My hubby and I had our RT-PCR done in this centre past 10AM. We were so pleased. The rate is lower than other clinics, and the process was so smooth. We were advised that the result will be out by 7PM. The result was sent to us as early as 5PM! So amazing. 😊 Great customer service from Ai Yin. Thanks ALPS.

In all honesty, I don’t think the level of service here is as good as portrayed by most of the raters here. I was attended by a very hostile and unfriendly doctor. The moment I was called to the room, everything was so frosty that I was too apprehensive to even ask or seek more clarification and this was felt even during the treatment. I am not sure, probably it’s not a good day for the doctor, but one thing I am sure, the centre was very quiet during my visitation and I don’t see any other patient except me. However, I must give credit to the nurse who attended to me. Very calm, friendly, accommodating despite having to juggle as a receptionist on the day of my visitation. She took the initiative to explain each time when she need to perform a procedure on me and I feel so well informed and appreciative.

Had smooth and fuss-free antigen and PCR tests done on separate days. Documentation was fine. Process was prompt and simple. It was a pleasant experience all round. One feedback is if they can automate the online payment system to acknowledge payments and issue invoices, it will be perfect.

How does this place operate as a PCR TESTING center when they need you to book in advance and by the time you arrive before the testing hour , the clinic is not open? Such a waste of time !

I am travelling quite frequently and I used this center for PCR tests always. And it was all good, until I got my last test result. I got positive result and I asked what should I do next. What is my SOP, where I can sick help, what medicine should I order. It was not pleasant news, and I have paid this center tons of money for each test, I was expecting at least some words of compassion. Lol, the answer from them - It's your report. Kind of- we don't care, we took your money already, do what you want. You die- we don't care, we are only interested on your money. Bravo, The Hippocratic Oath does not exist there.

To be honest I didn't take any pain medication at all despite being prescribed by the doctor and only took antihistamines for a day. After one week I got my hair washed and everything was back to normal. After the hair transplant, it will take at least six months for the patients to see 70% of the final result. After one year, the patient will see a 100% result. This is an honest unbiased and unpaid review of what I've done. 1 star for no hard selling . They ask if I would allergies to numb cream? I ask them how will be if allergic to numb cream? They say red. I have done before at the othe clinic I never been allergies to numb cream. Once this ALPS nurse put at 45 minute numb cream. After done is become burn and brushing! The other day my skin become worst and worst ! The nurse told me the numb cream problem ! If the numb cream problem why you still use on customer face ?! Now my face have a big scar ! I'm very regret to come ALPS

Saw Dr.Aruen in 2019, did my mesobotox for nefrititi lift it was great. However Dr. Aruen has already left the place. However I’ve contacted him regarding my hair thinning due to work stress and pandemic and he has advised me to see Dr.Asraf. Probably will be visiting there soon once I have my off day to meet Dr.Asraf for my PRP and other hair treatments. Looking forward to it... 😍

Did my lip fillers mid 2019 with Dr.Aruen i was extremely satisfied with the outcomes. Went back there again for my under eye filler and fat melting to reduce my chubby cheeks and Dr.Aruen did my under eye filler it was good. However he did not push me to fat melting for my chubby cheeks as he said the outcome will be suboptimal and what i need was surgical buccal fat pad removal under dental block and LA. He then sent me to OMFS surgeon Dr.Sharifah and the outcome was amazing. Saw the recent post on his instagram about hair transplant and was amazed by the outcomes... omg i don’t have hair issues but i am booking hair appointment with Dr.Asraf just to get my hair maintained before it goes bad .

Dr.Aruen is the best injector. I'd had him do my botox for the past 2 years and just early last year to do under eye filler. He is always conservative, helpful and does a beautiful job. I'm so happy with my botox and filler, plus he is just a lovely person to talk to!! And probably keeps talking (in a good way). He makes the whole process easy and comfortable. Unfortunately he's no longer there and from what I heard he's moved to Singapore since end of 2020 . Went again this year for my hair consultation. Met Dr.Asraf (I guess newly joined here) . Such a great experience. He took time to explain my male pattern baldness, never pushy , had extensive product knowledge and most importantly good outcomes. So if you're having hair issues he's the guy to go to but he's more on the quieter side but answers all your questions perfectly.

I had a holiday organised in Asia traveling to various countries including Malaysia and had thought about and looked into a hair transplant for some time. I discovered Alps Medical and spoke with them about a transplant. I also did my homework on them to ensure they were as they appeared. Before leaving for my holiday I booked a date for my transplant and confirmed the price. I choose them not because they were the cheapest or that they offered more grafts for my transplant than other companies from several countries but because they were easy to deal with and their doctors had great qualifications. All the staff were amazing from the doctors nurses and admin staff. The whole thing took 15 hours and doctors and nurses made me feel at ease and were so friendly. Because I was there so long we had the tv playing music from you tube and all the nurses were singing along to the songs with me taking requests and making the day pass quicker. The Doctors and nurses were so dedicated to ensure I got the best possible result. While it has only been a week and my head is shaved you can see the coverage area and I know it will look great once it grows again. I can't recommend this company high enough. If you are considering using them do it. If you are looking for a hair transplant or using them for other procedure's know that you are getting a great team and a great price.
