Plaza Arkadia is a huge project in Desa Parkcity. There are quite a number of restaurants, cafes, services like Gp and dental clinics, hair saloons, childcare centres, offices, gyms, village grocer and flee markets, etc This place can be confusing for those who are not familiar due to the many different blocks and layouts. It is not easy to find a particular shop and it’s never convenient to walk from one place to another. I believe the management can do a better job of keeping the toilets clean as they are not always in a pleasant state. The lifts here are small and take ages to travel from one floor to another, especially during the weekends. Although is a relatively new place but could see that the overall workmanship of the building is poor for a prestige place like Desa Parkcity.

I have always frequented the Waterfront at this Park city and decided to probe further in and found this place on Malaysia Day, 16 Sept 2023. Parking was easy and we t9ok the elevator up to the center. The place is vibrant, busy and spacious. There is a busker singing songs. Normally, I hate buskers as the loud noise and lousy singing hurt my ears and disturb the peaceful surrounding. However, at this place, as the busker is at the open space, the sound is not so loud and disturbing. I love the look of this place. I enjoy watching the kiosks and the dogs....they are clean and well-behaved. There is also car parade going on. Kids are just enjoying themselves and my son loves the car parade. We stayed for some coffee and food before we left.

All the main shops are concentrated at the fountain courtyard. The rest of the plaza is pretty quiet. The fountain lights up at night and looks very nice. Certain nights have buskers playing music. There's also a play area for kids. The design of this place is amazing. Plenty of restaurants along the outside walk. Many other services found within the buildings but mostly empty. Lots of good restaurants and weekend markets pop up from time to time. Vendor are needs to have better wiring for power. One needs to be careful of the power lines running along the ground. What is very annoying is people use this plaza as a recreational park. You will see some people riding their bikes or jogging around in here. Way too many dogs and other animals around too. You need to be careful with children at play as well. They are on bicycles, heelys and rollerblades everywhere. Only a matter of time before it gets out of hand.

Didnt know this place existed. Not so crowded and very nice to chill with friends. I think it's a newly built plaza. There are a variety of restaurants and also a small playground for the kids. The parking rate is also quite cheap.

This place is surprisingly packed with people. There are a lot variety of eateries ranging from Korean, Chinese, Japan, Western, Taiwan and Thai food. Also, a really good place for those Happy Hours goers as well. The unique attraction here for me is that those dog lovers can bring along their dog(s), big or cute, over here. I managed to snapshot a photo - 4 little cute doggies in a baby trolley, they are so adorable (many thanks for the dog owner allowed us to take photo). This is really a memorable moment for me and my family. Next time, I will surely bring along scooter too for my kids to play along with other's kids.

A cozy quiet place to relax and enjoy both eastern and western cuisines. We had a mix as in the pics. Quality of the food and drinks are v good. The mpjito packed quite a punch!! They are relatively new and as such the waiters are somewhat inexperienced. Will definitely visit again.

More like a street with all the cafe, restaurant and some shops. Love the centre fountain which makes the environment even comfort. A good place to take a walk on weekend even with my dogs 🐢. The street is wide and never feel pack. They have some facilities for children as well.

A nice place to bring your pets and dine in. So many choices of restaurants from cafe, bar and also Korean BBQ. Parking is also available opposite or basement parking. Rates are not very high even on weekends. Walking distance to the dog park

First visit here. Love this open-air concept especially during covid time(where you can feel the sun) and avoid the crowd. Pets friendly, a place where the dog can loiter around with the owner. Variety of food choices available. Japanese, chinese including few china hotpot shops available, dimsum, nyonya food, western cafe, coffeebean and many more. village grocer available too. Lots of parking at the basement. Playground available beside the big hawker shop. A serene place compare to shopping mall.

A very nice plaza which has ample walking spaces. There are many shops especially restaurants. Japanese restaurants seems to be more than others. There are also cafes and bars. Best part is that this area is Dog Friendly. Saw many people bring their furry kids here. Ample Parking spaces too. There are Christmas decorations but not many events and festive stalls this year. Overall, a nice place to chill.

It's so happenning at night with lights, music, noise from people with facemask/no facemask, childrens and pets. Love it there as they have alot choice option of many restaurants, shops and pubs. The only sad things is parking system. So confusing. Overall was nice experience there. Will go there again

The flea market has limited stalls. We bought buttercake ( which was yum and is one of the pictures posted) open air concept so it was warm in the evening. I wouldn't drive there specifically for the fleamarket.

Only here to get groceries from Village Grocer. Packed with families, couples, and pet owners during the evening and weekends. Plenty of restaurants and cafes for food and leisure, and feels more lively at night, perfect for evening strolls, until it gets a lil too crowded with everyone deciding to come out and stroll too.

Nice place to go for casual walks or meet up with friends and families in a very European ambiances. Many choices off fancy to mid cafe/restaurants. Apart from having village grocers and my favourite quick breakfast spot at my dim sum or village cafe for fresh pastries and good decent priced fresh ground coffees..

Kudos for being one of the few pet friendly mall. however, patrons with pets are only allowed in the outdoor section of the restaurants which is a big turn off in our hot weather. The management should also consider making it more comfortable to walk around the different blocks in our scorching sun. Some trees and shades woukd be nice.

The shops are pleasant and spacious. The restaurants are clean and hygienic. It was special and nice to have restaurants and cafes that introduce traditional menus from various countries that I have not encountered in other tourist areas. Many educational institutions for children are located on the second floor. However, it would be more convenient if public wifi is provided in the plaza. It's a pity that it's hard to find and book residence, it seems to be less accessible. If the accessibility becomes easier, the stores in the plaza are likely to be more prosper.

Discovered this place just less than a year ago. Close to Desa Park City, quite a nice place to hangout with friends because it has many restaurants and cafes in it. For some reasons, there are many chinese hotpot restaurants over there. If you’re fans of hotpot, probably can try it out. P.s let me know if you have tried it and if you have any favourite. There’s a village grocer super market at the basement.
