A very big toy store in Kuala Lumpur. All varieties of characters for all ages. You can get each and every character game, building blocks for all ages with affordable prices.

Staff told me "no playing" when i picked up a toy to try it out. The toy has batteries in it. What is the point of that if i, as a customer, am not allowed to try the product out? But it is still a good outlet with a variety of toys. Would recommend as long as you "don't play" with the toys like I was told.

Theyz slightly upgrade the last time I was there a couple of months ago. The lighted space gave an impressive feel with our engagement with the toys. I just hope they would have a play corner for kids to explore some toys.

Useless and not punctual! Stated clearly that they are open at 11am. And we'd ask the information counter to confirm too. It's already 11:05am now, with a small crowd outside waiting. But there is no sign of any staff within. Not the first time this is happening. NEVWR PUNCTUAL!

Staff should've better training on customer service. Asked a staff where a certain toy was and he did not stop to answer me instead walked away while pointing me to a certain direction. Cashier staff also a bit rude. No greet or thank u after purchase. Why are the staff acting like we going to their house to ask for favours. We are actually here at your workplace to give u business

Cashier staff friendly. Certain toys got promo / discount for member. Interesting because got free wrapping services. Kudos to this staff (brother with red shirt), very nice gift wrapping. 👍👍

Well stocked store with many ongoing christmas promo right now. There’s 2 Indian ladies who work there that are very friendly and helpful. They helped me check whether the promo items are still available or not and was very patient in answering my queries. I would highly recommend this store.

The toy store since my childhood. I've spent so much here, even more in the adult years 😅 Off the top of my head, I've bought lego sets, hot wheels, nerf, transformers sets etc etc but looking back, I haven't made any purchases in the last 5 years. Everything my kids play nowadays are in the playstore.. Such a pity Here's hoping that toys r us will be here to stay

toy selection's good but the makcik staffs keep arguing at the counter and it's super annoying. if i want mamak shop ambiance I'll just go there.

Its one of the first and largest toy shops around. Very convenience where you can shop both baby and children products with very affordable prices and high quality products too. Recommended !!!

This TOY'S R US MID VALLEY MEGAMALL keep stock HOT WHEELS to customer . An accident happened in front of me just now . One men enter this SHOP in a same time with me . Then he stopped at HOT WHEELS section same like me at that time . Then i saw he's take the last behind box on the racks . Suddenly he got FORD MUSTANG box . I saw everything from the first . Then same action like he do just now , he take from the last behind at THE COLOUR SHIFTER HOT WHEELS shelf. He got limited item . I cant saw what models of the HOT WHEELS . But I know that's limited models for COLOUR SHIFTER HOT WHEEL . Then i saw him like rushing and directly pay at the counter . How come that he knows the limited item at the behind from all the cars on the shelf/rack without wasting time to see one by one of the car ? Just pick less than 3minutes n pay . He pay the staff to inform him ? I'm Hot Wheels Collector and I come there everyday . ITS FREAKING HARD TO FIND SELECTED MODELS EVEN COME EVERYDAY YOU KNOW ! Someday 2 times in a day to survey a selected models . But always display a RUBISH MODELS (fantasy) . It is one of the reasons why always display RUBISH MODELS ? Because selected models already keep by the staff . I'll take this action because I've the proof . I'll report it to the HQ . And I'll VIRAL it !
