wallet in the cinema hall. The staffs picked it up and kept it with the very same quantity inside. It is hard to find these kind of people nowadays. Thank you so much for choosing to do the right thing. Keep up the good work.
