Very friendly , courteous and not calculative. Ambiance is good . Small size , only a few rooms , but Small is Beautiful . Got good and prompt service . Very suitable for family , even with small children . Not like other commercial Karaoke . Didn’t cut you off on the dot although you overstayed a bit .

This is Japanese style Karaoke. They have a lot of choices for Japanese songs. The biggest room has a capacity for around 20pax. Their food is much better than those we expected as Karaoke foods. Fast serving nice.

Quite pricey for karaoke but joysound is a game changer, really enjoy our karaoke session

There are 2 karaoke systems namely the normal and Japanese. We initially chose the normal system but there was a lot of error messages popping up on the touch screen. So we opted for the Japanese system instead (additional charge of RM 10/hour incurred). The room walls seems a bit thin. Luckily we were the ones there. I'm not sure how the sound system will turn out to be when they are full house.

Starting part the system glitch as need to press the screen slowly, took a few mins to reboot the system. Sound system is good but alot of songs that need to be updated. Otherwise is not too bad.

Had a fabulous birthday party for my daughter at this family friendly karaoke lounge. A great kitchen that cooks delicious food, a friendly staff who are ever helpful … Thank you Ngai, Zaw and Kai… we had an awesome karaoke time and will definitely come back again 😍

Great place for fully Japanese songs. They even had songs from old animes that was out over 10-20 years ago. I was ecstatic to find songs that is impossible to find at other popular Karaoke place. Sound system was super clear. Price is on the higher side but I was very very satisfied. Be prepared to read the lyrics in Kanji, there isn't any romaji lyrics.

If i ever want to go Japanese Karaoke, this is the only place i will go…. They used system from Japan

Gin and Tonic was good but idk how to operate the karaoke box much. Hard to use. Not much contemporary pop songs

Some of the songs we wanted weren't listed. Went during 1st day of Raya supposed to be PH rate, they considered it eve of PH peak rate as the next day is also PH. Should have informed me when I made the booking.

No wonder no customer , too pricey and they charge per head not per room , they shud explain that the price is for per person next time and sounds system is average & not worth it
