The doctor was helpful (if somewhat pushy) pre-sales but I was then left feeling extremely disappointed with the clinic's after sales support - beware their 'no refunds' policy as they very rigidly enforced it for every single item I bought, which I didn't feel was reasonable for the unused and unwanted products. Would not return or recommend as I feel ripped off.

I would like to give thumb up to the great service from staffs called Kelly, and Yuki who were friendly, never pushy, particular to Dr Kelvin of his superb professionalism who always provide the right fit and economic treatment (steps by steps) that best suit to patients’ individual conditions without rush. Unlike other hair treatment centre, Dr Tan is providing very good advise on how to solve your hair fall issue and treatment is very effective. My baby hair is growing after 3rd treatment.
